Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of case management technologies, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for managing an electronic case, an electronic device, and a storage medium. And then searching the stored history processing files of the work account, searching the electronic files in an unclosed state in the history processing files, and displaying the electronic files on the work account. The work account number can select a plurality of electronic files in an unclosed state to be displayed, and a target electronic file is determined. The case management server receives the selected target electronic case, analyzes the case supplementary material according to the mode related to the embodiment, determines the supplementary information label, matches the supplementary information label with a plurality of information labels corresponding to the target electronic case, and if the matching is successful, indicates association, the case supplementary material can be stored in the corresponding storage area according to the mode in the embodiment.
According to the embodiment, the corresponding work account number and the corresponding case supplement material are determined through receiving and analyzing the file supplement information, so that the supplement information and the corresponding work account number can be quickly and effectively related, and the information processing efficiency is improved. And the electronic records in the corresponding unclosed state are determined and displayed based on the history processing records of the working account, so that a record handling staff can quickly know the record state, and the record management is optimized. The method has the advantages that the target electronic case selected by the working account is received, the case supplementary material is analyzed, the corresponding supplementary information label is determined, the accuracy of the supplementary information is ensured, and the case processing accuracy is improved. If the supplementary information label is associated with the information label corresponding to the target electronic file, acquiring an entry to be recorded of the target electronic file, and storing the file supplementary material in a storage area associated with the corresponding entry to be recorded, so that the electronic file information can be improved continuously, and the integrity and the inquireability of the file are improved.
In some embodiments, the arrangement mode of the case entries corresponding to the case types can be determined based on the stored electronic cases, then the numbering mode of the case types can be determined based on the case numbers of the stored electronic cases, and further the case numbers of the electronic cases can be determined. The method comprises the steps of searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case types, analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, determining case entries, and finally determining the electronic case catalogue corresponding to the electronic case of the current case. Specifically, searching a stored electronic file corresponding to the file type in the stored electronic file, and determining a file entry arrangement mode corresponding to the file type of the current file; determining a numbering mode of a case type based on the case number of the stored electronic case; determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case according to the case number and the numbering mode of the stored electronic case; searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case types, analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, and determining case entries corresponding to the electronic cases of the current cases; and determining an electronic case catalog corresponding to the electronic case of the current case based on the case entries and the case entry arrangement mode.
The to-be-recorded items in the above embodiment may be used to represent to-be-recorded items, where the arrangement manner of the to-be-recorded items may be different manners of arranging the to-be-recorded items, and may be determined according to priorities of case records corresponding to the different to-be-recorded items, and each to-be-recorded item in the formed electronic case directory is sequential. Different case types may have different numbering schemes, such as abbreviations indicating the types + case creation date numbers + encrypted data, etc. The default case record may be used to indicate a case record into which a certain case type must be imported, and may be set in advance.
Specifically, the case management server may search a plurality of pre-stored electronic cases, find a case of a case type corresponding to the current case from the pre-stored electronic cases, obtain a corresponding case number, and extract a corresponding numbering mode. Then, the case number of the stored electronic case can be marked, and then the case number with unexpected case number marked is randomly generated according to the number mode to be used as the case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case. Then, a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case type can be searched, and then the case records of the stored electronic case and the default case records are analyzed to obtain the case entry corresponding to the most perfect case record. And then arranging the case entries according to the case entry arrangement mode to obtain the ordered electronic case catalogue.
In some implementations, the numbering scheme may be extracted from the case numbers of the stored electronic cases of the same case type, and then the numbering scheme is compared with the preset numbering scheme of the same case type, so as to ensure that the numbering scheme is up-to-date.
According to the embodiment, the stored electronic files corresponding to the file types are searched in the stored electronic files, the file entry arrangement mode corresponding to the file types is determined, the files of the related files can be quickly and effectively searched, and the file searching efficiency is improved. By determining the case number mode of the case type of the current case and determining the case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case based on the case number of the stored electronic case, unified management and quick positioning of the case number can be realized, and the function of number management is enhanced. By searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case types and analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, the case entry corresponding to the electronic case of the current case is determined, so that the management of the case records can be optimized, and the integrity and accuracy of materials are improved. By determining the electronic file catalog corresponding to the electronic file of the current file based on the file entries and the file entry arrangement mode, a new electronic file can be quickly created, and the efficiency of file creation is improved. The efficiency and the accuracy of electronic case management are integrally improved, so that powerful technical support is provided for case flows.
In some embodiments, when the entry to be entered is evidence material, the case records may be analyzed to determine the type of evidence. If the written evidence is the written evidence, the written evidence can be edited again, and if the written evidence is the picture evidence, the picture evidence can be processed and reconstructed through an algorithm. Specifically, if the case record corresponding to the entry to be recorded is an evidence material, analyzing the evidence material and determining the evidence type of the evidence material; if the evidence type is written evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a document integration mode; re-editing the written evidence based on a document integration mode to highlight the key points of the case records; if the evidence type is the picture evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a picture enhancement mode; and carrying out algorithm processing and reconstruction on the picture evidence based on the picture enhancement mode so as to display the minutiae of the picture evidence.
