Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a rocker testing device and a rocker testing method capable of efficiently detecting rockers of different types.
The invention has the technical scheme that the rocker testing device comprises a rocker fixing device for clamping a rocker, a rocker driving device for driving the rocker to move, a rocker rotating device for controlling the rotation angle of the rocker, a rocker feedback device for detecting the rotation angle and the swing amplitude position of the rocker, and a control device for controlling the operation of each component part of the rocker testing device, collecting data and man-machine interaction.
The rocker fixing device comprises a mounting plate for positioning the rocker, a pressing block for pressing the rocker and a quick-dismantling structure with adjustable clamping size for fixing and dismantling the rocker.
The mounting plate is provided with a communication switching module for measuring the output value of the rocker, and the communication switching module is electrically connected with the control device and the communication module on the rocker, receives the output value data of the rocker and transmits the output value data to the control device.
The rocker driving device comprises a first rotating motor for providing power, a pushing rod for driving the rocker to swing and a first rotating disc for driving the pushing rod to move, wherein the first rotating disc is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first rotating motor, one end of the pushing rod is fixed on the first rotating disc, and the other end of the pushing rod extends out and is perpendicular to a metal operating rod of the rocker to be detected and is used for driving the rocker to change.
The rocker rotating device comprises a second rotating motor for providing power, a second rotary table fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second rotating motor, and a support column perpendicular to the second rotary table, wherein the rocker fixing device is detachably connected with the support column, and the second rotating motor drives the rocker fixing device to move so that the rocker fixed on the rocker fixing device rotates.
The rocker feedback device comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which are positioned at two sides of the driving device, a limiting block for preventing the rocker driving device from bumping into the body when not calibrating a zero position is arranged on the first supporting plate, a first position zero calibration sensor for detecting the angle of the rocker rotating device is arranged on the first supporting plate, a second position zero calibration sensor for detecting the rocker driving device is arranged on the second supporting plate, and the first position zero calibration sensor and the second position zero calibration sensor are electrically connected with the control system.
The control device comprises a signal acquisition module for acquiring rocker output value data in real time, a data storage module for storing the rocker output value data and comparing the rocker output value data with a preset value to judge whether the rocker output value meets the performance requirement or not, and a touch display screen for displaying the data, inputting a control instruction and according to the control instruction.
The method for testing the rocker by using the device comprises the steps of performance testing and production testing, wherein the rocker is firstly arranged on a rocker fixing device, the rotation angle, the swing angle and the speed of the cooperative test are set, the performance testing is to record the voltage amplitude change of the rocker in each period under the condition of continuous power failure, the production testing is to test the voltage amplitude of the rocker in the limit position of each angle in one period, and the measured voltage amplitude is compared with a preset value range to judge whether the voltage amplitude meets the requirement.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent testing device has the advantages that the intelligent testing device can test rockers of different sizes, is convenient to assemble and disassemble and high in efficiency, can carry out parameterization design on the rockers of different types, can carry out electrical performance testing on the rockers, can carry out long-time aging-resistant mechanical testing on the rockers, comprises electrical performance and strength testing of mechanical parts under long-time testing, meets various testing requirements of the rockers, can automatically judge tested data by a testing device and display tested results in a touch display screen, and is high in testing efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the rocker testing device of the embodiment includes a control box 1, a rocker fixing device composed of a mounting plate 3, a quick-release mechanism 4 and a pressing block 5, a rocker driving device composed of a first rotating motor 11, a pushing rod 15 and a first rotating disc 16, and a rocker rotating device composed of a second rotating motor 14, a second rotating disc 10 and a supporting column 17, wherein the size of the mounting plate 3 can be changed according to the size of the rocker, 6 is the rocker to be tested in the figure, and 6-1 is a metal operating rod of the rocker.
When testing the rocker, install rocker 6 directly over rocker fixing device's mounting panel 3, the metal pole 6-1 of rocker 6 is placed towards the direction of second rotating electrical machines 14, briquetting 5 is placed directly over rocker 6, utilize locking mechanism 4 to compress tightly briquetting 5 fixed rocker 6, locking mechanism 4 can adjust fixed degree according to the size of rocker, so that change the rocker of different models during production, further, the communication switching module 12 and the mounting panel fixed connection of rocker, carry out communication electricity with rocker 6 and control box 1 signal acquisition device and be connected.
The first rotating motor 11 of the rocker driving device is mounted on the control box 1, the center of the first rotary table 16 is fixed on the output shaft of the rotating motor 11 through switching, the pushing rod 15 is fixed on the side edge of the rotary table 16 through bolts and vertically intersects with the metal operating rod 6-1 of the rocker 6, and the rocker 6 can move to a corresponding angle according to requirements under the driving of the first rotating motor 11 to complete the main flow of testing.
The second rotating motor 14 of the rocker rotating device is arranged on the control box 1, the center of the second rotary table 10 is fixed on the output shaft of the second rotating motor 14 through switching, the rocker fixing device is positioned on the supporting column 17 and is fixed by bolts, and the rocker fixing device and the fixed rocker 6 can rotate to corresponding angles according to requirements under the driving of the second rotating motor 14 to finish the corresponding position change of the rocker on the X-axis and Y-axis planes.
