Abstract
An electrode plate comprises a main body part and pins, wherein the pins comprise a plugging part and a stopping part, the plugging part is electrically connected with the main body part and is used for plugging a plug spring, and the stopping part is positioned at one end, close to the main body part, of the plugging part and is used for limiting the plugging distance of the plugging part; one end of the plug part, which is far away from the stopping part, is provided with a positioning hole for accommodating the convex hull on the plug spring so as to position the plug part. A connecting wire is used for being connected with an electrode plate, one end of the connecting wire is connected with a main board, the other end of the connecting wire is connected with an inserting spring, the electrode plate is inserted into the inserting spring through a pulling and inserting portion, a stopping portion is used for limiting the inserting distance of the pulling and inserting portion, and a positioning hole is used for accommodating a convex hull on the inserting spring to position the electrode plate. The electrode plate and the connecting wire are inserted into or pulled out of the inserting spring through the pins, so that the electrode plate is convenient to disassemble, the heavy industry is improved, and the electrode plate is connected to the mainboard through the inserting spring and the connecting wire, so that the purpose of remotely conducting the mainboard is achieved.

Technical Field
The application relates to an electrode plate and a connecting wire connected with the electrode plate.
Background
The conventional electrocardio test is generally carried out by directly installing an electrocardioelectrode plate and a metal elastic sheet on a mainboard for testing, such as an electronic watch, an electronic bracelet and the like, but the scheme is not suitable for the conduction condition of the electrocardioelectrode plate when the electrocardioelectrode plate is far away from the mainboard, and the problems of difficulty in dismounting and low reworking property after the electrocardioelectrode plate is installed on the mainboard exist.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, there is a need for an electrode plate that is easy to detach and a connecting wire that can connect the electrode plate to a motherboard at a long distance.
The electrode plate comprises a main body part and pins, wherein the pins comprise a plugging part and a stopping part, the plugging part is electrically connected with the main body part and is used for inserting a plug spring, and the stopping part is positioned at one end, close to the main body part, of the plugging part and is used for limiting the insertion distance of the plugging part; one end of the plug part, which is far away from the stopping part, is provided with a positioning hole for accommodating the convex hull on the plug spring so as to position the plug part.
In one embodiment, the electrode plate is an electrocardioelectrode plate.
In one embodiment, a rounded corner is formed at an end of the inserting/removing portion away from the main body portion, so that the inserting spring can be inserted conveniently.
In one embodiment, the thickness and width of the inserting and extracting portion are less than or equal to the height and width of the inserting and extracting portion.
In one embodiment, the plug portion is made of a metal conductive material.
In one embodiment, the stopping portions are disposed on two opposite sides of the inserting portion.
In one embodiment, the insertion and extraction portion is vertically mounted on the main body portion.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a connecting wire, which is used for being connected with the electrode plate, one end of the connecting wire is connected with the main board, the other end of the connecting wire is connected with an insertion spring, the electrode plate passes through the insertion portion to be inserted into the insertion spring, the stopping portion is used for limiting the insertion distance of the insertion portion, and the positioning hole is used for accommodating the convex hull on the insertion spring to position the electrode plate.
In one embodiment, a male end of a connector is arranged at one end of the connecting line far away from the plug spring, a female end of the connector is arranged on the mainboard, and the connecting line is connected to the mainboard by inserting the male end of the connector into the female end of the connector.
In an embodiment, one end of the connecting wire, which is far away from the main board, is connected to the inserting spring along the length direction of the inserting spring, or is connected to the inserting spring perpendicular to the length direction of the inserting spring.
The electrode plate and the connecting wire are inserted into or pulled out of the inserting spring through the pins, so that the electrode plate is convenient to disassemble, the heavy industry is improved, and the electrode plate is connected to the mainboard through the inserting spring and the connecting wire, so that the purpose of remotely conducting the mainboard is achieved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. An embodiment of the present application further provides a connecting wire, which is used for being connected with the electrode plate, one end of the connecting wire is connected with the main board, the other end of the connecting wire is connected with an insertion spring, the electrode plate passes through the insertion portion to be inserted into the insertion spring, the stopping portion is used for limiting the insertion distance of the insertion portion, and the positioning hole is used for accommodating the convex hull on the insertion spring to position the electrode plate.
The electrode plate and the connecting wire are inserted into or pulled out of the inserting spring through the pins, so that the electrode plate is convenient to disassemble, the heavy industry is improved, and the electrode plate is connected to the mainboard through the inserting spring and the connecting wire, so that the purpose of remotely conducting the mainboard is achieved.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present application provides an electrode sheet 100, including:
a main body portion 10; and
a pin 20 including a plug portion 21 and a stopper portion 22, the plug portion 21 being electrically connected to the main body portion 10, the plug portion 21 being used for inserting the plug spring 200; the stopping part 22 is located at one end of the inserting and extracting part 21 close to the main body part 10 and used for limiting the inserting distance of the inserting and extracting part 21; the end of the inserting and extracting portion 21 away from the stopping portion 22 is provided with a positioning hole 21a, and the positioning hole 21a is used for accommodating the convex hull 210 on the inserting spring 200 to position the inserting and extracting portion 21, and further position the electrode plate 100. This design can realize electrode slice 100 and dismantle many times under the circumstances of guaranteeing the function, improves the assembling nature and the heavy industry nature of electrode slice 100. In one embodiment, the electrode pad 100 is an electrocardiograph electrode pad for performing electrocardiograph sensing.
