Abstract
The invention discloses a method, device and system for downloading a streaming media file, which are used for more conveniently downloading the streaming media file, avoiding a user from directly downloading the streaming media file from a streaming media broadcasting server and improving the safety of the streaming media broadcasting server. The method for downloading the streaming media file is as follows: a downloading terminal determines the film source information of the streaming media file, and sends a downloading request to an order management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file; and the downloading terminal acquires the downloading address of the streaming media file generated by the order management server according to the film source information, and the streaming media file is acquired from the order management serve according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for downloading a streaming media file.
Background
The stream media service belongs to one of 3G value-added services, the technology of the stream media service is widely applied to services such as mobile phone video and online on-demand/live broadcast, and the services log in a server by utilizing a preset installed client or directly access a stream media on-demand server, and then play a stream media file through a preset stream media player.
In the service deployment process, some streaming media source providers provide downloading links and also introduce content of the streaming media sources on the web page while providing streaming media on-demand links, but the following three problems exist:
firstly, the introduction of the content of the streaming media file is generally too simple, so that the user cannot know the specific content of the streaming media file before the downloading is completed, and if the downloaded streaming media file is not favorite, the traffic fee is wasted.
Secondly, if the streaming media file is requested, and the user wants to download the streaming media file again after closing the browser, the user must open the browser to find and access the corresponding web page again, which wastes time and traffic charges.
And thirdly, a downloading link is directly provided on a downloading webpage of the streaming media file, a security problem is also generated on the streaming media on-demand server, and a user can find other file information which is not required to be acquired by the user through a downloading link directory structure, so that the security is poor.

The method for downloading the streaming media file provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
the downloading terminal determines the film source information of the streaming media file and sends a downloading request to the ordering management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file;
and the downloading terminal acquires a downloading address of the streaming media file generated by the ordering management server according to the film source information, and acquires the streaming media file from the ordering management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
The downloading device of the streaming media file provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises:
a sending request unit, configured to determine film source information of a streaming media file, and send a download request to an order management server, where the download request carries the film source information of the streaming media file;
an address acquisition unit, configured to acquire a download address of a streaming media file generated by the order management server according to the film source information;
and the downloading unit is used for acquiring the streaming media file from the ordering management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
The downloading system of the streaming media file provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises:

and the streaming media on-demand server is used for providing the film source information of the streaming media file for the terminal and sending the streaming media file to the ordering management server.

The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for downloading a streaming media file, which are used for enabling the downloading of the streaming media file to be more convenient and faster, avoiding a user from directly downloading the streaming media file from a streaming media on-demand server and improving the safety of the streaming media on-demand server.
The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for downloading a streaming media file provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, the downloading terminal determines the film source information of the streaming media file.
S102, the downloading terminal sends a downloading request to the ordering management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file.
S103, the downloading terminal acquires the downloading address of the streaming media file generated by the order management server according to the film source information.
S104, the downloading terminal obtains the streaming media file from the order management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
The above operations are performed by a terminal side, and the download terminal may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone terminal, or a fixed terminal such as a computer.
Preferably, the determining, by the downloading terminal, the film source information of the streaming media file includes:

That is to say, the order management server receives a download request sent by a terminal, acquires the piece source information of the streaming media file from the download request, acquires the streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server according to the piece source information, stores the streaming media file in a preset temporary file, generates a download address of the streaming media file, and then sends the download address to the terminal, and the download address can be directly sent to the terminal or can be forwarded to the terminal through other servers; and subsequently, providing the streaming media file to the terminal according to the terminal request.
Preferably, the terminal obtains a download address of the streaming media file, and includes:
receiving a Push message sent by a Push (Push) server, wherein the Push message carries a download address of a streaming media file;

