Performance test:
(1) Air permeability: testing was performed according to the preparation method provided in GB/T5453-1997;
(2) Perspiration color fastness: testing according to the testing method provided by GB/T3922-2013, and testing the color change grade under the acidic condition;
(3) Kidney warming and liver heat clearing effects: selecting 200 volunteers, wherein 20 testers in each test group are divided into 10 test groups, each test group respectively uses the polyurethane foaming insoles provided by the examples and the comparative examples, and before each volunteer begins to use the insoles on the premise of healthy people not taking medicines, the transaminase and bilirubin indexes detected by each volunteer in 12 hours on an empty stomach and the use condition of the insoles are recorded; after 1 month of use, the transaminase and bilirubin index and the insole usage were recorded for each volunteer on an empty stomach for 12 hours.
The polyurethane foam insoles provided in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were simultaneously tested according to the above test methods, and the transaminase and bilirubin index of each volunteer was measured, and the test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
From the data in table 1, it can be seen that:
the agilawood polyurethane foaming insole provided by the invention has effective air permeability and perspiration resistance color fastness, and also has lasting and effective kidney warming and liver clearing effects; specifically, the air permeability of the agilawood polyurethane foaming insole obtained in examples 1-5 is 153-186 mm/s, perspiration resistance color fastness can reach 3-4 levels, and the kidney warming and liver clearing effect test shows that the insole has kidney warming and liver clearing effects just after initial use and one month after use.
As can be seen from comparative example 1 and comparative example 1, the air permeability and perspiration resistance of the polyurethane insole obtained without adding activated carbon are both reduced, and the concentration of the fragrance of eaglewood is greatly reduced after using for 1 month, which indicates that the durability of the kidney warming and liver clearing effect of the polyurethane insole obtained in comparative example 1 is poor.
As can be seen from the comparison of the example 1 and the comparative examples 2 to 3, the polyurethane insole obtained without adding the linalool powder (comparative example 2) has no effect of warming kidney and clearing liver; the polyurethane insole obtained without adding the cell stabilizer (comparative example 3) has poor kidney warming and liver clearing effects after 30 days, because the foam cells are shrunken under the influence of gravity, so that the fragrance of agilawood volatilizes slowly.
Further comparing example 1 with comparative examples 4 to 5, it was found that the ester insole obtained without adding cell stabilizer and agalloch eaglewood powder (comparative example 4) had not only no effect of warming kidney and clearing liver, but also had poor air permeability.
Finally, it was also found from the comparison of example 1 and examples 4 to 5 that the ratio of the added cell stabilizer and the mat powder was not within the range defined in the present application, and also the kidney warming and liver heat removing effects and air permeability of the resulting polyurethane insole were affected.
The applicant states that the present invention describes an agilawood polyurethane foaming insole with kidney warming and liver clearing effects, and a preparation method and application thereof through the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, i.e. the present invention does not necessarily depend on the above embodiments to be implemented. It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitution of raw materials for the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., falls within the scope of the present invention and the scope of disclosure.