The insertion/removal portion 21 has a substantially rectangular sheet shape, and a rounded corner 21b is provided at an end remote from the main body portion 10, the rounded corner 21b facilitating insertion of the insertion spring 200. In other embodiments, the rounded corners 21b may also be chamfered.
The thickness and width of the inserting and extracting portion 21 are less than or equal to the height and width of the socket 200a of the inserting spring 200.
The plug portion 21 is made of a metal conductive material.
The stop portions 22 are substantially rectangular pieces, and two of the stop portions are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the insertion and extraction portion 21.
The longitudinal direction of the insertion and extraction portion 21 is perpendicular to the back surface of the main body portion 10.
The positioning hole 21a is circular, the convex hull 210 is spherical convex to reduce friction, and the diameter of the convex hull 210 is the same as that of the positioning hole 21 a.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present application further provides a connecting wire 500. The main board 400, the socket spring 200, the connecting wire 500 and the electrode sheet 100 form an electrode sheet connecting main board structure 300. The socket spring 200 is electrically connected to the main board 400 through a connecting wire 500, the electrode tab 100 is inserted into the socket spring 200 through the plug portion 21, the stopper portion 22 is used for limiting the insertion distance of the plug portion 21, and the positioning hole 21a is used for receiving the convex hull 210 on the socket spring 200 to position the electrode tab 100.
In one embodiment, the plug spring 200 may be a straight plug spring or a flag plug spring depending on the space of the structure. The straight inserting spring is connected to the connecting wire 500 at the tail part along the length direction of the inserting spring 200; the flag shaped socket spring is inserted into the connection wire 500 at the side of the tail portion along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the socket spring 200.
The end of the connection wire 500 away from the plug spring 200 is provided with a male connector end 510; a female connector end 410 is soldered to the motherboard 400. When the electrode plate 100 is connected, the electrode plate 100 is inserted into the socket spring 200 through the pin 20, and the connecting wire 500 is inserted into the connector female end 410 through the connector male end 510, so that the electrode plate 100 can be connected to the main board 400.
The length of the connection line 500 may be customized according to the distance from the electrode sheet 100 to the main board 400; and the diameter of the connection wire 500 may be customized according to the size of the socket spring 200. The connection line 500 can also play a role in making the electrode plate 100 anti-interference and stable in performance while realizing remote connection.
The motherboard 400 may be a motherboard of a smart watch, smart bracelet, mobile phone, or other electronic device, test equipment.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the positioning hole 21a and the convex hull 210 can be other shapes, such as square; the plug portion 21 and the plug spring 200 may be positioned by other means, such as a snap fit.
The electrode plate 100 and the connecting wire 500 are inserted into or pulled out of the socket spring 200 through the pin 20, so that the electrode plate 100 and the connecting wire 500 are conveniently detached and the heavy workability is improved, and the electrode plate 100 is connected to the mainboard 400 through the socket spring 200 and the connecting wire 500, so that the purpose of remotely conducting the mainboard 400 is realized.

Those skilled in the art can make other changes and the like in the design of the present application within the spirit of the present application as long as they do not depart from the technical effects of the present application. Claims (10)
1. An electrode sheet, comprising:
a main body portion; and
the pin comprises a plugging part and a stopping part, the plugging part is electrically connected with the main body part and is used for plugging the plug spring, and the stopping part is positioned at one end of the plugging part close to the main body part and is used for limiting the plugging distance of the plugging part; one end of the plug part, which is far away from the stopping part, is provided with a positioning hole for accommodating the convex hull on the plug spring so as to position the plug part.
2. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: the electrode plate is an electrocardioelectrode plate.
3. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: and one end of the plug part, which is far away from the main body part, is provided with a round angle, so that the plug spring can be conveniently inserted.
4. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: the thickness and the width of the plug part are smaller than or equal to the height and the width of the socket of the plug spring.
5. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: the plug part is made of metal conductive materials.
6. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: the stopping parts are arranged on two opposite sides of the inserting and pulling part.
7. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein: the plug part is vertically arranged on the main body part.
8. A connecting wire for connecting with the electrode sheet of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein one end of the connecting wire is connected with a main board, the other end of the connecting wire is connected with a plug spring, the electrode sheet is inserted into the plug spring through the plug portion, the stopping portion is used for limiting the insertion distance of the plug portion, and the positioning hole is used for accommodating a convex hull on the plug spring to position the electrode sheet.
9. The connecting wire of claim 8, wherein: one end of the connecting wire, which is far away from the plug spring, is provided with a connector male end, the mainboard is provided with a connector female end, and the connecting wire is inserted into the connector female end through the connector male end and is connected to the mainboard.
10. The connecting wire of claim 8, wherein: one end of the connecting wire, which is far away from the main board, is connected with the plug spring along the length direction of the plug spring, or is perpendicular to the length direction of the plug spring and is connected with the plug spring.
