Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
At present, in a file arrangement process, if files from different paths are to be arranged, or different types of files under a certain path are to be classified and arranged, path sources of the files need to be checked one by one or interfaces need to be switched repeatedly for operation, so that the file arrangement on a terminal of one screen is very complex and tedious at present.
With the appearance of the double-screen intelligent terminal, the double-screen intelligent terminal has unique advantages in file arrangement, files to be arranged and a target folder are displayed between the two screens respectively, and the purpose of quickly arranging the files can be achieved.
In order to achieve the above object of quickly arranging files, an embodiment of the present invention provides a file arrangement method, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation flow of the file arrangement method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, at least one file to be sorted is obtained from a first screen.
The step 101 of acquiring at least one file to be sorted from the first screen can be realized by the terminal; the terminal may be any type of terminal having at least two screens. In practical applications, the terminal may be a mobile phone with at least two screens, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), and the like. Here, each screen of the terminal can display a different screen, and the terminal can acquire an operation on each screen and execute an instruction corresponding to the operation. It should be noted that the terminal may be a terminal having only one display device, and at least two screens are obtained through a screen splitting operation; or a terminal having at least two independent display devices each displaying one screen.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first screen may be any one of the plurality of screens of the terminal; a user opens a file manager through a first screen and enters a file sorting mode; at this time, the first screen can display a file list including at least one file; the files in the file list may include files from different paths, or may include files in the same path. And the user selects at least one file to be sorted from the file list, and further, the terminal obtains the file to be sorted according to the at least one file selected by the user on the first screen.
And 102, determining to display at least one display folder in a second screen based on the at least one file to be sorted.
Wherein, the step 102 of determining to present at least one presentation folder in the second screen based on the at least one file to be collated may be implemented by a terminal having at least two screens. Here, the second screen is any one of screens other than the first screen in the terminal; that is, the second screen is different from the first screen and is not the same screen as the first screen. In practical application, the second screen and the first screen are arranged oppositely, for example, the first screen and the second screen can be arranged on the left side and the right side of the same surface, or arranged on the upper side and the lower side, so that a user can visually check and compare the content displayed in the first screen and the content displayed in the second screen.
In other embodiments of the present invention, step 102 may specifically include the following steps:
step 1021, the terminal obtains the saving path and the file type of each file to be sorted.
And 1022, the terminal determines to display at least one display folder in the second screen based on the storage path and the file type of each file to be sorted.
In other embodiments of the present invention, after the user selects the file to be sorted on the first screen, the terminal may predict a way in which the user sorts the file according to a path or a file type of the file to be sorted selected by the user. For example, if the files to be sorted selected by the user are files from different paths, it can be determined that the user needs to transfer the files in the different paths to the same folder; for another example, if the files to be sorted selected by the user have the same path but different file types, it may be considered that the user needs to classify the files in the path according to the file types. Further, after the terminal determines the file sorting mode of the user, a display folder corresponding to the files to be sorted can be obtained according to the file sorting mode of the user, and the display folder is displayed on the second screen.
Step 103, obtaining at least one target file from the at least one file to be sorted, and determining the target folder from the display folders of the second screen.
Here, step 103 obtains at least one target file from the at least one file to be collated, and determining the target folder from the presentation folders of the second screen may be implemented by a terminal having at least two screens.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the target file is one or more files of the files to be sorted in the first screen; and the target folder is one of a plurality of presentation folders in the second screen. In practical application, a user can sort files to be sorted in batches in the first screen, so that the user can select one or more files to be further sorted from the files to be sorted each time, and correspondingly select a target folder from the display folders.
And 104, adding the at least one target file into a target folder in the second screen.
Here, the adding of the at least one target file to the target folder in the second screen in step 104 may be implemented by a terminal having at least two screens. Wherein adding the target file to the target folder may comprise: the target file is copied or moved to the target folder.
The embodiment of the invention provides a file arrangement method, a terminal and a computer readable storage medium, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining at least one file to be arranged from a first screen, and determining that at least one display folder is displayed in a second screen based on the at least one file to be arranged; at least one target file can be obtained from at least one file to be sorted in the first screen, and a target folder is determined from the display folders in the second screen; finally, the at least one target file is added to a target folder in the second screen. In this way, the corresponding folder to be selected to be transferred to can be displayed on the second screen according to the file to be sorted selected on the first screen by the user, so that the user can more conveniently add the file to be sorted in the first screen to the target folder in the second screen; therefore, frequent operations such as selection and checking can be omitted, the effect of quickly arranging files is achieved, the file arranging efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides a file arrangement method, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another implementation flow of the file arrangement method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 201, the terminal obtains at least one file to be sorted from the first screen.
Step 202, the terminal obtains the saving path and the file type of each file to be sorted.
Here, step 202 obtains the saving path and file type of each file to be sorted for predicting the way in which the user needs to perform the sorting. The saving path may be a directory for saving the file, that is, the saving directory may know in which folder the file is specifically saved. The file type is a special encoding method for information used by the terminal to store information, and is usually represented by an extension name of a file; the file types may include document, picture, audio, video, etc. types; among them, a file of a document type may be represented using an extension name of txt, doc, pdf, or the like, a file of a picture type may be represented using an extension name of jpg, an audio file may be represented using an extension name of mp3 or m4a, and a video file may be represented using an extension name of mp 4. In practical applications, the terminal may identify the type of the file according to the extension name of the file.