Evidence material may be used to represent various materials used to prove authenticity of facts, support or refute claimants, and may include audio recordings, video recordings, surveillance videos, electronic contracts, agreements, notices, and incident scene photographs, among others. Wherein electronic contracts, agreements, notices and the like can be used as written materials, and scene of accident photos can be used as picture evidence. The document integration mode can comprise typesetting, labeling, highlighting and the like for document re-editing, and is also a mode capable of displaying the key points of the case records. The picture enhancement mode can comprise super-resolution reconstruction, image filtering, sharpening, denoising and the like, and can be used for carrying out the actions of algorithm processing and reconstruction and enabling detail points on the picture to be revealed. The algorithmic processing for the photo evidence may include algorithms for image filtering, histogram equalization, image smoothing, edge detection, etc. The key points of the case records and the minutiae of the picture evidence can be preset differently according to the cases.
Specifically, if the case corresponding to the entry to be entered is recorded as the evidence material, the evidence type of the evidence material may be analyzed first. If the evidence type is written evidence, determining the document integration mode as a corresponding information processing mode, and then re-editing the document corresponding to the written evidence of the case based on the document integration mode. If the evidence type is the picture evidence, determining the picture enhancement mode as a corresponding information processing mode, and then carrying out algorithm processing and reconstruction on the picture evidence based on the image enhancement mode.
In some implementations, evidence material may also be watermarked with a proprietary watermark.
According to the embodiment, the evidence type is determined by analyzing the case record corresponding to the entry to be recorded, and if the evidence type is written evidence or picture evidence, different information processing modes can be determined according to different evidence types. The file integration mode and the picture enhancement mode are used for processing the case records, so that the key points of the case records can be highlighted, the detail points of the picture evidence can be displayed, and the quality of the case records is improved. Through carrying out targeted processing on different types of evidence materials, the convincing force of the evidence can be enhanced, the case examination efficiency is improved, and the case flow efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the electronic paper viewing request may be received for analysis, and the operations that may be performed by the corresponding work account may appear to be determined based on the viewing permissions of the account. And displaying the browsing nodes of the corresponding electronic files based on the history browsing records. Specifically, receiving and analyzing an electronic paper reading request, and determining the browsing permission and the historical browsing record of a work account corresponding to the electronic paper reading request; searching a case operation corresponding to the browsing permission; based on the historical browsing records and browsing rights, browsing nodes corresponding to the electronic files respectively are determined and displayed, so that after the continuous browsing selection sent by the work account is received, the identification corresponding to the file operation is displayed to the work account.
The electronic paper viewing request may be a request for viewing a stored electronic paper. The confidentiality degree of different electronic files is different, and the confidentiality of different parts of the same electronic file is also possibly different, so that different browsing rights can be preset for different work accounts. The history browsing record may be a record of the electronic file browsed before the current time. The case operation may include operations of scaling, downloading, marking, etc. If the working account number reads a certain electronic file and each read part exceeds the preset time, marking the read position after the electronic file is withdrawn from reading, and taking the marked position as a browsing node. The browse continuing selection may be used to indicate that the work account has selected the electronic file that was browsed.
Specifically, the file management server may receive the electronic reading request for analysis, extract the work account number from which the electronic reading request is sent, and search the browsing permission, the history browsing record and the file operation corresponding to the browsing permission of the work account number. And searching a plurality of browsing nodes corresponding to the electronic files in the history browsing record, displaying the browsing nodes to the work account, then receiving continuous browsing selection sent by the work account, and displaying the corresponding file operation representation.
According to the embodiment, the browsing permission of the corresponding work account number is determined by receiving and analyzing the electronic file reading request, so that the management of the access permissions of different users is facilitated, and the safety of the electronic file is ensured. By searching the case operation corresponding to the browsing permission, the case operation with the permission of the user can be quickly found, so that the browsing efficiency is improved. Based on the historical browsing records and browsing rights, browsing nodes corresponding to a plurality of electronic files can be determined and displayed, so that a file handling staff can quickly find files browsed before, and browsing continuity and efficiency are improved. After the continuous browsing selection sent by the working account is received, the identification corresponding to the case operation can be displayed to the working account, which is helpful for confirming the operation of a case handling staff, providing visual operation identification for the case handling staff and improving the efficiency and convenience of case browsing.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic case management device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the electronic case management device 400 of the present embodiment includes: a case type determining module 401, an electronic case catalog generating module 402, an entry to be entered determining module 403 and a case record storing module 404.
