Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application, fall within the scope of protection of the application.
It should be noted that, in implementing the present application, the present inventors have found that the existing merchandise information service system tends to provide more perfect service to a brand store with a certain scale, which makes it difficult to obtain an opportunity to expose to consumers for a store with a smaller scale, a lower brand influence, and a limited audience group. Also, some service schemes set for large-scale branded stores may not be suitable for small-scale stores.
For example, the product information service system provides an operation background (typically, a workstation tool on the PC side) for a merchant user, and the merchant user needs to rely on the operation background on the PC side for product release, management, and the like. In addition, the flow of commodity distribution is often complex, and involves the configuration of a series of information about commodity graphs (usually, there is a relatively high requirement on the number and quality of main graphs), titles (including main titles and sub-titles), SKUs (minimum stock units), prices, stock, logistics (whether to package mail or charge by volume/weight, unit price, etc.), services (whether to support "no reason for refund for 7 days", freight risks, etc.), marketing (whether there is discount, etc.), etc., and the above flow often has a problem of too high cost for merchants in small and medium-sized stores. However, such merchants often have strong advantages in terms of content (short video, live broadcast, etc.) production capacity, "fan" (store/commodity lovers) operation capacity, etc., and the specific commodity sold by the merchant may be more suitable for expressing details thereof by means of short video, live broadcast, etc. The existing commodity information service system can also support live broadcast and the like, but mainly uses image-text details as main expression of commodity information, and live broadcast, short video and the like are only used as auxiliary means to help users to know commodity details.
On the other hand, with the rising of content community applications with short videos, live broadcast and the like as cores and the popularization among users, some consumer users can more easily accept the expression of commodity information through the contents of the short videos, the live broadcast and the like, and the method is not a traditional image-text description mode. In contrast, for content community applications with short video, live broadcast, etc. as cores, commodity sales can be supported, and commodity information expression based on content can be provided by means of live broadcast with goods, etc., but on the one hand, merchants also need to issue and manage commodities through the work background of the PC side; on the other hand, the core of such applications is content such as short video, so that the content such as short video, live broadcast and the like issued by a display user is mainly used as a first page, a recommended information page and a personal homepage of the user, and commodity information issued by a certain user needs to be checked by entering into a secondary page through the personal homepage of the user. For users who are primarily required to purchase goods, the path for acquiring the goods information may be relatively long.
Therefore, based on the above situation, in the embodiment of the present application, a new product information service system is provided, in which an application program (App) on the mobile terminal side can be provided for a user, and the user does not need to distinguish the identity of the consumer or the merchant when performing account registration for the first time, that is, a unified user registration manner can be provided for all users. After the user finishes registration, a relevant operation control for opening shops can be provided in a relevant interface of the App, if a certain registered user needs to open shops in the system, a request can be directly sent through the App at the mobile terminal side, after the system checks the shop opening qualification and the like, an identity mark of a shop owner (or called a main manager) can be added for a personal account number of the user, and at the moment, the user can directly issue and manage commodities based on the App at the mobile terminal side. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, for a user who opens a store in the system, his personal account number may be directly used to issue merchandise information, and even the issue and management of merchandise may be directly completed through the App on the mobile terminal side, without the need to issue and manage by means of the merchant background on the PC terminal.
Under the condition that the personal account number with the identity of the store owner can be directly utilized for commodity release and management, other more functions can be provided for the store owner user. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, a "light interaction" between the store owner and the consumer may be achieved first. Specifically, since the store owner user can directly issue the commodity by using his personal account number, the specifically issued commodity is directly associated with the personal account number of the store owner user. Here, in the case where such a bad pole is distributed by the personal account number of the store owner, the store account number of the store opened by the store owner may be generated from the personal account number of the store owner. For example, the personal account number of the store owner may be directly used as the store account number of the store, or a certain binding relationship may be established between the personal account number of the store owner and the store account number of the store, and the store may be independent account numbers for the latter, but when the personal account number of the store owner is displayed to the consumer user, only the personal account number of the store owner may be displayed as the main account number, and the store account number information may be weakened or even not embodied, and only the binding relationship between the account numbers may be maintained in the background. In addition, as the user can directly obtain the identity of the store owner through the application initiated on the mobile terminal side App, for the system, the specific user only needs to distinguish between store opening and store non-opening, so that the system can interact with the store owner through the message channel of the mobile terminal side App, and interaction between the consumer and the store owner can be realized through the message channel of the same mobile terminal side App (in the existing commodity information service system, if the system side or the consumer user needs to interact with the merchant, the information can be reached to the merchant through a PC (personal computer) end merchant background operation tool provided by the merchant).
