Finally, the navigation time information is transmitted to the popularization terminal, so that the popularization terminal can display the navigation time information to popularization personnel, and the popularization terminal can know the time required for reaching the next merchant place in advance, so that the popularization work and the schedule can be planned better.
In some embodiments, the information processing method may further include:
Acquiring access path information generated by a popularization end for sequentially accessing a plurality of off-line merchant places based on navigation path information;
Based on the access path information and the navigation path information, popularization behaviors of the popularization personnel are evaluated.
The access path information may be used to record the actual action track and access sequence of the popularization person.
After the server acquires the access path information, the access path information can be compared with preset navigation path information and comprehensively analyzed. For example, how the popularizer accesses strictly according to the navigation path information without unnecessary deviation and delay can indicate that the popularizer has good execution capacity and working discipline, and if the navigation path information and the access path information have larger deviation, such as detouring, missing some off-line merchant places, or staying in some places for too long, the situation that the popularizer is unfamiliar with the route, has lower working efficiency or has other problems can be reflected.
In some embodiments, based on the access path information and the navigation path information, evaluating the promotion behavior of the promoter may be specifically implemented as:
calculating the path matching degree of the access path information and the navigation path information;
and evaluating popularization behaviors of the popularization personnel based on the path matching degree.
In the embodiment of the application, after the server side obtains the access path information, the access path information and the navigation path information can be compared and analyzed to calculate the matching degree of the access path information and the navigation path information. For example, a plurality of factors such as the consistency of the order of the actually accessed merchant locations with the order of the navigation plan, the similarity of the actual walking route with the navigation recommended route, the deviation of the stay time at each merchant location from the expected time, and the like may be considered in the calculation. By quantifying these factors, a specific match level value or ratio can be derived.
The promotional behaviour of the promotional person may then be assessed based on the calculated path matching degree. If the path matching degree is high, the popularization personnel can better follow the navigation planning, the standardization and the efficiency of the work can be higher, and the organization and the discipline can be stronger.
Conversely, if the path matching is low, this may mean that the popularizer has problems such as getting lost, changing routes without permission, and staying in the popularizing process, reflecting that the job may be unfamiliar, lack of planning, or the job attitude may be inadequate.
The evaluation mode based on the path matching degree can provide powerful support for objectively and accurately evaluating the work performance of the popularization personnel, is beneficial to finding problems and exciting excellent behaviors, and can be used for training and improving pertinently so as to improve the quality and effect of popularization work.
Fig. 4 shows a system architecture diagram of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the server may generate information carriers with unique carrier identifiers in batch, and then may send the information carriers to a promoting end of a promoting person, and the promoting person promotes the information carriers to an off-line merchant location.
And in the on-line merchant place, the popularization personnel can assist the merchant to register. The merchant can utilize the merchant end to scan the information carrier for registration operation, and during registration, the merchant can provide merchant identification information and promotion identification information of promotion personnel, and then the merchant end can send the merchant identification information, the promotion identification information and the carrier identification information to the server end so that the server end can create the association relationship of the merchant identification information, the promotion identification information and the carrier identification information.
After the registration is successful, the information carrier can be displayed in the off-line merchant location, so that a user accessing the off-line merchant location can scan the information carrier by using the user terminal to acquire popularization content pointed by the information carrier.
After scanning the information carrier, the user side may send user data and an information carrier identifier to the server side, where the user data is used to match personalized promotion content for the user, and the information carrier identifier is used to accumulate a number of scan codes for the merchant, so as to evaluate promotion behavior of the merchant based on the number of scan codes.
The information processing method provided by the application is schematically described below in connection with a specific application scenario.
The server side can generate a plurality of two-dimensional codes serving as information carriers, each two-dimensional code corresponds to a page address, and the two-dimensional codes can be displayed through different popularization media such as paper leaflets and electronic posters.
A user sees two-dimension codes on a paper leaflet of a home service on the street and scans the two-dimension codes, and the user side sends a content acquisition request to the server side based on a page address obtained by scanning the two-dimension codes.
And the server side responds to the request and determines the user data corresponding to the user side. For example, the user is known to be near a certain cell by scanning the position information, and the user is found to frequently browse the related content of the household service by characteristic data such as age, sex and the like of the user collected in the scanning process of the user side and historical behavior data recorded by the user identification information.
Then, the server determines a plurality of household service objects to be promoted. And determining a plurality of proper household services from a plurality of objects to be promoted by taking the service range including the district where the user is located and the service time matched with the current time as screening conditions. Based on the service prompt information of the household services, popularization contents are generated.
And finally, the promotion content including the personnel introduction, service items, preferential activities and the like of the household service is transmitted to the user side as page content of the page address for the user side to display, and the user can select the household service suitable for the user according to the displayed content.
Further, in order to improve the chronicity and fixability of content popularization, the two-dimensional code can be promoted to an off-line merchant place by a promoting person, after the popularization is successful, the two-dimensional code can be displayed in the off-line merchant place, for example, can be posted on a table, a foreground and the like, so that effective content touch and feedback collection are realized.
