Abstract
The invention provides an antibacterial wormwood herb insole and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials of the antibacterial wormwood herb insole comprise a combination of polymer polyol, isocyanate, wormwood powder, activated carbon, a chain extender and a foaming agent; through adding the wormwood powder and the active carbon in the preparation raw materials for matching, on one hand, the obtained wormwood insole has excellent antibacterial, mildew-proof, sweat-absorbing and odor-resistant effects, on the other hand, the activated carbon can be used for adsorbing the wormwood powder, the problem that the wormwood powder can be quickly dissipated in the use process of the insole can be effectively avoided, and long-acting antibacterial and odor-absorbing effects of the insole are further realized; simultaneously antibiotic smelly wormwood insole that inhales still has wear-resisting, antiskid and the high advantage of wearing the travelling comfort.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insoles, and particularly relates to an antibacterial and odor-absorbing wormwood insole and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The shoe pad is an important component of the shoe, and because the shoe pad can be directly contacted with a human body when in use, the importance of the shoe pad can directly influence the comfort level of the shoe; simultaneously along with the continuous promotion of people's standard of living, not only the requirement of comfort level has been to the shoe-pad, still requires the shoe-pad to have other functions, for example functions such as ventilative, sweat-absorbing, deodorant, mould proof or massage.
Currently, most insoles provided in the prior art are made of cotton or polymer materials. The cotton insoles are still the most common type of insoles at present, and the cotton insoles have the main advantages of excellent sweat absorption performance and skin-friendly softness; however, cotton is known to have strong water absorption, but not strong bacteria inhibition and poor abrasion resistance. Polyurethane foam material among the macromolecular material is present commonly used shoe-pad material, and polyurethane foam shoe-pad possesses the advantage of high resilience and wearability, and possesses good dress and experience, is the commonly used material of choosing of high-end shoe-pad. In addition, the preparation process of the polyurethane foaming insole is relatively mature and has higher production efficiency. Therefore, the product formula and the production process of the polyurethane foaming insole are greatly concerned.
However, the polyurethane foam material itself does not have the functions of sweat absorption, deodorization and bacteriostasis, so the following means are commonly used to improve the bacteriostasis, deodorization and perspiration absorption performance of the polyurethane foam insole. Firstly, set up surface course material on polyurethane foaming shoe-pad, add powder or the surface course fabric that has antibacterial performance for use in the surface course. CN109924605A discloses a Chinese herbal medicine insole for preventing and treating tinea pedis, which comprises a surface layer, a middle filling layer and a rubber bottom layer; the middle filling layer is filled with Chinese herbal medicine powder; the Chinese herbal medicine powder is prepared from a Chinese herbal medicine composition; the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 to 23 parts of cherokee rose root, 17 to 24 parts of radix codonopsitis, 20 to 25 parts of angelica, 12 to 16 parts of common andrographis herb, 17 to 25 parts of zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl, 16 to 27 parts of leatherleaf mahonia, 15 to 20 parts of suberect spatholobus stem and 12 to 17 parts of philippine flemingia root; the Chinese herbal medicine composition used in the insole is prepared by fully playing the roles of generating and supplementing the Chinese medicines according to the compatibility theory of the Chinese medicines and aiming at the treatment requirement of the tinea pedis, and is compounded, the curative effect is obvious, the preparation is simple, the insole has obvious effect of preventing and treating the tinea pedis, has no toxic or side effect, has obvious bacteriostatic activity on various foot fungi, can treat both symptoms and root causes, is not easy to relapse, is convenient, safe and comfortable to use, and has good application prospect. CN112806667A discloses a Chinese hemp Chinese herbal medicine foot-care massage health preserving bacteriostatic insole and a preparation method thereof, wherein an insole body comprises a polyurethane layer, the polyurethane layer has high wear resistance and light weight, an upper linen layer is pressed on the upper surface of the polyurethane layer, a lower linen layer is pressed on the lower surface of the polyurethane layer, the air permeability, the bacteriostatic property and the water absorption of the linen layer are enhanced by a manufacturing process of the linen, and the following raw materials are placed in a cavity of the polyurethane layer: 1-3 g of lavender, 2-3 g of rosemary and 1-3 g of mint; 3-4 g of wormwood; 1-2 g of eucalyptus leaves; 1-2 g of pearl powder; 3-4 g of phellodendron; 3-4 g of radix sophorae flavescentis; 3-4 g of golden larch bark; 2-3 g of basil; 2-3 g of lemon grass, and the traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of tonifying spleen, soothing nerves, clearing away heat and toxic materials, warming and activating meridian, promoting qi and blood circulation, and detoxifying and reducing swelling, so that the insole using the traditional Chinese medicines has the effects of health preserving and health care on a human body. However, the method has the problems of common antibacterial effect and rapid reduction of antibacterial performance after being worn for many times.
And secondly, the polyurethane foaming material is directly modified, and organic/inorganic antibacterial agents are added into the preparation raw materials of the polyurethane to improve the antibacterial, sweat-absorbing and deodorizing performances of the polyurethane material. CN113519978A an antibacterial deodorant foamed insole containing pearl hemp and its preparation method. The antibacterial deodorizing foaming insole sequentially comprises a pearl hemp foot-sticking layer formed by blending pearl fibers and hemp fibers, a foaming layer and a bottom layer made of a polyurethane fabric from top to bottom, wherein attapulgite, pearl powder and antibacterial powder are added into the foaming layer. The antibacterial deodorizing foaming insole prepared by the application is soft and skin-friendly, has good moisture absorption and sweat releasing capacity, can adsorb odor, inhibit the growth of microorganisms, and provides a healthy environment for feet. However, the comfort of the insole is poor and the antibacterial timeliness is short.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, it is urgently required to develop a shoe pad having lasting antibacterial and odor-absorbing functions and being comfortable to wear.
