Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a household appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 11, a door 13, a door lock structure 14, and a limiting structure 15. The cavity 11 defines a chamber 12, and the chamber 12 has an opening 16. The door 13 is used to close and open the opening 16. The door body 13 includes a first door 17 and a second door 18. The second door 18 rotates the coupling chamber 11. Second door 18 is provided with frame 19. The first door 17 is positioned above the second door 18 and rotatably connected to the frame 19. The door lock structure 14 connects the first door 17 and the frame 19 and serves to lock and unlock the first door 17 and the frame 19. The stopper structure 15 includes a slide shaft 27 and a slide groove 22. The slide shaft 27 is provided in one of the first door 17 and the frame 19, and the slide groove 22 is provided in the other of the first door 17 and the frame 19. The sliding shaft 27 is inserted into the sliding groove 22, and the sliding groove 22 is used for limiting the rotation angle of the sliding shaft 27 and further limiting the opening angle of the first door 17 relative to the second door 18.
In the household appliance 100, the first door 17 is limited by the limiting structure 15, and the opening angle of the first door 17 relative to the second door 18 is limited under the condition that the first door 17 is unlocked from the frame 19, so that under the condition that the opening 16 of the first door 17 is opened, the first door 17 cannot be damaged by excessive opening of the first door 17 and other parts, and the opened first door 17 cannot easily hit a user.
In the illustrated embodiment, a frame 19 is provided on an upper portion of the second door 18, and the frame 19 forms a space to accommodate the first door 17 rotatably coupled to the frame 19. The first door 17 is locked by the door lock structure 14 and the frame 19, thereby forming the door body 13 with the second door 18. The lower portion of the second door 18 is rotatably coupled to the bottom of the chamber 11. Opening or closing the first door 17 opens and closes an upper portion of the opening 16, and opening or closing the second door 18 opens or closes the entire opening 16. It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, since first door 17 is rotatably coupled to frame 19 of second door 18, opening or closing second door 18 corresponds to opening or closing door 13.
Referring to fig. 2, in a state where first door 17 and second door 18 are unlocked, first door 17 may be rotated back and forth on second door 18. By limiting the opening angle of first door 17 relative to second door 18 by limiting structure 15, first door 17 may remain open for a portion of opening 16, which may allow for the through-air drying of items (e.g., dishes) within chamber 12. Accidents caused by the first door 17 being opened too much to impact other structures (such as the second door 18) and injuring the user are avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the slide shaft 27 is provided in the first door 17, and the slide groove 22 is provided in the frame 19. The notch of the sliding groove 22 is arc-shaped. In the case where the first door 17 opens the opening 16, the first door 17 will drive the sliding shaft 27 to slide along the arc-shaped slot of the sliding slot 22. When the slide shaft 27 abuts against the inner wall of one end of the slide groove 22 along the groove of the slide groove 22, the slide shaft 27 cannot slide any further, and the rotation of the first door 17 on the frame 19 is restricted. By changing the overall arc length of the sliding groove 22 in the groove direction, the movable range of the sliding shaft 27 in the sliding groove 22 can be limited, and thus the opening angle of the first door 17 relative to the second door 18 can be changed.
In addition, the household appliance 100 may include, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric steamer, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, etc., or other household appliances 100 having the door 13 structure.
In the case where the household appliance 100 is a dishwasher, dishes, chopsticks, etc. may be accessed from the compartment 12 through the opening 16. An upper bowl basket and a lower bowl basket are arranged in the cavity 12, wherein the upper bowl basket corresponds to the first door 17, and the lower bowl basket corresponds to the second door 18. Referring to fig. 2, when a small amount of dishes are placed in the compartment 12, the dishes may be placed along a portion of the opening 16, such as an upper basket in the compartment 12, by opening the portion through the first door 17. Thus, the user can conveniently put the tableware into the chamber 12 without opening the whole door body 13. Referring to fig. 3, when a large amount of dishes are placed in the chamber 12, the door 13 opens the opening 16, and the dishes are placed in the chamber 12 along the opening 16, such as an upper basket and a lower basket in the chamber 12.
It will be appreciated that in the case where the electric household appliance 100 is an oven, a small quantity of food may be placed into the cavity 12 along a portion of the opening 16, so that the food may be cooked in the cavity 11 without opening the entire door 13. The case where the home appliance 100 is an electric steamer or other home appliances 100 having the door 13 is similar to the above case. And will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the frame 19 is fixed with a first bracket 21. The first door 17 is fixed with a second bracket 23. The second bracket 23 is rotatably connected to the first bracket 21 by a rotating shaft 25. The slide groove 22 is provided in one of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 23, and the slide shaft 27 is provided in the other of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 23. The assembly of the limit structure 15 on the door body 13 can be facilitated.
It can be understood that the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 23 are arranged, so that the limiting structure 15 can be independently arranged on the door body 13, and the situation that the whole door body 13 needs to be replaced due to damage of the limiting structure 15 is avoided. In some embodiments, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 23 may be made of a metal material, so that the connection strength between the first door 17 and the frame 19 may be improved, and the service life of the limiting structure 15 may be prolonged.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the slide groove 22 is provided in the first bracket 21, and the slide shaft 27 is provided in the second bracket 23. The first bracket 21 is provided with a shaft hole 28 for the rotating shaft 25 to pass through. The sliding shaft 27 is correspondingly partially penetrated through the sliding groove 22 in the state that the second bracket 23 is connected to the first bracket 21 through the rotating shaft 25.
In other embodiments, the slide shaft 27 may be provided in the first bracket 21, and the slide groove 22 may be provided in the second bracket 23. Specifically, in a case where the first door 17 opens the opening 16, the slide groove 22 rotates in the groove direction (i.e., the arc direction) following the first door 17, so that the slide shaft 27 and the slide groove 22 slide relatively. The specific principle is the same as that of the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the sliding shaft 27 is disposed on the first door 17, the sliding groove 22 is disposed on the frame 19, and the household appliance 100 includes a damping member 29, wherein the damping member 29 connects the frame 19 and the sliding shaft 27. In this way, the first door 17 can be opened more gently.
Specifically, the damping member 29 may include, but is not limited to, a torsion spring, a hydraulic member, a damping sleeve, and the like. In one embodiment, the hydraulic may drive the first door 17 to slowly open the opening 16 with the first door 17 unlocked. In another embodiment, the first door 17 may abut a torsion spring and generate an elastic force when rotating, which may cause the first door 17 to finally stop at a specific position. The damper 29 of the other embodiments is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the damper 29 includes a first arm 291 and a second arm 292, the first arm 291 being connected to the sliding shaft 27, and the second arm 292 being connected to the frame 19. In this manner, the damping member 29 can facilitate the damping of the rotation of the first door 17.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the damping member 29 is a torsion spring. Referring to fig. 6, the second arm 292 is connected to the frame 19 by being fixed to the hinge 25. In a state where the rotation shaft 25 is inserted through the shaft hole 28, the second arm 292 is fixedly fitted to a portion of the rotation shaft 25 inserted through the shaft hole 28, and the first arm 291 extends to one side of the sliding groove 22.
When the slide shaft 27 and the slide groove 22 slide relative to each other, the first arm 291 may abut against a portion of the slide shaft 27 where the slide groove 22 is bored, so that the slide shaft 27 biases the first arm 291. The first arm 291 is pressed to compress the torsion spring to generate an elastic force, and the elastic force is applied to the sliding shaft 27 along the first arm 291, so that the sliding of the sliding shaft 27 is blocked and the rotation speed of the first door 17 is gradually slowed down until the rotation is stopped.
In other embodiments, the second arm 292 may be fixed to the first bracket 21 at other positions to connect the frame 19, and is not limited herein.
In addition, in some embodiments, by adjusting the damping amount of the damping member 29, when the first door 17 is opened to a specific position (e.g., a position where the first door 17 is opened at an angle of 30 ° with respect to the second door 18), the resistance force generated by the damping member 29 on the first door 17 counteracts the gravity of the first door 17, so that the first door 17 can hover at the specific position. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first door 17 may be suspended at any position by adjusting the amount of damping provided by the damping member 29.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the damping member 29 defines a receiving hole 293, the damping member 29 is disposed in the sliding groove 22, and the sliding shaft 27 is partially disposed in the receiving hole 293. In this manner, the first door 17 can be made to open relatively gently.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the damping member 29 is a friction damping sleeve. The damper 29 is fitted along the inner side wall of the slide groove 22 and inserted through the slide groove 22 with interference. The receiving hole 293 has an arc shape corresponding to the sliding groove 22. In a state where the sliding shaft 27 is inserted into the sliding groove 22, the sliding shaft 27 is tightly fitted to the inner sidewall of the accommodating hole 293, so that when the first door 17 is opened, the sliding shaft 27 slides relative to the accommodating hole 293, and friction is generated between the sliding shaft 27 and the inner sidewall of the accommodating hole 293, so that the sliding of the sliding shaft 27 is blocked.
It will be appreciated that by varying the amount of friction between the friction damping sleeve and the sliding shaft 27, the speed at which the first door 17 opens can be varied and the first door 17 can be caused to hover at a particular location. In some embodiments, when the sliding shaft 27 slides to a certain position, the friction damping sleeve generates resistance to the sliding shaft 27, so that the sliding shaft 27 is blocked to slow down the rotation speed of the first door 17; the first door 17 may remain hovering in the case where the sliding shaft 27 is subjected to a resistance force that may counteract the weight of the first door 17.
Referring to fig. 9-11, in some embodiments, the door lock structure 14 includes a strike 31 and a strike 33. The latch 31 is movably provided on one of the frame 19 and the first door 17, and the latch 33 is provided on the other of the frame 19 and the first door 17. When the first door 17 closes the opening 16, the latch 31 engages with the tongue 33 to lock the first door 17 to the frame 19. When the latch tongue 33 is disengaged from the catch 31, the first door 17 is unlocked from the frame 19. In this way, the locking and unlocking action of the first door 17 and the frame 19 is achieved.
In the illustrated embodiment, the catch 31 is provided in the frame 19, the latch 33 is provided in the first door 17, the frame 19 is formed with a recess 35, and the catch 31 is operable to close and open the recess 35.
