S3, the service feedback module is mainly used for displaying the service and feedback conditions of community residents, helping a manager to better know the requirements and feedback of residents and improving the service quality and level in time; specifically, the service feedback module utilizes a front-end technology to realize the input, display and management of resident information, and uses a data visualization technology to present feedback information in a visual large screen in a more visual mode.
The community application service system acquires data of multiple aspects such as video monitoring data, environment monitoring data, personnel flow data and the like in the community through the data acquisition module, so that the data acquisition is more comprehensive and careful; through key steps such as data cleaning, integration and storage, the quality and accuracy of data are improved, and the storage requirement of big data is met by using a hybrid storage system; meanwhile, a unified data access and calculation interface is provided, so that the data can be conveniently operated and analyzed, and the data processing is more efficient and convenient; the resident service module provides all-round and intelligent community service for residents, so that the latest dynamics of the communities, reporting events, participating in resident negotiates and opinion research and the like can be more conveniently known, and the resident service is more intelligent and convenient; basic information, comprehensive treatment conditions, accurate management conditions and resident service conditions of communities are visually displayed through the visual module, managers and residents are helped to know conditions and problems of communities more intuitively, and management and development of communities are promoted.

the data processing module comprises a data cleaning module, a data integration module and a data storage module; the data cleaning module is used for data screening, missing value processing and abnormal value processing; the data integration module is used for integrating data with different sources and different structures to form a unified data set and indexing the data; the data storage module is used for storing the cleaned and integrated data;
the resident service module comprises a government service module, a handy shooting module and a people-friendly service module; the government service module is used for providing news dynamic and business guide services; the handbeat module is used for residents to report events and for an administrator to process the reported events; the citizen-friendly service module is used for providing service for helping the difficulty, resident negotiable matters, opinion research, discussion and selection and resident suggestion;

the data acquisition module is also used for transmitting the acquired video monitoring data, the environment monitoring data and the personnel flow data to the data processing module.

A1, screening data: setting data screening conditions, including range screening conditions, type screening conditions and format screening conditions, and setting corresponding condition sentences according to the data screening conditions; preliminary screening is carried out on the data by using conditional sentences and regular expressions so as to remove invalid data and abnormal data;
a2, missing value treatment: aiming at the fields which do not affect the whole data in the screened data, adopting a deleting and data interpolation mode to process; aiming at the fields which do not affect final analysis in the screened data, processing by adopting a mode of neglecting missing values;
a3, processing the abnormal value.
