Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure measurement, in particular to a stabilizing device for measuring the air pressure of a common point.
Background
When an atmospheric pressure measurement is required, it is generally necessary to keep the atmospheric pressure stable. In the prior art, the air pressure of the environment is generally detected by an air pressure meter, but the temperature, the humidity, the height and the air disturbance in the environment space all affect the measured air pressure value, so that the air pressure value of each point in the detected environment space is different, and the measuring result is affected.
In view of this, the present invention provides a stabilizing device for measuring the air pressure at the common point, which makes the air pressure in the space tend to be stable through multiple paths, and uses the pressure sensor of the measuring chamber to confirm the air pressure at the common point, so as to measure the stable air pressure in the measured space.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a stabilizing device for measuring the air pressure at a common point, and the air pressure is measured at a fixed point in the measured environmental space, so as to reduce the influence of the temperature, humidity, altitude and air disturbance in the environmental space on the air pressure.
A stabilizing device for measuring common point air pressure comprises a common pipe, an outer box 2, an inner box 3, a partition plate 4 and a circular vent pipe 5, and is characterized in that the common pipe 1 and the outer box 2 are of hollow structures, the lower end of the common pipe 1 penetrates through an upper wall plate of the outer box 2 to be communicated with the interior of the outer box 2 and detachably connected with the outer box 2, the outer box 2 is divided into an upper cavity 6 and a lower cavity 7, the upper cavity 6 and the lower cavity 7 are separated by the partition plate 4, the inner box 3 is of a hollow structure, the inner box 3 is detachably communicated with the partition plate 4 through the circular vent pipe 5, N circular through holes 28 are formed in the lower wall plate of the outer box 2 and the upper wall plate of the inner box 3, the outer atmospheric pressure enters the lower cavity 7 through the circular through holes 28 of the lower wall plate of the outer box 2, then enters the upper cavity 3 through the circular through holes 28 of the upper wall plate 3, and finally enters the common cavity 6 when the common air pressure is measured, and the common pressure value enters the upper cavity 6 through the upper cavity 6, and the common pressure value of the common point air pressure is measured.
Further, a circle of first turning angles 8 are arranged at the lower end of the public pipe 1, and the vertical section of each first turning angle 8 is in an inverted isosceles trapezoid and is used for being clamped with the outer box body 2.

The invention provides a stabilizing device for measuring the air pressure of a common point, which comprises a common pipe 1, an outer box 2, an inner box 3, a partition board 4 and a circular ventilation pipe 5, wherein the common pipe 1 and the outer box 2 are of hollow structures, the lower end of the common pipe 1 passes through an upper wall plate of the outer box 2 to be communicated with the interior of the outer box 2 and detachably connected with the outer box 2, the outer box 2 is divided into an upper cavity 6 and a lower cavity 7, the upper cavity 6 and the lower cavity 7 are separated by the partition board 4, the inner box 3 is arranged in the lower cavity 7 of the outer box 2 and is of a hollow structure, the inner box 3 is detachably communicated with the partition board 4 by the circular ventilation pipe 5, N circular through holes 28 are respectively formed in the lower wall plate of the outer box 2 and the upper wall plate of the inner box 3, the outer atmospheric pressure enters the lower cavity 7 through the circular through the lower wall plate 28 of the outer box 2, the air pressure is measured by the inner wall plate 3, and finally, the air pressure value of the common air pressure is measured by the inner box 3, and the air pressure value of the common point is measured by the air pressure sensor, and the air pressure value of the common point is reduced, and the air pressure value of the common point is measured by the inner cavity 6.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the stabilizing device for measuring the air pressure at the common point is characterized in that a common pipe 1, an outer box 2, an inner box 3, a partition plate 4 and a circular vent pipe 5 are arranged in the inner box 7, the common pipe 1 and the outer box 2 are of hollow structures, the lower end of the common pipe 1 penetrates through an upper wall plate of the outer box 2 to be communicated with the interior of the outer box 2 and detachably connected with the outer box 2, the outer box 2 is divided into an upper cavity 6 and a lower cavity 7, the upper cavity 6 and the lower cavity 7 are separated by the partition plate 4, the inner box 3 is of a hollow structure, the inner box 3 is detachably communicated with the partition plate 4 through the circular vent pipe 5, the lower wall plate of the outer box 2 and an upper wall plate of the inner box 3 are respectively provided with N circular through holes 28, the outer air pressure enters the lower cavity 7 through the lower circular through holes 28 of the outer box 2, and then enters the inner box 3 through the circular through the upper wall plate 3 to be used as the air pressure sensor 6 when the air pressure enters the common cavity 6, and finally the air pressure enters the common cavity 6 through the upper cavity 6, and the air pressure sensor is measured.
The lower end of the public pipe 1 is provided with a circle of first turning angles 8, and the vertical section of each first turning angle 8 is in the shape of an inverted isosceles trapezoid and is used for being clamped with the outer box body 2.

The lower wall plate of the outer box body 2 is provided with 2-4 rows of air inlets, each row of air inlets is provided with N circular through holes 28, the cover plate 23 of the inner box body 3 is provided with 2-4 rows of air inlets, and each row of air inlets is provided with N circular through holes 28.
A circle of sound-absorbing cotton 27 is arranged on the inner wall plate of the lower cavity 7 and is used for reducing air flow fluctuation in the box body.
