By the equipment of the invention, a mobile terminal related in the CMMB can be used as a transmitting terminal to upload data actively and support the transmission of uplink data.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a transmitting technology, and in particular, to a transmitting device of a China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting television (CMMB) Mobile video transmission system.
Background
The CMMB is a system for small-screen portable mobile terminals such as mobile phones, PDAs, MP3, MP4, digital cameras, notebook computers, and the like, and mobile terminals such as car televisions, and provides digital broadcast programs for these mobile terminals, and these mobile terminals can receive multimedia services such as audio data, video data, and the like. The existing CMMB can only support data transmission in a broadcasting mode, namely, a mobile terminal related to the CMMB can only passively receive data transmitted by a transmitting station and is used as a receiving end, but cannot be used as a transmitting end to actively upload data and support uplink data transmission.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a transmitting device of a CMMB mobile video transmission system, which adds a specified ID when transmitting data in a broadcast manner, so that a mobile terminal involved in the CMMB can receive corresponding data according to the specified ID and transmit the corresponding data to a data center (a communication center or a monitoring center), thereby supporting uplink data transmission.

the modulating unit is used for modulating the code stream into CMMB signals and providing the CMMB signals to the RF unit for processing;
and the RF unit is used for transmitting the CMMB signal to receiving equipment of the CMMB mobile video transmission system through a broadcast television channel.
Wherein, the modulation unit is further configured to adopt a modulation scheme including: binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK), or quadrature amplitude modulation (16QAM) containing 16 symbols.
Wherein the encoding unit and the modulation unit can be integrated together, rather than being separately provided in the apparatus.
The modulation unit is further configured to implement data synchronization in a time domain synchronization manner or a frequency domain synchronization manner when the data is synchronized.
Wherein the equipment specifically comprises: a mobile phone, a PDA, an MP3, an MP4, a digital camera, a notebook computer or a vehicle-mounted television terminal.

Here, the modulation unit is a unit that modulates a signal source (a code stream in MPEG2 format, h.264 format, or AVS format) into a format suitable for channel transmission (the channel transmission format involved in the CMMB signal transmission may be through a broadcast television channel), and further adopts a modulation method including: BPSK, QPSK, or 16 QAM. BPSK refers to binary phase shift keying, and is a digital modulation method; QPSK refers to quadrature phase shift keying and is a digital modulation mode; 16QAM means quadrature amplitude modulation including 16 symbols, and is a digital modulation scheme.
Here, the encoding unit and the modulation unit may also be integrated together, instead of being provided separately in the transmitting device.
Here, the transmitting device of the present invention divides 1 second into 40 time slots, each time slot occupies 25ms, the time slot is the minimum channel resource divided according to time in the time slicing technology, and the time slot is mainly used for saving the power consumption of the transmitting device.
Here, the acquisition unit may be a camera, and directly acquires the digital signal. The acquisition unit can also acquire analog signals first, and then convert the acquired analog signals into digital signals through a digital/analog signal converter in the acquisition unit and then provide the digital signals for the multiplexing unit to process.
In addition, the conventional CMMB performs data transmission in a broadcast manner. The transmitting equipment of the invention supports one-to-many data transmission, namely, a plurality of mobile terminals can upload data to one transmitting station, and the problem of data synchronization needs to be considered at the moment. The data synchronization is realized by adopting a time domain or frequency domain synchronization mode in the modulation unit.

1. A transmitting device of a CMMB mobile video transmission system, the device comprising: the device comprises an acquisition unit, a multiplexing unit, a coding unit, a modulation unit and a Radio Frequency (RF) unit; wherein,
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring multiple paths of original data and providing the multiple paths of original data for the multiplexing unit to process;
the multiplexing unit is used for multiplexing the collected multi-path original data into one path of data and providing the path of data for the coding unit to process;
the encoding unit is used for encoding one path of data into code streams in an MPEG2 format, an H.264 format or an AVS format, and providing different information ID codes for different receiver users, so that the receiver users with corresponding IDs can receive corresponding data according to the IDs;
the modulating unit is used for modulating the code stream into CMMB signals and providing the CMMB signals to the RF unit for processing;
and the RF unit is used for transmitting the CMMB signal to receiving equipment of the CMMB mobile video transmission system through a broadcast television channel.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the modulation unit is further configured to employ a modulation scheme comprising: binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK), or quadrature amplitude modulation (16QAM) containing 16 symbols.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the encoding unit and the modulation unit can be integrated together, rather than being provided separately in the apparatus.
4. The apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the modulation unit is further configured to implement data synchronization by using a time domain synchronization method or a frequency domain synchronization method when the data synchronization is performed.
5. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it is in particular: a mobile phone, a PDA, an MP3, an MP4, a digital camera, a notebook computer or a vehicle-mounted television terminal.
