Background
As shown in fig. 1, when the early warning message needs to be sent, the network knows that the mobile phone number is approximately in a certain area, and then uses all base stations in the area to page the mobile phone number, which is equivalent to that the network actively searches for a mobile phone user. The mobile phone regularly checks the paging channel at intervals, receives the information if the mobile phone sees the information, and ignores the information if the mobile phone does not see the information.
The existing early warning information sending technology needs to send early warning information to different users in a network for many times, and when the number of mobile phone users needing to receive the early warning information reaches millions, short messages are sent to the users in a short time, which is a task which cannot be completed. In addition, in the prior art, a paging channel is used, which is a scarce resource, and the paging channel in a busy area of the network may be congested, resulting in delay or unsuccessful transmission of the short message. Moreover, because of the influence of occupied network resources, the existing early warning information sending technology only sends the early warning information once, and if the position signal of the mobile phone user is not good, the early warning information can be missed.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for rapidly releasing early warning information in a large range based on a 5G network.

when the early warning information needs to be issued, the base station control terminal is used for determining the 5G base stations in the range according to the range of the early warning information needing to be issued, setting the broadcast channels of the 5G base stations, and broadcasting the early warning information on the broadcast channels of the 5G base stations;
and each 5G base station broadcasts the early warning information according to the setting of the base station control terminal, and the user terminal in the broadcasting range of the 5G base station receives the early warning information.
Further, in the method, the base station control terminal is used for setting the number of times of broadcasting the warning information by the broadcasting channel of the 5G base station, and each broadcasting is separated by a set time interval.
Further, in the above method, the base station control terminal pre-stores longitude and latitude information of each 5G base station, and when the early warning information needs to be issued, the 5G base stations in the range in which the early warning information needs to be issued are screened out according to the longitude and latitude information of each 5G base station to form a base station list, and a broadcast channel of the 5G base station in the base station list is set.
Further, in the method, a sensitive word bank is preset in the base station control terminal, the base station control terminal judges whether the early warning information to be issued contains sensitive words according to the sensitive word bank, and if yes, the base station control terminal does not allow the broadcast channel of the 5G base station to broadcast the early warning information.
The invention also provides a system for realizing the method and rapidly releasing the early warning information in a large range based on the 5G network, which comprises the following steps:
the base station controls the terminal: the system comprises a 5G base station, a broadcast channel setting module, a warning information issuing management module, a warning information issuing module and a warning information issuing module, wherein the 5G base station is used for determining the range of warning information to be issued by the warning information issuing management module according to the range of the warning information to be issued, setting the broadcast channel of the 5G base station and broadcasting the warning information on the broadcast channel of the 5G base station;
5G base station: the early warning information is broadcasted on a broadcast channel according to the setting of the base station control terminal;
a user terminal: the early warning information is used for receiving the early warning information broadcasted by the 5G base station in the range.
Further, in the system, the base station control terminal is configured to set parameters of the 5G base station broadcast warning information, including the number of broadcasts and the time interval between each broadcast.
Further, in the above system, the base station control terminal pre-stores longitude and latitude information of each 5G base station, and when the 5G base station in the range in which the warning information needs to be issued is determined, the 5G base station in the range is screened out according to the longitude and latitude information of each 5G base station to form a base station list, and the broadcast information of each 5G base station in the base station list is set.
Further, in the system, a sensitive word bank is preset in the base station control terminal, and the base station control terminal is further configured to, after the warning information release manager sets the warning information, determine whether the warning information to be released contains a sensitive word according to the sensitive word bank, and if so, disallow the broadcast channel of the 5G base station to broadcast the warning information.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention adopts the broadcast channel of the 5G base station to send the early warning information, and the busy degree of the network does not influence the information sending of the broadcast channel, so that the early warning short message sending failure can not be caused when the network is busy.
2) The invention is not restricted by paging channel resources, and can repeatedly send information on the broadcast channel, thereby ensuring that each mobile phone user can receive the early warning information.
3) The invention can realize the accurate distribution of the early warning information within the range of one base station, thereby realizing the information distribution within the range of an area or the range of the whole network.
4) By using the invention to send the early warning information, all mobile phone users can almost receive the early warning information at the same time.