The case type determining module 401 is configured to receive case information of a current case, determine a case type of the current case based on the case information, where the case type includes a large-scale violation case, a civil case, and an administrative case;
an electronic case catalog generating module 402, configured to determine, according to a case type and a stored electronic case, a case number corresponding to an electronic case of a current case and a corresponding electronic case catalog, where the electronic case catalog includes a plurality of entries to be entered;
the entry to be entered determining module 403 is configured to receive and analyze file import information, determine a corresponding entry to be entered and a corresponding information tag corresponding to the corresponding case record, and search the corresponding case record based on the information tag;
the case record storage module 404 is configured to perform corresponding processing on the case record based on an information processing manner corresponding to the entry to be recorded, and store the processed case record in a storage area associated with the corresponding entry to be recorded, so as to update a plurality of entries to be recorded to update the electronic case.
Optionally, the electronic case management device 400 further includes a case record supplementing module 405, configured to:
receiving and analyzing the file supplementary information, and determining a corresponding working account number and a corresponding case supplementary material;
determining and displaying the corresponding electronic files in the unclosed state based on the history of the work account;
receiving a target electronic case selected by a working account, analyzing case supplementary materials, and determining a corresponding supplementary information label;
and if the supplementary information label is associated with a plurality of information labels corresponding to the target electronic record, acquiring a plurality of to-be-recorded items of the target electronic record so as to store the case supplementary material in a storage area associated with the corresponding to-be-recorded items.
Optionally, when determining, according to the case type and the stored electronic cases, the electronic case directory generating module 402 is specifically configured to:
searching a stored electronic file corresponding to the file type in the stored electronic file, and determining a file entry arrangement mode corresponding to the file type;
determining a numbering mode of a case type based on the case number of the stored electronic case;
determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case according to the case number and the numbering mode of the stored electronic case;
Searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case types, analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, and determining case entries corresponding to the electronic cases of the current cases;
and determining an electronic case catalog corresponding to the electronic case of the current case based on the case entries and the case entry arrangement mode.
Optionally, when the case record storage module 404 performs corresponding processing on the case record based on the information processing manner corresponding to the entry to be entered, the case record storage module is specifically configured to:
if the case record corresponding to the entry to be recorded is the evidence material, analyzing the evidence material and determining the evidence type of the evidence material;
if the evidence type is written evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a document integration mode;
re-editing the written evidence based on a document integration mode to highlight the key points of the case records;
if the evidence type is the picture evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a picture enhancement mode;
and carrying out algorithm processing and reconstruction on the picture evidence based on the picture enhancement mode so as to display the minutiae of the picture evidence.
Optionally, the electronic case management apparatus 400 further includes a case browsing module 406 for:
Receiving and analyzing an electronic paper reading request, and determining the browsing permission and the historical browsing record of a work account corresponding to the electronic paper reading request;
searching a case operation corresponding to the browsing permission;
based on the historical browsing records and browsing rights, browsing nodes corresponding to the electronic files respectively are determined and displayed, so that after the continuous browsing selection sent by the work account is received, the identification corresponding to the file operation is displayed to the work account.
The apparatus of this embodiment may be used to perform the method of any of the foregoing embodiments, and its implementation principle and technical effects are similar, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 500 according to the embodiment may include: a memory 501 and a processor 502.
The memory 501 has stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor 502 and that performs the methods of the embodiments described above.
Wherein the processor 502 is coupled to the memory 501, such as via a bus.
Optionally, the electronic device 500 may also include a transceiver. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the transceiver is not limited to one, and the structure of the electronic device 500 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 502 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), general purpose processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor, data signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. The processor 502 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessor combinations, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, etc.
A bus may include a path that communicates information between the components. The bus may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. The buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc. For ease of illustration, the figures are shown with only one bold line, but not with only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 501 may be, but is not limited to, ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, RAM (Random Access Memory ) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory, compact disc Read Only Memory) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 501 is used to store application code for executing the present application and is controlled by the processor 502 for execution. The processor 502 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 501 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and stationary terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. But may also be a server or the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example and should not impose any limitation on the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
The electronic device of the present embodiment may be used to execute the method of any of the foregoing embodiments, and its implementation principle and technical effects are similar, and will not be described herein.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor and executing the method in the above embodiments.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Claims (10)
1. An electronic case management method, comprising:
receiving case information of a current case, and determining the case type of the current case based on the case information, wherein the case type comprises a large-scale illegal case, a civil case and an administrative case;
determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case and a corresponding electronic case catalog according to the case type and the stored electronic cases, wherein the electronic case catalog comprises a plurality of entries to be recorded;
Receiving file import information, analyzing the file import information, and determining corresponding case records, corresponding to-be-recorded items of the case records and corresponding information labels so as to search the corresponding case records based on the information labels;
and correspondingly processing the case records based on the information processing mode corresponding to the items to be recorded, and storing the processed case records in a storage area associated with the corresponding items to be recorded so as to update a plurality of items to be recorded to update the electronic case.
