Abstract
The invention provides a heat treatment simulation tool correction welding device and a processing technique method thereof, which comprises a mechanism for automatically conveying a workpiece to be welded, a welding operation table, an automatic correction welding positioning structure and a spray welding manipulator, wherein the welding operation table is positioned on the same horizontal plane with an automatic conveying platform for automatically conveying the mechanism for automatically conveying the workpiece to be welded; the welding process method comprises a feeding step, a material poking step, an automatic correction step and a welding step.       and in the fourth step and the third step, the motion track of the mechanical arm  45 is realized by controlling the motion of the three power motors, the first connecting piece  44, the second connecting piece  46 and the moving part  43 through a main controller of a control loop.
      Further preferably, in step S3, the moving member  43 is moved up and down by the rotation of the threaded rod on the output shaft of the power motor  42.
      The working principle of the invention is as follows: starting a speed reducing motor, conveying the workpieces to be welded to the position of the material shifting assembly 11 through an automatic conveying platform 10 of the mechanism 1 for automatically conveying the workpieces to be welded, wherein when the speed reducing motor drives the incomplete driving gear 131 to rotate, a boss on the outer side surface of the circumference of the incomplete driving gear 131 is buckled with a limiting rod 123, and when a clamping block 121 for shifting the limiting element 12 is separated from a clamping groove arranged in the circumferential direction of the ratchet wheel 112, two adjacent material shifting rods 114 on the material shifting turntable 113 drive the workpieces to be welded to be conveyed to the welding operation table 2 and directly conveyed to a welding station; then, the driving motor is started, the workpieces to be welded are conveyed to the welding station according to the step S1, namely, the workpieces are conveyed to the turntable 30 of the automatic correction welding positioning structure 3, the power driving rod 33 is pressed, the two automatic correction welding fixtures 31 are buckled with each other, the positions of the workpieces to be welded are corrected, clamped and positioned, the turntable 30 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the driving motor, and the positions of the workpieces to be welded are corrected and adjusted; three power motors of the spray welding manipulator 4 are started, a high-pressure air cylinder controlled by a main controller drives the moving part 43 to move up and down along a vertical guide rod, the mechanical arm 45 drives the spray welding gun 47 to weld clockwise or anticlockwise along the circumference of the workpiece to be welded, which is not in contact with the two automatic correction welding fixtures 31, and the position of the workpiece to be welded, which needs to be welded, is changed through the rotation angle of the turntable 30.

1. The heat treatment simulation tool correction welding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of the limiting element (12) is movably connected to the fixing plate (120), the other end of the limiting element is provided with a clamping block (121) which is buckled with a clamping groove arranged in the circumferential direction of the ratchet wheel (112), a connecting column (122) is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the limiting element (12), and a limiting rod (123) is further arranged at the tail end of the inner side surface of the limiting element (12).