For example, in a specific implementation, when a certain consumer generates a certain behavior to a store of a certain store owner (for example, when browsing a store homepage of a certain store owner, when browsing a commodity issued by a certain store owner, or when making a purchase order for a commodity issued by a certain store owner, etc.), the behavior information of the consumer user may be directly notified to the store owner through the App on the mobile terminal side. That is, the messages such as the specific user entering the store can reach the store owner directly through the mobile terminal, so that the store owner can interact with the consumer anytime and anywhere. When the system is embodied, after receiving the notification message of the system, the store owner can directly select to carry out a dialogue with a specific consumer user in the App of the mobile terminal side of the store owner, and then the system can establish a message session between the store owner and the consumer user, so that the store owner can interact with the consumer user through the message session, including directionally sending preferential information to the consumer user and the like.
That is, in a specific implementation manner, the store owner can implement the release management of the commodity through the App on the same mobile terminal side, and receive the notification message provided by the system about the behavior of the consumer such as store entry, and then, can directly use the App on the same mobile terminal side to interact with the consumer. Correspondingly, the message sent to the consumer by the store owner can also directly touch the App on the mobile terminal side associated with the consumer.
Thus, unlike the prior art in which the consumer replies from the customer service after the customer initiates the consultation with the merchant customer service, in the embodiment of the present application, the store owner may actively interact with the consumer, for example, the store owner may actively ask the consumer for demand, help the user to relieve doubt, or actively send a dedicated coupon to the consumer, etc. The customer user can obtain the feeling of being received or served by the store owner like entering the off-line entity store, which is beneficial to promoting the achievement of the transaction or approaching the relationship between the store owner and the customer. Moreover, the stores opened by specific stores may be smaller in scale, and by using the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the stores can pay attention to consumer users who serve each store without paying attention to data such as specific volume of transactions.
In generating the message content according to the behavior information of the consumer, specific behavior types (for example, browse a plurality of commodities but not join a shopping cart, join a shopping cart but not make a purchase, pay, etc.), attribute information of the consumer user (for example, first store entry, multiple store entries, or other attributes in terms of effort and the like) and the like may be presented to the store owner. Thus, the store owner can conduct personalized interaction according to specific behavior types, user attributes and other information. For example, different offer information may be pushed to consumer users of different behavioral types, different attributes, and so forth.
In addition, in addition to the aforementioned "light interaction" function, the user may also use the personal homepage of the store owner user directly as the store homepage thereof after obtaining the store owner identity, and the store homepage does not need to be additionally created, thereby realizing "people store integration". I.e., the store owner's personal home page and store home page are expressed by the same page. For example, in a specific implementation, an area for displaying a store homepage corresponding to a store owner may be provided in a personal homepage of the store owner user, where information of a commodity issued by the store owner may be displayed. Thus, when other users access the personal homepage of the user, the user can directly browse commodity information released by the store owner in the personal homepage.
Of course, the store owner can also use his personal account number to issue some short video and other contents, at this time, two tab cards can be provided in his personal homepage, the commodity issued by the user is displayed in default state, and if the user wants to check other media contents issued by the user, the user can check by switching tab cards.
By the method, the store owner can directly issue and manage the commodity through the personal account of the store owner, and the 'people and store integration' can be realized, so that the information of the issued commodity can be displayed to the consumer while the personal information (including the personal style, design idea and the like of the store owner) of the store owner is transmitted to the consumer in the personal homepage of the store owner, and the information of the store owner and the information of the commodity are fused. The personal homepage can also be used for displaying media contents such as short videos released by a store owner, so that the store owner can communicate personal information to a user through a background wall, personal description and the like in the personal homepage, and can introduce personal styles, design concepts and the like of the store owner through the media contents such as the short videos released by the store owner. For consumer users, the relationship between the store owner and the consumer users is pulled closer by the personal information and the like presented in the page, and the consumer users pay attention to the commodity issued by the consumer users on the basis, so that higher conversion rate is facilitated. Or further, the store owner can be further informed by the dynamic media content released by the store owner, the relationship between the store owner and the consumer is gradually progressive, and more service schemes can be provided based on the progressive relationship.
