S82: generating a not-saved conference summary instruction based on the intelligent screen, deleting local data of the intelligent screen according to the not-saved conference summary instruction, generating a conference room cleaning instruction, and sending the conference room cleaning instruction to a specified mobile terminal.
After the participant clicks the 'no' button, the intelligent screen generates a conference summary non-storage instruction, the cloud platform deletes local data of the intelligent screen according to the conference summary non-storage instruction, a conference room cleaning instruction is generated, and the conference room cleaning instruction is sent to the appointed mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the designated mobile terminal refers to a mobile phone or Pad providing a meeting venue, where the designation refers to providing an attendant assigned to a meeting room in the meeting venue.
The implementation principle of the management method for the offline shared conference in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the cloud platform receives a meeting participating instruction sent by a client APP or an applet, and the cloud platform sends the meeting participating instruction to a plurality of smart screens. When a participant enters the scene and carries out a conference, if the participant has the requirements of wheat passing, pen ink supplement and the like, the participant interacts with the intelligent screen, the requirement is input into the intelligent screen, and the intelligent screen generates an interaction instruction. The interactive instruction of wisdom screen output is received to the cloud platform, generates the demand instruction, and the cloud platform sends the demand instruction to display terminal, provides the demand instruction that meeting place person shows through display terminal, can in time know what needs of participant, can accurately know the position of the participant who proposes the demand simultaneously, realizes accurate service to the participant who has the demand. Compared with the traditional method of manually transmitting the interactive demand, the linkage of the intelligent screen and the cloud platform not only reduces the time cost between manual mutual communication, reduces the action of interfering the conference, but also reduces the time for the participants to find the waiters, and improves the conference quality.

Claims (10)
1. A management method for offline shared conferences is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a meeting instruction, and sending the meeting instruction to a plurality of intelligent screens arranged on the table top of the conference table;
receiving an interaction instruction of the smart screen, and generating a demand instruction according to the interaction instruction;
receiving and displaying the demand instruction based on a display terminal; the requirement instruction comprises requirement information of the participant corresponding to each intelligent screen and position information of each intelligent screen.
2. The management method for the offline shared conference according to claim 1, wherein the display terminal is a distribution robot equipped with an operation display screen; and receiving an acknowledgement instruction of the display terminal, generating a delivery countdown instruction according to the acknowledgement instruction, and responding and displaying the delivery countdown instruction based on the intelligent screen.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein a position reaching command of the display terminal is received, and a button frame popping command is sent to the smart screen according to the position reaching command, and the smart screen receives and displays the button frame popping command;
generating a received instruction based on the intelligent screen, sending a return instruction according to the received instruction, and receiving and responding to the return instruction based on the display terminal;
generating a non-receiving instruction based on the intelligent screen, sending a remark instruction and a return instruction according to the non-receiving instruction, receiving the remark instruction based on the intelligent screen, and popping up a remark frame and a keyboard; and receiving the remark character instruction of the intelligent screen, displaying the remark character instruction on the basis of the display terminal, and receiving and responding to the return instruction on the basis of the display terminal.

A management method for offline shared conferences according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: and judging whether the display time of the received button frame flipping instruction on the smart screen exceeds a set threshold value, if so, sending a return instruction, and receiving and responding to the return instruction based on the display terminal.

The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: receiving and displaying the demand countdown based on the smart screen; and if the demand countdown is zero, generating a closing instruction for closing the button pop frame instruction whether the article needs to be delivered or not, and responding the closing instruction based on the intelligent screen.

A management method for offline shared conferences according to claim 1, characterized in that: the conference end instruction of the intelligent screen is received, a command whether to store the conference summary to the cloud button elastic frame or not is generated, the command whether to store the conference summary to the cloud button elastic frame or not is received based on the intelligent screen, and the command whether to store the conference summary to the cloud button elastic frame or not is received and displayed based on the intelligent screen;
