Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides an animal barn positioning device 10, which includes an animal barn 20, an adjusting mechanism 30 and a simulation barn 40, wherein the animal barn 20 carries an animal to be detected, and the adjusting mechanism 30 is located between the animal barn 20 and the simulation barn 40, is disposed on the animal barn 20, and is connected to the animal barn 20. The simulation chamber 40 is a column, a through hole 41 matched with the animal chamber 20 is arranged in the simulation chamber, and the position of the animal chamber 20 in the through hole 41 is controlled by the adjusting mechanism 30.
Specifically, the adjusting mechanism 30 is matched with the simulation cabin 40, and then the relative distance between the animal cabin 20 and the simulation cabin 40 after being inserted is adjusted, so that the part to be detected of the animal in the animal cabin 20 is just aligned with the center of the low-temperature coil of the detection equipment when the animal cabin 20 and the adjusting mechanism 30 are directly inserted into the detection equipment after being drawn out from the simulation cabin 40. It can be understood that the overall external configuration of the simulation bin 40 may be a cylindrical or square cylindrical body, in this embodiment, the simulation bin 40 is the same as the actual detection device in terms of shape, configuration, size and size, but the simulation bin 40 is different from the actual detection device in terms of local structure, material and other characteristics, and the through hole 41 is the same as the actual detection device, so that the position of the animal bin 20 in the through hole 41 is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism 30 with the through hole 41 as a reference, so as to complete the pre-positioning of the animal bin 20. It can be understood that after the distance between the animal chamber 20 and the simulation chamber 40 is adjusted, the relative position between the plug-in unit 31 and the animal chamber 20 needs to be fixed, so as to avoid that when the plug-in unit 31 is inserted into the detection device, the distance determined by taking the simulation chamber 40 as a reference is disturbed, and thus the position to be detected of the animal in the animal chamber 20 is not aligned with the coil center of the detection device. The mode of fixing the relative position between the plug connector 31 and the animal cabin 20 may be to limit the adjusting component 32, so as to prevent the adjusting component 32 from driving the plug connector 31 and the animal cabin 20 to generate relative displacement. The plug 31 and the animal compartment 20 may be fixedly connected to directly restrict the relative displacement between the plug 31 and the animal compartment 20.
Further, the adjusting assembly 32 comprises a connecting member 321, an adjusting screw rod 322 and a fixing member 323, the fixing member 323 is fixedly connected with the animal chamber 20, and the adjusting screw rod 322 is located between the fixing member 323 and the connecting member 321, rotatably connected with the fixing member 323, and in threaded fit with the connecting member 321. The plug connector 31 is connected with one side of the connecting piece 321 far away from the fixing piece 323, the connecting piece 321 can move towards the direction close to or far away from the animal bin 20 on the adjusting screw rod 322 through screw transmission by rotating the adjusting screw rod 322, and the plug connector 31 is driven to move together, so that the adjustment of the distance between the plug connector 31 and the animal bin 20 is realized.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the adjusting component 32 may be an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder fixedly connected to the animal cabin, a push rod of the air cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the plug connector 31, and the adjustment of the distance between the plug connector 31 and the animal cabin 20 is realized by the extension and contraction of the push rod.
It is understood that the rotational connection between the adjusting screw rod 322 and the fixing member 323 can be realized by shaft hole matching or bearing arrangement, as long as the adjusting screw rod 322 can rotate relative to the fixing member 323.
Further, a fixing member 323 is fixedly connected to an end of the animal chamber 20 near the simulation chamber 40.
It is understood that the dimension of the animal compartment 20 in the direction of insertion with the simulated compartment 40 is the length of the animal compartment 20, and the fixing member 323 is connected to the end of the animal compartment 20 close to the simulated compartment 40, that is, the fixing member 323 is located between the middle point of the length of the animal compartment 20 and the end of the animal compartment 20 close to the simulated compartment 40. By arranging the fixing member 323 at a position of the animal chamber 20 near one end of the simulation chamber 40, the lengths of the adjustment screw 322 and the connecting member 321 can be shortened.
Further, the connecting member 321 includes an adjusting plate 324 and connecting plates 325, and the connecting plates 325 are located at opposite ends of the adjusting plate 324 and connected to the adjusting plate 324. The plug connector 31 is connected with one end of the connecting plate 325 far away from the adjusting plate 324, a threaded hole 326 matched with the adjusting screw rod 322 is formed in the adjusting plate 324, and the adjusting screw rod 322 is in threaded fit with the threaded hole 326. The adjusting screw 322 is rotated to move the adjusting plate 324 on the adjusting screw 322, so that the connector 31 is moved away from or close to the animal chamber 20 by the connecting plate 325.
Furthermore, a sliding groove 21 is formed in the animal chamber 20, the plug member 31 is slidably engaged with the sliding groove 21, and when the plug member 31 moves in a direction away from or toward the animal chamber 20, the plug member 31 slides in the sliding groove 21.