For commodity information, the commodity information can be expressed based on merchant production content or consumer production content such as short video, live broadcast and the like, and the text expression proportion is reduced. Therefore, the conventional commodity release process can be simplified, for example, a store owner can finish releasing the commodity by only providing a plurality of necessary information such as photos, titles, prices and the like of the commodity without performing complicated configuration such as SKU, text details and the like, so that the 'light release' of commodity information can be realized, the store owner can finish releasing the commodity through an App at the mobile terminal side at any time and any place, and the commodity information release cost of the store owner is greatly reduced.
Other necessary information required in the subsequent download link, such as inventory, logistics, service, marketing, etc., can be supplemented by the App on the mobile terminal side at a convenient time after the release is completed. In addition, the necessary information can be simplified, for example, some complex marketing schemes and the like can be removed, and concise and clear preferential information can be directly provided for users. In addition, each configuration can be realized in a componentized mode, so that a store owner only needs to select a required component without paying attention to the realization of background logic, and the light management of commodity information is realized.
The home page of App is mainly information for displaying commodity information, user information having a store owner identity, and shopping navigation by scene. When browsing the homepage, the user can select to enter a 'people and store' page of a store owner for browsing, can select a specific commodity for browsing a commodity detail page, or can select to enter a certain scene for browsing a certain class of commodity, and the like.
From the view of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a novel commodity information service system, which may include a service end and a client end at a mobile terminal side. Wherein the same client program can be downloaded and installed on the mobile terminal side of the user, both of the ordinary consumer user and the merchant user. After the merchant user obtains the identity of the store owner, the merchant user can directly use the personal account number to issue and manage the commodity. And the consumer user can browse, purchase, order and other operations on the commodity released by the store owner through the client side of the mobile terminal. When a consumer user performs various operations on commodities in a store of a store owner, a server side can acquire relevant behavior information of the consumer user, generate message content and send specific message content to a mobile terminal side client side associated with a personal account number of the store owner user in a message sending mode. That is, the notification message can be directly delivered to the store owner user through the client on the store owner's mobile terminal side. In this way, after receiving the specific notification message, the store owner user can choose to interact with the corresponding consumer user, for example, the store owner can actively send benefits such as coupons to the consumer user, or can ask the consumer user for the needs by calling up, etc.
The following describes in detail the specific implementation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Example 1
Firstly, in this embodiment, from the perspective of the service end of the merchandise information service system provided by the embodiment of the present application, a method for interaction between users is provided, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: aiming at commodities or shops associated with a first user, acquiring behavior information generated by a second user on the commodities or shops; the merchandise is published using a personal account number of the first user.
The first user may refer to a user with a store owner identity, and the second user may refer to a user who performs operations such as browsing, purchasing, ordering, etc. on a commodity issued by the first user, or performs operations such as browsing, focusing, etc. on a store associated with the first user. The second user may not have a store owner identity or may have a store owner identity. That is, even if a user opens a store, the user can browse and place an order for a commodity distributed by another store owner, browse and pay attention to the store of another store owner, or the like through the same client.
As described above, after obtaining the identity of the store owner (for example, after the first user registers the personal account number, the first user may apply to become the store owner and submit related materials to the system to perform qualification verification, after the verification is passed, the identity of the store owner may be obtained), the product may be directly released by using the personal account number, and, in an alternative implementation manner, the product may also be directly released by the client on the mobile terminal side. The second user may also browse, purchase, and place orders for the merchandise or store of the first user through such a client on the mobile terminal side (only running on the respective mobile terminal devices and logging in with the respective personal account numbers).