An operator builds and provides an order management server of the streaming media file, receives a downloading request sent by a terminal, analyzes the request, obtains film source information of the streaming media file from the request, and obtains the streaming media file from a streaming media on-demand server according to the film source information; wherein, the film source information comprises: the name of the streaming media file and the file directory information stored in the streaming media on-demand server.
And the streaming media on-demand server receives the film source information from the ordering management server, finds out a corresponding streaming media file according to the film source information, and sends the streaming media file to the ordering management server, and the ordering management server stores the file into a preset temporary file and then generates a download address of the streaming media file. The download address comprises a local IP address of the order management server, directory information of the temporary file and a name of the streaming media file.
And the streaming media on-demand server sends the download address to the terminal in a Push message mode.
In addition, the temporary files can have the storage time limit, namely the expired files can be automatically cleaned at regular time to prevent the excessive space of the server from being occupied.
The subscription management server in the embodiment of the invention is a server independent from the streaming media on-demand server.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for downloading streaming media according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, a mobile phone terminal initiates streaming media on demand, and initiates ordering through an ordering option in a menu in the playing process of a film source, namely, a downloading request of a streaming media file is sent;
the mobile phone terminal user logs in a streaming media on-demand server provided by an operator to initiate streaming media on-demand.
The downloading request is sent from the program background of the terminal in a short message mode, and the message body comprises the name of the multimedia file which is currently played and the file directory information of the streaming media file stored on the streaming media on-demand server, so that the ordering manager server can quickly find the ordered film source.
The terminal can obtain the film source information of the streaming media file by extracting a Session Description Protocol (SDP) message when the streaming media file interacts with a streaming media on-demand server in the process of streaming media on-demand.
S202, after receiving the downloading request, the order management server searches a corresponding film source on the streaming media server according to the film source information of the streaming media file and copies the corresponding film source into a temporary file of the order management server;
the temporary file may be provided in the streaming media on-demand server, that is, the subscription management server may be located in the streaming media on-demand server, but in order to reduce the load of the streaming media on-demand server, the subscription management server needs to be used as a download server independent of the streaming media on-demand server.
The subscription manager server may generate a corresponding temporary file for each streaming media file, or may use the same temporary file for all streaming media files.
In order to increase the turnover rate of the space of the order manager server, the streaming media files in the temporary files in the order manager server or the whole temporary files can be set with a certain storage period, which is equivalent to the setting of a download validity period for the streaming media files, and the temporary files or one or more streaming media files stored in the temporary files are deleted through a timed deletion task when the validity period is reached.
S203, the order management server generates a download address of the streaming media file and sends the download address to the Push server.
And S204, the Push server sends the download address to the mobile phone terminal.
For the copyright of the media file, a download address encrypted by Digital Rights Management (DRM) can also be issued to the terminal through a Push message. The specific encryption process may be performed in the subscription management server. And after the terminal acquires the encrypted download address, decrypting the encrypted download address to acquire the download address of the streaming media file.
After the steps are completed, the mobile phone terminal can initiate the downloading of the streaming media file through the Push message at any time according to the requirement, so that the operation of downloading the streaming media file by a user is facilitated; in addition, because the ordering manager server and the temporary file thereof exist in the network architecture, the harm of various cracking methods to the streaming media on-demand server is reduced.
The method for downloading the streaming media file provided by the embodiment of the invention can be implemented in any wireless terminal with a built-in streaming media module and a built-in streaming media protocol.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a downloading system for streaming media files according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes: the system comprises a mobile phone terminal supporting streaming media playing, a streaming media on-demand server, an ordering management server and a Push server.
The mobile phone terminal is used for acquiring the film source information of the currently requested streaming media file from the streaming media requesting server in the process of requesting the streaming media and sending a downloading request to the ordering management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file; and acquiring a download address of the streaming media file generated by the order management server according to the film source information, and acquiring the streaming media file from the order management server according to the download address of the streaming media file. That is, the terminal supporting the streaming media playing initiates an order application in the process of the streaming media on-demand; receiving a Push message containing a film source download address after the subscription application is successful; when downloading is needed, the film source downloading can be initiated through the Push message.
In addition, the mobile phone terminal should also support the short message transmission function, the function of receiving the Push message and initiating the connection, and the function of downloading the file.
The ordering management server is used for receiving a downloading request sent by the terminal, acquiring the film source information of the streaming media file from the downloading request, acquiring the streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server according to the film source information, generating a downloading address of the streaming media file, and then sending the downloading address to the terminal; and providing the streaming media file to the terminal.
The streaming media on-demand server is used for providing the film source information of the streaming media file for the terminal and sending the streaming media file to the subscription management server.
And the push server is used for forwarding the download address sent by the subscription management server to the terminal through a push message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the order management server and the Push server can be combined on one server.
Referring to fig. 4, an apparatus for downloading a streaming media file according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a sending request unit 101, configured to determine film source information of a streaming media file, and send a download request to an order management server, where the download request carries the film source information of the streaming media file;
an obtaining address unit 102, configured to obtain a download address of the streaming media file, which is generated by the subscription management server according to the film source information of the streaming media file;
a downloading unit 103, configured to obtain the streaming media file from the subscription management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
Preferably, the sending request unit 101, in the process of ordering the streaming media, acquires the film source information of the currently ordered streaming media file from the streaming media ordering server, where the film source information includes an identifier of the streaming media file and file directory information of the streaming media file stored in the streaming media ordering server.
Preferably, the download address of the streaming media file acquired by the acquiring address unit 102 is a download address of the streaming media file generated after the ordering management server acquires the streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server according to the piece source information of the streaming media file carried in the download request after receiving the download request.
Preferably, the download address of the streaming media file acquired by the acquiring address unit 102 is directly sent to the device by the subscription management server.
Or, the address obtaining unit 102 receives a push message sent by a push server, where the push message carries a download address of a streaming media file;
and sending the download address of the streaming media file carried in the push message to the push server by the subscription management server.
Preferably, the obtaining the download address of the streaming media file obtained by the address obtaining unit 102 includes: the IP address of the subscription management server, the directory information of the temporary file of the stream media file stored on the subscription management server and the identification of the stream media file.
Preferably, the downloading device of the streaming media file provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be a mobile phone terminal.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a more convenient and more integrated solution for the problems of inconvenience in downloading streaming media sources and security of a streaming media on-demand server, so that a mobile phone terminal can send a request for ordering and downloading in an on-demand process, and can initiate downloading afterwards as required, so that downloading of streaming media files is more convenient, and user operation is greatly facilitated. Meanwhile, the network side is additionally provided with the ordering management server, and the streaming media file is downloaded from the ordering management server, so that the situation that a user directly downloads the streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server is avoided, the protection of the streaming media on-demand server is enhanced, and the safety is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A method for downloading a streaming media file, the method comprising:
the downloading terminal determines the film source information of the streaming media file and sends a downloading request to the ordering management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file;
and the downloading terminal acquires a downloading address of the streaming media file generated by the ordering management server according to the film source information, and acquires the streaming media file from the ordering management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the downloading terminal determines the film source information of the streaming media file, comprising:
in the process of ordering the streaming media by the downloading terminal, the film source information of the currently ordered streaming media file is obtained from the streaming media ordering server, wherein the film source information comprises the identification of the streaming media file and the file directory information of the streaming media file stored on the streaming media ordering server.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the downloading terminal obtaining a downloading address of the streaming media file generated by the subscription management server according to the film source information comprises:

5. An apparatus for downloading a streaming media file, the apparatus comprising:
a sending request unit, configured to determine film source information of a streaming media file, and send a download request to an order management server, where the download request carries the film source information of the streaming media file;
an address acquisition unit, configured to acquire a download address of a streaming media file generated by the order management server according to the film source information;
and the downloading unit is used for acquiring the streaming media file from the ordering management server according to the downloading address of the streaming media file.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the sending request unit, during the process of requesting streaming media, obtains the film source information of the currently requested streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server, where the film source information includes an identifier of the streaming media file, and the file directory information of the streaming media file stored on the streaming media on-demand server.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the download address of the streaming media file obtained by the obtaining address unit is directly sent to the apparatus by the subscription management server.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the address obtaining unit receives a push message sent by a push server, where the push message carries a download address of the streaming media file;
and sending the download address of the streaming media file carried in the push message to the push server by the subscription management server.
9. A system for downloading a streaming media file, the system comprising:
the terminal is used for acquiring the film source information of the currently requested streaming media file from the streaming media requesting server in the process of requesting the streaming media and sending a downloading request to the ordering management server, wherein the downloading request carries the film source information of the streaming media file; acquiring a download address of the streaming media file generated by the ordering management server according to the film source information, and acquiring the streaming media file from the ordering management server according to the download address of the streaming media file;
the ordering management server is used for receiving a downloading request sent by the terminal, acquiring the film source information of the streaming media file from the downloading request, acquiring the streaming media file from the streaming media on-demand server according to the film source information, generating a downloading address of the streaming media file, and then sending the downloading address to the terminal; and providing the streaming media file to the terminal;
and the streaming media on-demand server is used for providing the film source information of the streaming media file for the terminal and sending the streaming media file to the ordering management server.
10. The system of claim 9, further comprising:
