In order to solve the technical problem that the existing operation of acquiring the same type of media content is relatively cumbersome and difficult, the present disclosure provides a media content acquisition method, device, equipment, readable storage medium and product.

It should be noted that the media content acquisition method, apparatus, device, readable storage medium and product provided by the present disclosure can be applied to any application scenario that requires the acquisition of associated media content.

In the process of solving the technical problem that the existing media content acquisition method is relatively cumbersome and difficult to operate, the inventor has found through research that in order to quickly acquire the associated media content associated with the target media content, a media content acquisition page can be displayed in response to the associated media content acquisition request triggered by the user for the target media content. On the media content acquisition page, the target object corresponding to the target media content and the target user material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object can be displayed, so that the inheritance operation of the target object and the target user material corresponding to the target media content can be realized. Furthermore, the user does not need to search for the target object and the target user material by himself, and the acquisition operation of the associated media content can be quickly realized.

The execution subject of this embodiment is a media content acquisition device. The media content acquisition device can be coupled to a terminal device, so that it can acquire associated media content in response to a trigger operation of a user on the terminal device. Optionally, the media content acquisition device can also be coupled to a server, which is in communication connection with the terminal device. Thus, the server can acquire the trigger operation triggered by the user on the terminal device, and control the terminal device to acquire and display the associated media content according to the trigger operation.

In this embodiment, the user can browse the media content in the media content playback page. During the browsing process, if the user is interested in any target media content, a request for obtaining associated media content can be triggered for the target media content to obtain the associated media content associated with the target media content. In actual applications, when performing a target media content publishing operation, the publisher can first select a target object and process the acquired media content through the target object. The target object includes but is not limited to objects such as special effects, templates, and filters. The media content can be content collected by a preset content collection component, or it can be content uploaded by a preset content upload component. For example, the media content can be video media content collected by a preset image collection component. Furthermore, in order to optimize the display effect of the target media content, the publisher can add at least one target user material to the acquired media content according to actual needs to obtain the target media content, wherein the target user material includes but is not limited to image material, text material, audio material, or a combination of the above multiple materials.

In this embodiment, in order to simplify the acquisition process of associated media content, after displaying the media content acquisition page, the target object corresponding to the target media content and at least one target user material associated with the target object can be displayed in the media content acquisition page. The user can acquire media content in the media content acquisition page, for example, can acquire media content in real time through a preset content acquisition component in the media content acquisition page, and/or can upload content through a preset content upload component in the media content acquisition page.

Optionally, the display position, display order, display quantity, etc. of the at least one target user material in the media content collection page may match the target media content, or may not match the target media content. Alternatively, the user may also adjust the display parameters of the target user material according to actual needs, which is not limited in the present disclosure.

Step 103: Acquire associated media content associated with the target media content based on the target user material.

In this embodiment, the associated media content associated with the target media content can be acquired based on the at least one target user material, so that the associated media content associated with the target media content can be quickly acquired.

FIG2 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of a media content acquisition page provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the use of the target user material is fully authorized by the publisher of the target media content. When the publisher of the target media content has authorized the use of the target user material, the target object corresponding to the target media content and the target user material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object can be displayed on the media content acquisition page in response to the associated media content acquisition request triggered by the user for the target media content. Optionally, when the publisher is publishing the target media content, an authorization prompt control can be displayed on the publishing interface. If the publisher's confirmation instruction on the authorization prompt control is obtained, it indicates that the publisher's authorization has been obtained.

The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment displays a media content acquisition page when an associated media content acquisition request triggered by a user for target media content is obtained. The target object corresponding to the target media content and the target user material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object are displayed on the media content acquisition page, so that the associated media content associated with the target media content can be quickly acquired based on the target user material. There is no need for the user to search for the target object and add the target user material by himself, which improves the efficiency of acquiring associated media content, simplifies the process of generating associated media content, and improves the user experience.

Determine a display position of each of the target user materials in the target media content.

After the display positions of the target user materials are respectively determined, at least one target user material may be displayed at a display position matching the display position of each target user material in the media content acquisition page.

FIG3 is another display interface schematic diagram provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG3 , a target media content 32 may be played in a media content playback page 31. A target user material 33 may be displayed at the upper left corner of the media content playback page 31. Accordingly, after a media content acquisition request is triggered based on the target media content 32 and a media content acquisition page 34 is displayed, the target user material 33 may be displayed at the corresponding upper left corner of the media content acquisition page 34.

The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment determines the display position of the target user material in the target media content, and displays the target user material in the media content acquisition page according to the display position, so that the matching degree between the generated associated media content and the target media content is higher, and the display effect of the associated media content is improved on the basis of simplifying the associated media content acquisition process.

Optionally, when there are multiple target user materials, the associated target element may be identified for each target user material, and the target user material may be displayed within a preset display range around the associated target element.

As shown in FIG4 , a target media content 42 can be played in a media content playback page 41. The target media content 42 can include a target user 43, and the target user material 44 can be displayed above the head of the target user 43. Accordingly, in a media content acquisition page 45, a media content 46 acquired by a preset media content acquisition component is displayed, the position of a current user 47 in the media content 46 can be identified, and the target user material 44 is displayed above the head of the current user 47.

The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment identifies the target element in the media content acquired by the preset media content acquisition component, and displays the at least one target user material at a preset display position associated with the target element, thereby optimizing the display effect of the target user material on the basis of quickly acquiring the associated media content.

In order to improve the convenience of creating associated media content, the display time range of the target user material in the media content acquisition page can be the same as the target media content. Specifically, the display time range of each target user material in the target media content can be determined.

It should be noted that the display time ranges corresponding to different target user materials may overlap, that is, multiple target user materials may be displayed at the same time. The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment displays a third target control in a media content display list, so that the user can, on the basis of viewing multiple target media contents, trigger the third target control to acquire related media contents, thereby enriching the acquisition channels of related media contents and making it easier for the user to acquire related media contents.

Optionally, based on the target user material currently selected by the user, the user can also add a customized target user material based on the target user material according to actual needs. For example, the user can add an image material based on the currently selected target user material, or can modify the text material in the currently selected target user material, etc., and the present disclosure does not limit this.

Further, based on any of the above embodiments, the media content acquisition page further includes an editing control; in response to the user triggering the editing control, an editing interface can be displayed on the media content acquisition page. The user can generate a customized target user material associated with the target object by inputting text material and/or image material in the editing interface according to actual needs.

Since there may be multiple user-defined target user materials, a preset display category may also be displayed in the media content acquisition page. In response to the user's triggering operation on the display category, all user-defined target user materials may be displayed for the user to select.

The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment displays at least one target user material associated with the target object in the media content acquisition page in response to the user's triggering operation on the target user material list control, so that the user can flexibly switch or adjust the target user material based on the target user material list, so that the generated associated media content is more in line with the user's actual needs, thereby improving the user experience.

FIG. 11 is a flow chart of a method for acquiring media content provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 11 , the method includes:

In this embodiment, the publisher can acquire media content through a preset media content acquisition component, select a target object according to actual needs, and add at least one target user material associated with the target object, and generate target media content based on the media content, the target object and the at least one target user material. The target user material is a material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object. The target user material includes but is not limited to image material, text material, audio material, etc.

After the publisher completes the creation of the target media content, the target media content may be published by triggering a publishing operation on the target media content.

After the target media content is published, in order to facilitate the publisher to re-create associated media content associated with the target media content, a preset target object can be generated according to the target object corresponding to the target media content and at least one target user material associated with the target object. Exemplarily, the preset target object can be a user-defined special effect, template, filter, etc.

Furthermore, the preset target object can be displayed in a preset object list. Therefore, the creator can trigger the preset target object according to actual needs. In response to the trigger operation, the target object associated with the preset target object and at least one target user material can be displayed in the media content acquisition page. Thus, the creator can create associated media content associated with the target media content according to the preset target object.

The media content acquisition method provided in this embodiment generates a preset target object according to the target object corresponding to the target media content and at least one target user material associated with the target object after the creator completes the creation and release of the target media content, and displays the preset target object. This makes it easier for the creator to create associated media content associated with the target media content according to the preset target object, simplifies the creation process of the associated media content, and improves the user experience.

FIG12 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a media content acquisition device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG12 , the device includes: a first display module 1201, a second display module 1202, and an acquisition module 1203. The first display module 1201 is used to display a media content acquisition page in response to an associated media content acquisition request triggered by a user for target media content. The second display module 1202 is used to display a target object corresponding to the target media content and at least one target user material associated with the target object in the media content acquisition page, wherein the target user material is a material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object. The acquisition module 1203 is used to acquire associated media content associated with the target media content based on the target user material.

Further, based on any of the above embodiments, the display module is used to: determine a display position of each target user material in the target media content, and display at least one target user material at a target position matching the display position in the media content acquisition page for each target user material.

Further, based on any of the above embodiments, the display module is used to: display the media content acquired by the preset media content acquisition component in the media content acquisition page, identify the target element in the media content, and display the at least one target user material in a preset display area associated with the target element in the media content.

FIG13 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a media content acquisition device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG13 , the device includes: a publishing module 1301, a generation module 1302, and a third display module 1303. The publishing module 1301 is used to publish the target media content in response to a publishing operation triggered by a publisher for the target media content. The generation module 1302 is used to generate a preset target object according to a target object corresponding to the target media content and at least one target user material associated with the target object, wherein the target user material is a material added to the target media content by the publisher of the target media content based on the target object. The third display module 1303 is used to display the preset target object in a preset object list.

The device provided in this embodiment can be used to execute the technical solution of the above method embodiment. Its implementation principle and technical effect are similar, and this embodiment will not be repeated here.

In order to implement the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including: a processor and a memory.

The memory stores computer executable instructions.

The processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory, so that the processor executes the method described in any one of the above embodiments.

FIG14 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG14 , the electronic device 1400 may be a terminal device or a server. The terminal device may include but is not limited to mobile terminals such as mobile phones, laptop computers, digital broadcast receivers, personal digital assistants (PDAs), tablet computers (Portable Android Devices, PADs), portable multimedia players (Portable Media Players, PMPs), vehicle-mounted terminals (such as vehicle-mounted navigation terminals), etc., and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, etc. The electronic device shown in FIG14 is only an example and should not impose any limitations on the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 14 , the electronic device 1400 may include a processing device (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processing unit, etc.) 1401, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a read-only memory (ROM) 1402 or a program loaded from a storage device 1408 to a random access memory (RAM) 1403. Various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic device 1400 are also stored in the RAM 1403. The processing device 1401, the ROM 1402, and the RAM 1403 are connected to each other via a bus 1404. An input/output (I/O) interface 1405 is also connected to the bus 1404.

The communication device 1409 may allow the electronic device 1400 to communicate wirelessly or wired with other devices to exchange data. Although FIG. 14 shows an electronic device 1400 with various devices, it should be understood that it is not required to implement or have all the devices shown. More or fewer devices may be implemented or have alternatively.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the process described above with reference to the flowchart can be implemented as a computer software program. For example, an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a computer program product, which includes a computer program carried on a computer-readable medium, and the computer program contains program code for executing the method shown in the flowchart.
