一般而言,光源产生器16大多是由一冷阴极荧光灯管(cold cathodefluorescent lamp,CCFL)所构成,故于操作时会产生热能。而为了要满足未来产品厚度变薄、体积缩小等轻量化的要求,背光模块10中的光源产生器16往往都装设于一窄小的密闭空间中,因此在操作时所产生的热能往往无法顺利的散发出去而不断累积,一旦操作时间稍长很容易就会造成灯管附近的温度过高。然而由于冷阴极荧光灯管在环境温度为30至40℃时亮度表现最佳,因此高温会使背光模块亮度下降,影响液晶显示器的辉度表现。此外,过高的温度会影响显示面板12的正常运作而造成显示品质的降低,甚至容易大幅度缩减周围组件的使用寿命。Generally speaking, the
