Embodiment 1 relates to a production process for producing a color-painting mat with fastness, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: preparing a plurality of cowhide mat raw materials to be colored and painted and polyurethane glue for adhering the cowhide mat raw materials;

and 4, step 4: the spray painting unit is vertically opposite to the upper surface of the position to be colored and painted of the cowhide mat raw material, the positions of the first control slide block 207, the second control slide block 208 and the third control slide block 209 are controlled, when the first control slide block 207 is controlled, the second slide rail 202 can move horizontally along the first slide rail 201 to drive the print head 204 to move in the transverse direction of the conveying table 10, and when the second control slider 208 is controlled, the third slide rail 203 can move vertically along the second slide rail 202, thereby driving the print head 204 to move up and down in the vertical direction, and when controlling the third control slider 209, the print head 204 can move back and forth along the third slide rail 203, so as to accurately control the relative position of the printing head 204 and the upper surface of the cowhide mat raw material, then the ink in the ink box 206 is absorbed into the ink pipe 205 and the printing head 204, and the color ink sprayed by the printing head 204 is sprayed on the upper surface of the cowhide mat raw material, so that the spray painting processing of the upper surface of the cowhide mat raw material is realized;
and 5: after the spray painting processing is finished, a crude cow leather mat product is formed; then the spray painting unit and the adsorption unit are closed, the micro motor is started again to drive the transmission wheel 102 to rotate, the transmission wheel 102 continuously transmits the cowhide mat crude product and the tensioning plate 30 to the right end of the transmission platform 10, and the cowhide mat crude product and the tensioning plate 30 are moved out of the shell;
step 6: taking down the crude cow leather mat product and the tensioning plate 30 on the conveying table 10, and then carrying out color fixation treatment on the crude cow leather mat product to form a finished cow leather mat product; then tearing off the finished cow leather mat on the tensioning plate 30.
Example 2
Example 2 differs from example 1 in that the coloured drawing apparatus and tensioning unit of example 2 is substantially as shown in figures 4 and 5, the coloured drawing apparatus further comprising a fixing unit comprising a fixing box 401 containing a fixing mix comprising a mixture of fixing agent, water, polyamide modified casein, handle agent and cross-linking agent, and coated cotton 402; the color fixing box 401 is welded at the opening at the right end of the shell 20, a feeding port 404 is arranged on the upper end face of the color fixing box 401, the coating cotton 402 is welded on the lower surface of the color fixing box 401, a plurality of through holes 403 are arranged on the bottom face of the color fixing box 401, the diameter of each through hole 403 is 1-2mm, the coating cotton 402 covers the through holes 403, and the coating cotton 402 can be in contact with the upper surface of a cowhide mat finished product.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the production process of the color-painting mat with the fastness in the embodiment has the following difference in use, the constant-temperature press is also synchronously prepared for ironing in the step 1, and meanwhile, the color fixing mixing agent is added into the color fixing box 401 through the feed opening 404 to prepare for the subsequent processing steps.
When the crude cow leather mat and the tensioning plate 30 are continuously conveyed to the right by the conveying wheel 102 in the step 5, the color fixing mixture in the color fixing box 401 is immersed into the coated cotton 402 through the through hole 403, when the crude cow leather mat slides across the coated cotton 402 under the conveying of the conveying wheel 102, the upper surface of the crude cow leather mat is in contact with the lower surface of the coated cotton 402, and the color fixing mixture is coated.
When the step 6 is carried out, the crude cow leather mat and the tensioning plate 30 are moved to the outside of the machine shell, the crude cow leather mat and the tensioning plate 30 on the conveying table 10 are taken down, the color fixing mixture on the crude cow leather mat is dried by more than 50%, at the moment, the crude cow leather mat is transferred to a ironing constant-temperature press, the ironing constant-temperature press further dries the color fixing mixture on the crude cow leather mat, and meanwhile, the crude cow leather mat is ironed to form a finished cow leather mat; then tearing off the finished cow leather mat on the tensioning plate 30.

Claims (10)

1. The production process of the color-painting mat without fading is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: preparing a plurality of cow leather mat raw materials to be colored and painted;
step 2: preparing a colored drawing device and a plurality of tensioning units for tensioning the cowhide mat raw material; the colored drawing equipment comprises a conveying table, and a painting unit and a conveying unit which are arranged on the conveying table, wherein a plurality of adsorption units capable of adsorbing the cowhide mat raw material are arranged in the middle of the conveying table, and the adsorption units can be opposite to the painting unit; the tensioning unit comprises a hard tensioning plate, and the cowhide mat raw material is detachably arranged on the tensioning plate;
and step 3: mounting the cowhide mat raw material obtained in the step 1 on a tensioning plate, then placing the tensioning plate tensioned with the cowhide mat raw material on a conveying unit of a conveying table, conveying the tensioning plate and the cowhide mat raw material to the middle part of the conveying table by the conveying unit, then starting an adsorption unit, and adsorbing and fixing the lower surface of the tensioning plate by the adsorption unit;
and 4, step 4: the spray painting unit is vertically opposite to the upper surface of the position to be painted of the cowhide mat raw material, and the spray painting unit performs spray painting processing on the surface of the cowhide mat raw material;
and 5: after the spray painting processing is finished, a crude cow leather mat product is formed; then the spray painting unit and the adsorption unit are closed, and the conveying unit continues to convey the crude cow leather mat and the tensioning plate to the other end of the conveying table;
step 6: carrying out color fixation treatment on the crude cow leather mat product to form a cow leather mat finished product; and then taking down the finished cow leather mat on the tensioning plate.

The process for producing a color-painting mat according to claim 1, wherein the conveying unit in the step 2 comprises a conveying strip and a plurality of conveying wheels, the conveying strip is horizontally embedded in the conveying table, the horizontal axis of the conveying strip is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying table, the conveying wheels are rotatably mounted on the conveying strip, and the axis of the conveying wheels is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying table; the conveying strips are arranged on the conveying table in parallel, the upper surfaces of the conveying strips are coplanar with the upper surface of the conveying table, and the wheel surfaces of the conveying wheels are higher than the upper surfaces of the conveying strips.

The production process of the colorlessness of the colored drawing mat according to claim 2, wherein the inkjet unit in the step 2 comprises a housing, a first slide rail horizontally arranged, a plurality of second slide rails vertically arranged, a third slide rail horizontally arranged, a plurality of print heads horizontally slidably mounted on the first slide rail, and ink tubes communicated with the print heads, the housing is fixedly mounted on the conveying table, the first slide rail is horizontally and fixedly mounted in the housing, the axis of the first slide rail is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying table, the upper end of the second slide rail is horizontally slidably mounted in the first slide rail, the axis of the third slide rail is perpendicular to the axis of the first slide rail, and both ends of the third slide rail are vertically slidably mounted in the second slide rail.

The production process of a color-drawing mat with a fast color as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first control slider for controlling the relative position of the upper end of the second slide rail and the first slide rail is fixedly installed on the upper end of the second slide rail, a second control slider for controlling the relative position of the two ends of the third slide rail and the second slide rail is fixedly installed on the two ends of the third slide rail, and a third control slider for controlling the relative position of the upper end of the printing head and the third slide rail is fixedly installed on both the upper ends of the printing head.

10. The process of claim 9, wherein the upper surface of the finished product of the cowhide mat is ironed by using an ironing constant temperature press after the color fixing mixture on the upper surface of the finished product of the cowhide mat is dried.
