Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a safe low-residue injector.
Background
Syringes are widely used in clinical medicine. Especially under the condition of global epidemic outbreak, the injection of vaccine becomes an effective prevention means. The realization of the large-scale vaccination of the vaccine is also important for the supply of matched products such as syringes and the like besides the research and development of the vaccine. LDS syringes (Low head Space syringee-Low residue syringes) have become popular pets in the industry once they are marketed due to the widespread vaccine shortage around the world. The syringe can greatly reduce vaccine left in the needle, and the utilization efficiency of the vaccine is improved by more than 20%. The dosage of 1 hundred million people can be inoculated by using a common injector, and the goal of 1.2 hundred million people inoculation can be achieved by using a low-residue injector.
The steel needle of the syringe is used to penetrate human tissue, for example, human muscle or blood vessels, to inject a medicament into the human tissue. Accordingly, the steel needle discarded after use may also injure a user or others by mistake. The safety syringe in the prior art generally has the following defects:
1. due to the limitation of production process, the existing safety syringes are mostly of a split design that a steel needle and a syringe use a luer connector, and the two parts need to be assembled for use, but a large space and a gap exist between the two parts, so that the waste of liquid medicine such as vaccine is caused, and particularly, the residual liquid medicine (referred to as high-residual liquid medicine 7 in the application) in the syringe using the luer connector in the split structure in fig. 1 is shown;
2. clinically, the dosage of the liquid medicine is very strict whether the vitreous eyeball or the fragile neural retina tissue is used. The existing injection liquid medicine for treatment, such as hormone, intramembranous antibacterial agent, vitreous body analysis and the like, has the treatment dosage of only 0.02-0.1 ml. However, the capacity of the ordinary syringe with the smallest dose on the market is 1ml, and the accurate injection work cannot be completely satisfied. Because the treatment dosage is very small, the residual syringe with large size seriously influences the treatment effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned problems with the prior art, the present invention provides a safe low-residue syringe to solve at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows:
a safe low-residue injector comprises a steel needle, a needle cylinder and a push rod, wherein a rubber plug is arranged at the front end of the push rod, the rubber plug is positioned in the needle cylinder and is in sliding connection with the needle cylinder, and the rear end of the push rod is positioned outside the needle cylinder; the front end of the needle cylinder is provided with a needle seat, the needle seat is provided with a fixing hole communicated with the inside of the needle cylinder, the steel needle is fixed on the fixing hole, and the inside of the steel needle is communicated with the fixing hole.
Preferably, the rear end of the steel needle is inserted into the fixing hole and is spaced from the rear end of the fixing hole.
Preferably, the steel needle and the needle seat are in interference fit or are integrally arranged.
Preferably, a safety sheath is arranged on the needle seat, the safety sheath comprises a connecting body and a base, and the connecting body is connected with the needle seat; the connecting body is hinged with the base, and a groove for covering the steel needle is arranged on the base; a V-shaped elastic sheet is arranged between the connecting body and the base, one end of the V-shaped elastic sheet is connected with the connecting body, and the other end of the V-shaped elastic sheet is connected with the base; the middle part of the groove is provided with a barb, and a needle blocking plate is arranged on one side of the opening corresponding to the barb in the groove.