Step 203, if the storage paths of the files to be sorted are different and the file types are the same, the terminal acquires the upper-level folder of each file to be sorted.
And 204, the terminal determines to display the upper-level folder of each folder to be sorted in the second screen.
The terminal judges whether the files to be sorted are files in different saving paths after acquiring the saving paths and the file types of the files to be sorted, and if the files are files in different saving paths, the terminal continues to judge whether the file types of the files to be sorted are the same type.
If the storage paths of the files to be sorted are different and the file types are the same, it can be predicted that the user needs to sort the files with the same type from different paths into the same folder, so that the user can manage the files conveniently. Therefore, the terminal can acquire the folder at the previous level of each file to be sorted according to the saving path of each file to be sorted, take the folders as potential target folders, and display the potential target folders on the second screen.
Illustratively, at least one file to be collated in the first screen includes 4 audio files, and is respectively saved in a folder of "local music download", "browser download", "wechat download", or "microblog download"; the terminal obtains the upper level folders of each file to be sorted, namely the folders of local music downloading, browser downloading, WeChat downloading and microblog downloading, and displays the folders in the second screen.
In other embodiments, after step 204 and before step 205, the following steps may be further included:
A. the terminal creates at least one new folder or acquires the folder under the appointed saving path;
B. and the terminal displays the at least one new folder or the folder under the appointed saving path on the second screen.
Here, the terminal may create at least one new folder on the second screen or display folders in the designated path on the second screen according to the user's request; the specified path File may further include a folder in a third-party cloud server, such as a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) folder. At this time, the folders displayed in the second screen include not only the previous-level folder of the file to be sorted, but also a newly created folder or a folder in a designated saving path.
Step 205, the terminal obtains at least one target file from the at least one file to be sorted, and determines the target folder from the display folders of the second screen.
Step 206, the terminal adds the at least one target file to a target folder in the second screen.
It should be noted that, for the explanation of the same steps or related concepts in the present embodiment as in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the description in the other embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention provides a file sorting method, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining at least one file to be sorted from a first screen, displaying a previous-level folder of the file to be sorted on a second screen based on a storage path and a file type of the at least one file to be sorted, selecting a target file from the first screen, selecting the target folder from the second screen, and adding the target file into the target folder.
3 is a schematic diagram of another implementation flow of the file arrangement method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step 301, the terminal obtains at least one file to be sorted from the first screen.
Step 302, the terminal obtains the saving path and the file type of each file to be sorted.
Step 303, if the storage paths of the files to be sorted are the same and the file types are different, the terminal creates at least one classified folder under the storage path corresponding to the files to be sorted.
Step 304, the terminal determines to display the at least one classified folder in the second screen.
And the at least one classified folder has a corresponding relation with the file type of the file to be sorted.
In other embodiments of the present invention, after acquiring the saving path and the file type of the file to be sorted, the terminal determines whether the file to be sorted is a file in the same saving path, and if the file is a file in the same saving path, continues to determine whether the file type of the file to be sorted is a different type.
In some embodiments, if the storage paths of the files to be sorted are the same and the file types are different, the files to be sorted can be regarded as different types of files in the same folder; at this time, the terminal may consider that the user needs to sort the files of different types in the folder. Then, the terminal automatically creates a plurality of classified folders in the folder where the files to be sorted are located according to the file type of the at least one file to be sorted; here, the number of the classification folders is the same as the number of the file types of the files to be sorted, and each classification folder corresponds to one file type, and it is understood that each classification folder can store one type of files. Preferably, the names of the categorized folders are named by file type.
Illustratively, at least one file to be sorted in the first screen is a "destiny symphony. mp 3", "Emblica. mp 4", or "flower. jpg" file saved in a "browser download" folder; and automatically creating a music folder, a video folder and a picture folder in a browser downloading folder by the terminal according to the types of the three files to be sorted.
And 305, automatically adding the files to be sorted to the classified folders of corresponding types by the terminal based on the file types of the files to be sorted.
Here, based on the at least one classified folder established in step 304, the terminal may move each file to be sorted into the classified folders of the corresponding types according to the file type of the file, so that a user does not need to manually transfer the file, and the efficiency of sorting the file is improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, there are files without explicit file types, so in step 304, when the terminal automatically creates a new classified folder, another folder may be created, and the terminal may add the file to be sorted without explicit file types to the another folder.
In some embodiments, the terminal cannot automatically add all files to be sorted to the corresponding classification folder. Therefore, in consideration of the remaining files to be collated that have not been successfully transferred, the following steps are also performed.
Step 306, the terminal obtains at least one target file from the at least one file to be sorted, and determines the target folder from the display folders of the second screen.
In other embodiments of the present invention, step 306 may be preceded by the following steps:
A. the terminal creates at least one new folder or acquires the folder under the appointed saving path;
B. and the terminal displays the at least one new folder or the folder under the appointed saving path on the second screen.
Here, the terminal may create at least one new folder on the second screen or display folders in the designated path on the second screen according to the user's request; the specified path File may further include a folder in a third-party cloud server, such as a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) folder. At this time, the folders presented in the second screen include not only the newly created at least one categorized folder but also the newly created folder or the folder in the designated save path.
Step 307, the terminal adds the at least one target file to a target folder in the second screen.
It should be noted that, for the explanation of the same steps or related concepts in the present embodiment as in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the description in the other embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