In the embodiment of the application, in the process that the second user generates the behaviors to the commodities or stores associated with the first user, the specific behavior information of the second user can be acquired for notifying the first user. The specific behavior type information may be obtained, or the behavior information to be notified to the first user may be screened based on the behavior type.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, assuming that a second user enters a store for a first user, the specifically generated actions may include the aforementioned types of operations of browsing, purchasing, ordering, paying, and so forth. Or in the specific implementation, an operation result corresponding to the specific operation may also be obtained. In this case, the result of the operation is that after a certain operation is performed, whether or not a further operation is performed before the second user finishes accessing the current commodity or store. For example, if only the first user's personal home page is browsed, the user leaves without clicking on specific item viewing details; or whether to enter a store and browse a plurality of commodities, and then the operations of purchasing, ordering and the like are not executed; or whether a commodity is added to the shopping cart but not ordered; or whether the order was placed but not paid, etc. Through the operation result information, whether the behavior of the second user has the potential of the transaction conversion can be judged, and if so, specific behavior information can be notified to the first user. For example, for the first case, it may prove that the second user is less interested in the first user or the merchandise it issues, and therefore less likely to bring about a conversion of the transaction. In the latter cases, the second user proves to have a certain interest in the first user or the commodity issued by the first user, so that the first user can be notified of the corresponding second user information and specific behavior information.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, in addition to the behavior type information of a specific second user, the user attribute of the second user may be acquired for providing to the first user. The second user may have a plurality of user attributes, for example, one attribute may be a relationship depth attribute between the second user and the first user. Such a relationship depth attribute may be determined by information such as the number of times the second user entered the first user's store, or the number of historical interactions with the first user. For example, it may be specifically determined whether a certain second user is the first to enter a store, or a return visit from a senior citizen, and so on. In addition, the user attributes of the second user may further include attributes in terms of effort, and the like, and such attributes may be determined according to the crowd to which the second user belongs, or historical behavior records, and the like.
S202: and generating message content according to the behavior information corresponding to the second user.
After the behavior information of the second user on the commodity or the store of the first user is obtained, corresponding message content can be generated. The message content is a message that can be sent in a message channel between the server and the mobile terminal side client of the first user. The specific acquired behavior information about the second user may also be embodied in the message content if the behavior information includes information such as a behavior type and a user attribute of the second user. In addition, in specific implementation, the text which is easier to understand or easier to attract the attention of the first user can be converted into a text which is added to the message content according to specific behavior types, user attributes and the like. For example, assuming that the type of behavior of a certain second user is that of visiting a store, the corresponding document may provide the following document "your store successfully attracts my attention" while providing information such as a nickname of the second user in the message content. Or if a second user views a commodity but has not ordered, the following "drafted by your baby" may be provided in the message content, and so on.
S203: and sending the message content to a mobile terminal side client associated with the personal account of the first user in a message sending mode so that the first user can interact with the second user through the personal account.
Because the specific commodity or store is directly related to the personal account number of the first user, after the message content is generated according to the second user and the behavior information thereof, the message content can be directly sent to the mobile terminal side client associated with the personal account number of the first user in a message sending mode, so that the first user can know the behavior dynamics of the second user on the commodity or store through the mobile terminal side client, and can interact with the second user as required.
In a specific implementation, the message content may be specifically generated according to information such as the behavior type and/or the user attribute information of the second user, so that the first user may obtain more detailed information of the specific second user behavior, thereby enabling to interact with the second user more specifically. For example, for different types of actions and/or user attribute information, different types of marketing schemes may be sent to the second user, e.g., some actions may be more appropriate for providing coupons, some actions may be more appropriate for direct discounts, etc. The selection of a particular interaction scheme may be determined by the first user.
Or in another way, the preference information may be represented by the information such as the historical behavior record of the second user, because the preference of the second user to the interaction scheme may also be different. Therefore, in specific implementation, preference information of the second user for the interaction scheme can be determined according to the historical behavior record of the second user, and recommended interaction scheme information is provided for the first user according to the preference information. Such recommendation information may also be carried in the specific message content at this time. That is, in this manner, the first user may not only learn information such as the behavior type, the user attribute, and the like of the specific second user from the notification message, but also acquire the recommended interaction scheme provided by the system. For example, for a second user, as it may be found through his historical behavioral record that it is more interested in a coupon-like marketing program, the first user may be recommended to interact with the second user using the program, and so on. In this way, an efficient interaction between the first user and the second user may be facilitated.