Further, a strip-shaped hole 311 is formed in the plug connector 31, a positioning hole 22 is further formed in the animal bin 20, the strip-shaped hole 311 is communicated with the positioning hole 22, after the distance between the plug connector 31 and the animal bin 20 is adjusted through the adjusting component 32, a screw or a pin is inserted into the positioning hole 22, the screw is in threaded fit with the positioning hole 22 or the pin is inserted into the positioning hole, the plug connector 31 is clamped, and therefore the plug connector 31 is fixed. The situation that the distance between the plug-in unit 31 and the animal chamber 20 is adjusted and the adjusted distance is disturbed in the process of extracting the plug-in unit 31 from the simulation chamber 40 to inserting the detection equipment is avoided.
Further, the fixing member 323 is fixedly connected with the animal chamber 20 through a screw.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the adjusting component 32 is directly connected to the surface of the animal cabin 20, in some embodiments, the adjusting component 32 may also be disposed inside the animal cabin 20 or at another location, as long as the distance between the plug 31 and the animal cabin 20 can be adjusted by using the analog cabin as a reference, so that when an animal in the animal cabin is detected by the detecting device, the location to be detected is aligned with the coil center of the detecting device.
Referring to fig. 7, the simulation chamber 40 includes a simulation probe 42 and a simulation lining 43, the simulation lining 43 is sleeved on the simulation probe 42, the through hole 41 is opened on the simulation probe 42, and after the adjusting mechanism 30 is matched with the simulation chamber 40, the position of the animal chamber 20 in the through hole 41 is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism 30, so that the animal to be detected in the animal chamber 20 is exactly aligned with the coil center of the detection device when entering the detection device.
Specifically, a plug groove 431 is formed in the simulation lining 43, the plug piece 31 is in plug fit with the plug groove 431, and a center mark (not shown) is arranged in the simulation probe 42 and is used as a reference of the position of the animal chamber 20 in the through hole 41. For example, after the plug connector 31 is matched with the plug groove 431 in a plugging manner, the adjusting component 32 is used for adjusting the distance between the animal bin 20 and the plug connector 31, that is, the position of the animal bin 20 in the through hole 41 is adjusted until the position to be detected of the animal in the animal bin 20 is aligned with the center mark, at this time, the plug connector 31 is pulled out from the plug groove 431, and after the detection equipment is inserted again, the position to be detected of the animal in the animal bin 20 is located in the center of the coil of the detection equipment.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the analog probe 42 and the analog lining 43 are both made of transparent materials, and can be directly observed when the adjusting component 32 adjusts the animal chamber 20 to move in the through hole 41, so as to align the position to be detected of the animal in the animal chamber 20 with the center mark.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the center mark may be omitted, and the effect of the center mark may be replaced directly by setting the length of the analogue probe 42. For example, after the plug connector 31 is inserted into the insertion groove 431, the position to be detected of the animal in the animal bin is directly adjusted to be flush with the analog probe 42, so that the position to be detected of the animal bin can be aligned with the center of the coil of the detection device when the animal bin is detected.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, where the center mark is omitted, the position of the animal compartment 20 within the through hole 41 may also be adjusted using the experience of a person.
It should be understood that, in some embodiments, the insertion groove 431 may also be omitted, the insertion piece 31 is directly abutted to one end face of the simulation chamber 40 close to the insertion piece 31, and then the position of the animal chamber 20 in the through hole 41 is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism 30, so that after the animal chamber 20 is taken out of the through hole 41 and inserted into the detection device, the detected animal in the animal chamber 20 just aligns with the center of the coil in the detection device.
The animal cabin positioning method is completed by adopting an animal cabin positioning device, and the method comprises the following steps: pushing the animal cabin 20 carrying the inspected animal into the simulation cabin 40, adjusting the adjusting mechanism 30 on the animal cabin 20 to enable the area to be inspected of the inspected animal to be located at the center position of the simulation cabin 40, and locking the adjusting mechanism 30; the animal magazine 20 is removed from the simulation magazine 40 and pushed directly into the testing apparatus to complete the positioning of the animal magazine 20.
Specifically, when the magnetic resonance detection of the animal is needed, the animal is placed and fixed in the animal chamber 20, and then the animal chamber 20 and the adjusting mechanism 30 are inserted into the simulation chamber 40, wherein the plug-in unit 31 is in plug-in fit with the plug-in groove 431 to fix the position of the plug-in unit 31. Then, the distance between the animal cabin 20 and the plug connector 31 is adjusted through the adjusting component 32, so that the animal cabin 20 moves in the through hole 41 until the position to be detected of the animal in the animal cabin 20 is aligned with the position of the center mark on the analogue probe 42, namely, the adjustment of the distance is stopped, and the position between the plug connector 31 and the animal cabin 20 is fixed. After the position between the plug-in unit 31 and the animal bin 20 is fixed, the plug-in unit 31 is pulled out from the plug-in groove 431, and finally the plug-in unit 31 and the animal bin 20 are sent into the detection equipment together.
Compared with the prior art, the animal cabin positioning device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