Popularization personnel can acquire unassigned two-dimensional codes from the server to popularize. The server side sends navigation path information of a plurality of off-line merchant locations to the promotion side, and promotion personnel arrive at the off-line merchant locations to conduct promotion activities according to navigation.
After the popularization personnel arrive at the off-line merchant location, the merchant can register by utilizing the merchant end to scan the two-dimensional code, and after the registration is successful, the two-dimensional code can be bound with the off-line merchant location. After the two-dimension code is bound with the off-line merchant location, a user can continuously scan for a long time, and the merchant can be excited according to the scanning quantity of the two-dimension code, so that the popularization enthusiasm of the merchant is improved.
And, the user can upload the information including code scanning time, position, unique two-dimensional code identification and the like automatically by the user terminal in each code scanning action, and the server terminal can continuously detect the popularization effect of each two-dimensional code. In addition, through combining the position information of the commercial tenant and the user, the server can realize more accurate content delivery, ensure to popularize the content and start the target user group, promote the conversion rate.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to improve promotion enthusiasm of merchants, the merchants can be stimulated based on the scanning quantity of the two-dimensional codes, and the stimulation form can comprise commission distribution, for example. In order to provide fairness and effectiveness of the incentive, risk is reduced, and the incentive may be risk controlled. For example, abnormal scan data is checked to prevent merchants from swiping the scan amount by improper means. Meanwhile, other data such as actual consumption conditions of users, evaluation of services and the like are combined, popularization effects of merchants are comprehensively evaluated, and reasonable distribution of excitation is ensured.
Firstly, a perfect wind control system can be established to monitor the change trend of the scanning data in real time, and a reasonable threshold value is set so as to trigger an alarm when the data is abnormal. Meanwhile, multi-dimensional analysis is performed on the scanned data of the merchant, including time, region and user behavior characteristics, to identify unreasonable concentrated or abnormal patterns, such as a large number of scans from the same IP address in a short time, so that improper swipe behaviors that may exist are suspected.
Secondly, the scanning data is comprehensively evaluated by combining the actual consumption condition of the user and the evaluation of the service. If an increase in the scan volume is found without a corresponding increase in the amount consumed or user rating, this may be an indication of improper acquisition of the incentive.
In terms of rule formulation and execution, rules can be explicitly motivated, including allowed behaviors and violations, and reasonable upper and lower limits of the motivation are set. For a offending merchant, penalties such as deduction of incentives, reduction of credit ratings, or cancellation of partnerships should be strictly performed, and reporting mechanisms established to encourage supervision.
Secondly, encryption techniques and digital signatures can also be employed to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the data, while introducing artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to automatically identify potential misbehaving and abnormal user patterns.
In addition, periodic auditing and evaluation can be performed to check the rationality and violation of incentive distribution and evaluate the effectiveness of risk control measures. According to the evaluation result, the risk control system is continuously improved, the incentive policy is adjusted, the data monitoring method is optimized, and the technical precaution is enhanced.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of risk control provided by an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, after a user scans the information carrier with the user terminal, user data may be acquired, the user data may first flow to the wind control system, and the wind control system may perform risk detection on the user data, and after the risk detection is passed, push the promotion content to the user terminal.
After the user selects at least one promotion object based on promotion content displayed by the user side, the promotion object can be circulated to the wind control system again to perform risk detection, and under the condition of passing the risk detection, the short code scanning quantity of the commercial tenant is accumulated to excite the commercial tenant. Further, the risk detection may be performed again before the merchant is motivated, and a merchant commission may be given after the risk detection has passed.
For the merchant, risk control may be performed at the merchant registration and commission acquisition node of the merchant, and the merchant registration and commission acquisition may be allowed if the risk control passes.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a server, as shown in fig. 6, and may specifically include:
a carrier generation module 601, configured to generate a plurality of information carriers, where each information carrier corresponds to a unique carrier identifier;
The carrier determining module 602 is configured to determine, in response to an information acquisition request sent by any promotion end, at least one information carrier that is not allocated among the plurality of information carriers, where the information acquisition request is generated by the promotion end in response to an acquisition operation of a promotion person;
The navigation sending module 603 is configured to send navigation path information of a plurality of off-line merchant locations to the promotion end, so that the promotion end displays the navigation path information;
A first request receiving module 604, configured to, when the promotion location of the promotion end is located at any offline merchant location indicated in the navigation path information, receive a registration request sent by the offline merchant location corresponding to the merchant end that scans an unassociated target information carrier in the at least one information carrier, and determine merchant identification information of the offline merchant location;
The association relation establishing module 605 is configured to establish an association relation between the merchant identification information and an object carrier identification corresponding to the object information carrier, where after the association relation is established, the object information carrier is used to display the merchant identification information in the offline merchant location through a promotion medium, and the object information carrier is used for a user side to scan to obtain corresponding promotion content.

The storage component is configured to store various types of data to support operation in the device. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