After specific message content is generated, the message content of the second user can be touched to the first user through a client side of the mobile terminal. Specific touch-up modes may include intra-system messages (e.g., a "message box" in a client, etc.), or touch-up via a Push mechanism, etc., as shown in fig. 3. The behavior information of the second user is sent to the client side of the mobile terminal corresponding to the first user in a message touch mode in a system, namely in a mode of directly sending a message to the personal account number of the first user. That is, since the personal account number of the first user may exist as the store account number thereof, and the commodity may be issued through the personal account number, the server may also send a message directly to the personal account number of the first user, and touch the first user directly through the client on the mobile terminal side thereof. Thus, when a second user is found to act on the first user's merchandise or store, the above feature can be utilized to send a message directly to the first user's personal account through an associated message component (e.g., a "message box" in the client, etc.). In this way, the first user can obtain a specific notification message by looking at a "message box" or the like in the client on the mobile terminal side, so as to know which second user performs what action, and so on.
The Push mechanism refers to that in the screen locking state of the mobile terminal, a notification bar of the mobile terminal displays or pops up a message notification at the top end of an operation front desk, a corresponding client can be evoked after clicking, and a specific message content is displayed by jumping to a message page in the client. By the method, the first user can also receive the notification message provided by the server in time in the screen locking state of the mobile terminal.
Of course, whether the message is directly sent in the system or the notification message is pushed to the mobile terminal of the first user through a Push mechanism, the specific message content can be finally checked in the message list page of the client side of the mobile terminal.
After the behavior information of the specific second user is touched to the first user through the client side of the mobile terminal, the first user can initiate an interaction request to the server side aiming at the specific second user. For example, in a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving the message content, the first user may view the notification message that it has recently received in a "message box" of the client on the mobile terminal side. Wherein the specifically presented information content may include an identification of a nickname or the like of the specific second user, as well as a behavior type of the second user, a user attribute, a behavior occurrence time, and the like. If the first user needs to interact with a certain second user, the first user can click on the notification message corresponding to the second user. At this time, the server may receive a request initiated by the first user to send a message to the second user, and then may establish a message session between the personal account of the first user and the personal account of the second user, so that the first user may interact with the second user through the message session. For example, the second user may be accurately marketed according to the behavior type, user attributes, etc. of the second user, and so on.
In summary, through the specific implementation scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the server side can acquire the behavior information of the second user on the commodity or the store of the first user, and the specific first user can directly issue the commodity information through the personal account number of the first user, so that the second user can directly locate the personal account number of the first user after generating the behavior on a certain commodity or store. And then, specific message content can be generated according to the behavior information of the second user, and the message content is directly sent to the mobile terminal side client associated with the personal account number of the first user in a message sending mode. That is, the behavior information of the second user may be touched to the first user through the client on the mobile terminal side, so that the first user may interact with the second user through the personal account. By the method, the first user can know the behavior dynamics of the second user on the commodity or the store of the second user at any time and any place through the client side of the mobile terminal, and the second user can interact with the second user based on the client side of the mobile terminal. For example, a second user with purchase intent may be precisely marketed to facilitate the achievement of a transaction, or to close up the relationship between the first user and the second user, and so on.
In addition to the above interaction function, a store homepage display area may be provided in the personal homepage of the first user, so as to display the merchandise released by the first user through the personal account number in the store homepage display area. Therefore, besides the 'people and store integration' on the account number level, the 'people and store integration' can be realized on the personal homepage and store homepage level, and the fusion display of store owner information and commodity information can be realized. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, for the first user having the identity of the store owner, the second user may browse the merchandise released by the first user in his personal homepage, that is, the personal homepage is more similar to a store homepage, but at the same time, the personal information of the first user may also be displayed, including introduction of the personal style, design concept, etc. of the first user. The introduction information can be expressed through characters, and can also be expressed through a cover diagram display area on the top of the personal homepage. In a specific implementation, the cover map display area may be further configured with a content container, so that the display area may display a short video, a live stream, and the like, so that the personal information is expressed in a multi-modal manner.
In addition, the personal homepage of the first user can be used for displaying the media content published by the first user so as to introduce personal information of the first user through the media content. That is, in addition to the foregoing introduction of personal information through text or media content in the cover map area, the first user may also make the second user more aware of the first user by publishing more media content, gradually deepening the relationship with each other. In a specific implementation, the media content list issued by the first user and the commodity list issued by the first user can share the same area in the personal homepage, and can be switched by switching the tag card. In the embodiment of the application, the commodity information issued by the first user can be displayed preferentially in a default state.