2. The electronic case management method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving and analyzing the file supplementary information, and determining a corresponding working account number and a corresponding case supplementary material;
determining and displaying the electronic files in the corresponding unclassified state based on the history processing files of the working account;
receiving a target electronic case selected by the working account, analyzing the case supplementary material, and determining a corresponding supplementary information label;
and if the supplementary information label is associated with a plurality of information labels corresponding to the target electronic record, acquiring a plurality of to-be-recorded items of the target electronic record so as to store the case supplementary material in a storage area associated with the corresponding to-be-recorded items.
3. The electronic case management method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the case type and the stored electronic case, a case number and a corresponding electronic case directory corresponding to the electronic case of the current case includes:
searching a stored electronic case corresponding to the case type in the stored electronic cases, and determining the arrangement mode of case items corresponding to the case type;
determining the numbering mode of the case type of the current case based on the case number of the stored electronic case;
determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case according to the case number of the stored electronic case and the numbering mode;
searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case type, analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, and determining case items corresponding to the electronic cases of the current case;
and determining an electronic case catalog corresponding to the electronic case of the current case based on the case entries and the case entry arrangement mode.
4. The electronic case management method according to claim 1, wherein the performing corresponding processing on the case record based on the information processing manner corresponding to the entry to be entered includes:
If the case record corresponding to the entry to be recorded is an evidence material, analyzing the evidence material and determining the evidence type of the evidence material;
if the evidence type is written evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a document integration mode;
performing document reediting on the written evidence based on the document integration mode so as to highlight the key points of the case records;
if the evidence type is the picture evidence, determining that the corresponding information processing mode is a picture enhancement mode;
and carrying out algorithm processing and reconstruction on the picture evidence based on the picture enhancement mode so as to display detail points of the picture evidence.
5. The electronic case management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
receiving and analyzing an electronic paper reading request, and determining the browsing permission and the historical browsing record of a work account corresponding to the electronic paper reading request;
searching a case operation corresponding to the browsing permission;
based on the historical browsing record and the browsing permission, browsing nodes corresponding to a plurality of electronic files respectively are determined and displayed, so that after the continuous browsing selection sent by the working account is received, the identification corresponding to the file operation is displayed to the working account.
6. An electronic case management apparatus, comprising:
the case type determining module is used for receiving case information of a current case, and determining the case type of the current case based on the case information, wherein the case type comprises a large-scale illegal case, a civil case and an administrative case;
the electronic case catalog generation module is used for determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case and a corresponding electronic case catalog according to the case type and the stored electronic cases, wherein the electronic case catalog comprises a plurality of entries to be recorded;
the system comprises an entry to be recorded determining module, a file recording module and a file recording module, wherein the entry to be recorded determining module is used for receiving file import information and analyzing the file import information to determine corresponding case records, corresponding entries to be recorded and corresponding information labels, so as to search the corresponding case records based on the information labels;
the case record storage module is used for carrying out corresponding processing on the case record based on the information processing mode corresponding to the entry to be recorded, and storing the processed case record in a storage area associated with the corresponding entry to be recorded so as to update a plurality of entries to be recorded to update the electronic case.
7. The electronic case management device of claim 6, further comprising a case record supplementing module for:
Receiving and analyzing the file supplementary information, and determining a corresponding working account number and a corresponding case supplementary material;
determining and displaying the corresponding electronic records in an unclosed state based on the history of the working account;
receiving a target electronic case selected by the working account, analyzing the case supplementary material, and determining a corresponding supplementary information label;
and if the supplementary information label is associated with a plurality of information labels corresponding to the target electronic record, acquiring a plurality of to-be-recorded items of the target electronic record so as to store the case supplementary material in a storage area associated with the corresponding to-be-recorded items.
8. The electronic case management device according to claim 6, wherein the electronic case catalog generation module is configured to, when determining, according to the case type and the stored electronic case, a case number and a corresponding electronic case catalog corresponding to the electronic case of the current case:
searching a stored electronic case corresponding to the case type in the stored electronic cases, and determining the arrangement mode of case items corresponding to the case type;
determining the numbering mode of the case type based on the case number of the stored electronic case;
Determining a case number corresponding to the electronic case of the current case according to the case number of the stored electronic case and the numbering mode;
searching a plurality of default case records corresponding to the case type, analyzing the case records of the stored electronic cases and the default case records, and determining case items corresponding to the electronic cases of the current case;
and determining an electronic case catalog corresponding to the electronic case of the current case based on the case entries and the case entry arrangement mode.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is used for storing program instructions;
the processor being configured to invoke and execute program instructions in the memory to perform the electronic case management method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium has a computer program stored therein; the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the electronic case management method according to any one of claims 1-5.