The heat treatment simulation tool correction welding device according to claim 1, wherein the automatic correction welding positioning structure (3) comprises a rotary table (30) arranged on the welding operation table (2), and the rotary table (30) is driven by a driving motor arranged on the bottom surface of the welding operation table (2);
      the automatic correction welding positioning structure (3) further comprises two automatic correction welding clamps (31) which are movably connected to a connecting rod on the welding operation table (2) and are oppositely arranged, a pull rod (32) with one end movably connected to the tail end of one of the automatic correction welding clamps (31), and a power driving rod (33) connected with the other end of the pull rod (32), wherein the middle part of the power driving rod (33) is connected to the welding operation table (2), and a linkage rod (34) for driving the two automatic correction welding clamps (31) to open and close is further arranged between the other automatic correction welding clamp (31) and the power driving rod (33);
      and a semi-arc clamping part matched with a workpiece to be welded is arranged on the inner side surface of the middle part of the automatic correction welding fixture (31).
    7. The thermal treatment simulation tool correction welding device according to claim 1, wherein the spray welding manipulator (4) comprises three groups of guide rods (40) arranged on the welding operation table (2), each group of guide rods is composed of two vertical guide rods side by side, horizontal connecting plates (41) respectively arranged on the top surfaces of the three groups of guide rods (40), three power motors (42) respectively arranged on the horizontal connecting plates (41), the output shafts of the power motors (42) are threaded rods, and moving parts (43) respectively arranged on the three groups of guide rods (40) and capable of sliding up and down along the vertical guide rods;
      the spray welding manipulator (4) further comprises a first connector (44) movably connected to each moving part (43), two mechanical arms (45) with the tops connected to two ends of each first connector (44) respectively, the bottoms of the two mechanical arms (45) are movably connected with a second connector (46), the second connectors (46) are three groups and are connected to three connecting arms of a spray welding gun (47) respectively, a material conveying pipe of the spray welding gun (47) is controlled by a high-pressure cylinder, the driving end of an electric control circuit of the high-pressure cylinder is controlled by a main controller of a control loop, and the control end of the main controller is electrically connected with the electric control driving ends of a speed reducing motor, a driving motor and a power motor;
      the moving part (43) comprises two sliding sleeves which are in sliding fit with two parallel vertical guide rods, a connecting arm connected between the two sliding sleeves and a threaded hole formed in the middle of the connecting arm, and the threaded hole is in threaded connection with a threaded rod coaxial with an output shaft of the power motor (42).
    8. The heat treatment simulation tool correction welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the correction limiting structure (5) comprises a bottom plate (50) provided on the welding operation table (2) and having an opening at the center, a plurality of limiting wheels (51) arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the opening of the bottom plate (50), a correction rotating member (52) located at one side of the bottom plate (50) and abutting against the plurality of limiting wheels (51), tightening pulleys arranged at the periphery of the correction rotating member (52), bandages wound on the tightening pulleys, a plurality of pulley assemblies (53) respectively arranged between the two limiting wheels (51), and power transmission belts (54) wound on the plurality of pulley assemblies (53), wherein one of the pulley assemblies (53) is driven by a motor.

      the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a speed reducing motor is started, workpieces to be welded are conveyed to the position of a material stirring assembly (11) through an automatic conveying platform (10) of an automatic workpiece conveying mechanism (1) for the workpieces to be welded, when the speed reducing motor drives an incomplete driving gear (131) to rotate, a boss on the outer side surface of the circumference of the incomplete driving gear (131) is buckled with a limiting rod (123), when a clamping block (121) for stirring the limiting element (12) is separated from a clamping groove arranged in the circumferential direction of a ratchet wheel (112), two adjacent material stirring rods (114) on a material stirring turntable (113) drive the workpieces to be welded to be conveyed to a welding operation table (2) and directly conveyed to a welding station;
      step two, starting a driving motor, conveying a workpiece to be welded to a welding station according to the step, namely conveying the workpiece to be welded to a rotary table (30) of an automatic correction welding positioning structure (3), pressing a power driving rod (33), mutually buckling two automatic correction welding fixtures (31), correcting, clamping and positioning the position of the workpiece to be welded, and driving the rotary table (30) to rotate through rotation to correct and adjust the position of the workpiece to be welded;
      thirdly, three power motors of the spray welding manipulator (4) are started, a high-pressure air cylinder controlled by a main controller drives a moving part (43) to move up and down along a vertical guide rod, simultaneously, a mechanical arm (45) drives a spray welding gun (47) to weld clockwise or anticlockwise along the circumference of a workpiece to be welded, which is not in contact with two automatic correction welding fixtures (31), and the position of the workpiece to be welded is corrected and limited and the position of the workpiece to be welded, which needs to be welded, is changed by combining a correction rotating piece (52) of a correction limiting structure (5) through the rotating angle of a turntable (30);
      and step four, the motion trail of the mechanical arm (45) in the step three is realized by controlling the motion of the three power motors, the first connecting piece (44), the second connecting piece (46) and the moving part (43) through a main controller of a control loop.
    10. The welding process method for the calibration welding device of the heat treatment simulation tool according to the claim 9, wherein the moving part (43) in the third step is to move the moving part (43) up and down by the rotation of a threaded rod on an output shaft of a power motor (42).