The first support plate 8 and the second support plate 18 of the rocker feedback device are positioned on two sides of the rocker driving device and are fixed on the control box 1 by bolts, limiting blocks 9 for limiting the rocker driving device are arranged on the support plate 8 and the support plate 18 to prevent the rocker driving device from bumping into a body when the rocker driving device is not calibrated to be zero, meanwhile, one side of the top end of the support plate 8 is fixedly provided with a first position zeroing sensor 7 by using an L-shaped sheet metal part, the other side support plate 18 is provided with a second position zeroing sensor 13, wherein the first position zeroing sensor 7 detects the angle position of the rocker rotating device, the second position zeroing sensor 13 detects the angle position of the rocker driving device, the first position zeroing sensor 7 and the second position zeroing sensor 13 are electrically connected with a control module of the control box 1, the touch display screen 2 is arranged on the control box 1 and is used as a cycle that the upper computer controls the movement of the rocker driving device and the rocker rotating device, and returns to the initial position of each device in the system and carries out the next test. The control box 1 is internally provided with a signal acquisition module for acquiring the rocker output value data in real time and a data storage module for storing the rocker output value data and a control feedback module for comparing the rocker output value data with a preset value to judge whether the rocker output value meets the performance requirement.
The invention adopts one of the industrial personal computer and the touch display screen as an upper computer, and the singlechip, the DSP and the like as a lower computer, thereby controlling the rocker testing device, the invention can be used for performance test and production test of the rocker, firstly, a tester puts the rocker on the mounting plate, the method is characterized in that a pressing block is arranged right above the rocking bar and is fixed by a locking device, parameter setting of a main page in the touch display screen is clicked, parameters of the rocking bar are tested, and the parameter setting comprises a range of a rocking angle of a rocking bar operating rod and an output voltage amplitude range.
The performance test is to detect the condition of the rocker under a long-time life test, when the performance test is carried out on the rocker, the voltage amplitude range of each rocker swinging angle is recorded in the test process of the rocker, the voltage amplitude range is counted and accumulated after each cycle is circulated (one cycle is 360 degrees), in the performance test mode, data obtained by the test of each rocker swinging angle are displayed in a touch display screen in a waveform mode, the monitoring of the rocker test process by a tester is convenient, the rocker test device can detect whether the data of each swinging angle accords with a set ideal value range, data which does not accord with the requirements are recorded on one side of the touch display screen, the obtained test data can be provided for technicians to further solve by recording the swinging angle range and the voltage amplitude range which exceed the set ideal value, in the performance test mode of the rocker test device, the test can be carried out aiming at the strength of structural parts of the rocker, whether the service life of the used springs accords with the designed requirements or not and the abrasion condition among structural parts contacted by a moving part, the data obtained by the performance test is corrected according to the data of the performance test, and further test is carried out on parts.
When the production test is carried out, the upper computer sends a starting instruction to the lower computer of the rocker testing device, the rocker testing device receives the starting instruction, the communication module on the rocker is electrically connected with the signal acquisition device, meanwhile, the rotating motor driving the rocker driving device drives the push rod to contact with the metal rod of the rocker and realize movement, the rocker driving device and the rocker rotating device can carry out the self-test of the first zeroing position calibration in the initial process, the positions of all devices of the rocker testing device are in the set initial positions during the test, so that the accuracy and the reliability during the rocker testing are ensured, and the rocker rotating device can rotate sequentially according to different setting angles after receiving the instruction sent by the upper computer, so that the acquisition of voltage amplitude change data of the rocker in different directions is met. The rocker testing device cooperates with the rocker driving device and the rocker rotating device according to different instructions sent by the upper computer, so that the testing process of the rocker is realized.
When the rocker is tested, a tester firstly places the rocker on a mounting plate part, a pressing block is placed right above the rocker, the pressing block is pressed and fixed by a locking device, the parameter setting of a main page in a touch display screen is clicked, the parameter setting of the test rocker comprises the range of the swing angle of a rocker operating rod and the range of the amplitude of output voltage, the main page is returned to click corresponding production test, an upper computer sends a starting instruction to a lower computer of the rocker test device, the rocker test device receives the starting instruction, a communication module on the rocker is electrically connected with a signal acquisition device, a rotating motor of a driving rocker driving device drives a push rod part to be in contact with a metal rod of the rocker and realize movement, the rocker driving device and the rocker rotating device can perform self-test of first zero-resetting position calibration in an initial process, namely, when equipment receives the instruction sent by the touch display screen, a position zero-calibrating sensor can detect whether the relative position angle of the rocker rotating device and the rocker driving device is consistent with the position angle of the equipment at the first time or not, after the feedback control module judges, data is transmitted to the upper computer, the upper computer sends the instruction to the rocker driving device and the rocker driving device is driven to the initial position when the rocker is driven by the device, and the initial position of the rocker is tested accurately, and the initial position of the rocker can be tested when the initial position is tested and the initial position of the device is tested. The rocker rotating device can rotate in sequence according to the set angle after receiving the instruction sent by the upper computer, so that the collection of voltage amplitude change data of the rocker in different directions is met. The rocker testing device cooperates with the rocker driving device and the rocker rotating device according to different instructions sent by the upper computer, so that the testing process of the rocker is realized.
