Fig. 1 is a functional structure diagram of a multimedia message content recognition system of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC) 101, a Multimedia Content Identification System (MCIS) 102, and a mobile communication network 103; wherein,
the MMSC101 is used for storing and processing multimedia information of a multimedia message service, transmitting the multimedia information among other MMSCs, transmitting communication messages, generating operation information such as original service use records and the like; the system is further configured to pre-determine the multimedia information, forward the related content of the multimedia information to the MCIS102 for identification, receive an identification result returned by the MCIS102, and finally perform corresponding operations according to the identification result.
Here, the MMSC101 functions as an MMS relay server in the present invention.
The related content of the multimedia information refers to the content including the characteristic information supporting the multimedia content, namely, the digital fingerprint and the like.
The digital fingerprint is digital characteristic information obtained by a content provider/service provider (CP/SP) of the multimedia information after performing operation processing on audio, video and image information according to a certain algorithm. The CP/SP submits the digital fingerprint to MCIS102, where it is extracted and stored. For example, the CP/SP extracts the content of a certain field in the content of the current multimedia information, and performs an operation on the content of the field according to a certain rule to obtain a piece of feature information uniquely associated with the multimedia information, which is called a digital fingerprint. It should be noted that the operation rule of the information must be unique, so that the receiving side can identify the multimedia information according to the same operation rule.
Similar to the way in which CP/SP generates digital fingerprints, the digital fingerprints can also be obtained by MCIS102 performing operation processing on audio, video, and image information according to a certain algorithm. And the extraction and storage of the digital fingerprint of the multimedia information during the process of being identified is also done in MCIS 102.
The processing of the multimedia information comprises inputting, outputting, address resolving, notification sending, reporting and the like of the multimedia information.
The pre-judging of the multimedia information comprises judging whether multimedia message content needs to be identified or not, namely requiring the MMSC101 to preset feature information needing to be identified and carrying out matching judgment on related feature codes of the multimedia content; the pre-determining of the multimedia information may further include determining user service subscription information and a multimedia content identification switch, that is, requiring the MMSC101 to cache the user service subscription information, setting the multimedia information content identification switch, and the like.
The function of the MMSC101 may further include indicating a multimedia content identification result of the MCIS102, that is, the MMSC101 may set a multimedia content identification indication and forward the multimedia content identification indication to the MCIS102 along with the multimedia information.
The MMSC101 performs corresponding operations according to the multimedia information recognition result returned by the MCIS102, which means that the operations are extracted and applied from the MCIS102 according to the recognition results such as matching/mismatching of the digital fingerprint, return code identification and the like returned by the MCIS 102.
An MCIS102 for obtaining digital fingerprints of various multimedia information through a mobile communication network 103; and is further configured to receive multimedia information to be identified submitted by MMSC101, match the multimedia content according to information of a digital fingerprint library pre-stored in MCIS102 itself, record an identification result of digital fingerprint matching, and then return a response message to MMSC 101.
Here, the multimedia information submitted by the receiving MMSC101 includes related content such as digital fingerprints supporting multimedia content. The digital fingerprint is digital characteristic information obtained by performing operation processing on audio, video and image information according to a certain algorithm.
The response information returned to the MMSC101 includes the identification result information of the multimedia content.
The multimedia content identification system further comprises:
and the receiving module is used for receiving the multimedia message and the digital characteristic information corresponding to the multimedia message.
And the judging module is used for judging whether the received digital characteristic information is matched with the digital characteristic information stored in the multimedia content identification system.
And the forwarding module is used for feeding back the matching result of the judging module to the MMSC, so that the MMSC performs corresponding processing based on the matching result.
A mobile communication network 103 for providing a communication platform for MMSC101 and MCIS102 to mutually transmit data information of multimedia content.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of multimedia message content identification processing according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the multimedia message content identification processing flow includes:
step 201: the MCIS102 obtains digital fingerprints of various multimedia information through a mobile communication network, and prestores the digital fingerprints in the MCIS102 to form a digital fingerprint database.
Here, there are two main ways of generating the digital fingerprint of the multimedia information: one is generated by the CP/SP when generating the multimedia information; the other is generated by the operation of the MCIS itself, and the digital fingerprint is stored inside the MCIS.
The digital fingerprint library is a set of content feature information of each multimedia information extracted by MCIS102, that is, a set of digital fingerprints.
Step 202: and the MMSC101 receives and forwards the multimedia information of the multimedia message service, and pre-judges the multimedia information.
Here, the MMSC101 presets a digital fingerprint in the multimedia message of the multimedia message.
The MMSC101 performs pre-determination of Multimedia information, and performs content recognition on the Multimedia information according to a Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) tag of the Multimedia information.
The pre-judging of the multimedia information comprises judging whether the content of the multimedia information needs to be identified and whether the multimedia information needs to be forwarded.
The pre-judgment of content identification of the multimedia information is carried out according to the value of a specific field marked by the multimedia information SMIL; the rule for pre-judging is carried out according to the value of the SMIL marked field and the relevant field.
The pre-judging whether the multimedia information needs to be forwarded is determined according to whether the needed multimedia information exists in the MCIS corresponding to the current MMSC, and if the needed multimedia information does not exist in the MCIS102, the multimedia information needs to be forwarded to the MCIS; otherwise, only the relevant content of the multimedia information, namely the digital fingerprint, needs to be forwarded. The pre-judging process for judging whether the multimedia information needs to be forwarded can also comprise the judgment of the user service subscription information and the multimedia message content identification switch. The MMSC101 can cache the user service subscription information and can also set a multimedia message content identification switch.
The MMSC101 also provides flexible configuration functionality for the system, and the pre-determined configuration content is optional.
Step 203: the MMSC101 initiates a multimedia information content identification request, forwards the multimedia information and submits to the MCIS 102.
Here, the MMSC101 initiates an identification request of multimedia content to the MCIS102 using an MCP-content-process.
The MMSC101 fills a uniquely assigned transaction number in the initiated request message MCP-content-process.req to identify the session process of this identification, and the MCIS102 needs to fill it in the corresponding response message.
Preferably, the MMSC101 may further indicate a multimedia information content identification condition of the MCIS102 at this time, specifically: the MMSC101 may set a multimedia message content recognition indicator and forward to MCIS102 along with a multimedia message content recognition request message.
Step 204: the MCIS102 receives the multimedia message and identifies the content of the received multimedia message.
Here, the MCIS102 identifies the media content after receiving the MCP-content-process req request message from the MMSC.
The MCIS102 identifies the content of the media message, specifically: and extracting the digital fingerprint and matching the digital fingerprint with the characteristic information in a digital fingerprint library prestored in the digital fingerprint library. The recognition results are of two types: if the identification is successful, the returned result is matched, and if the identification is failed, the returned result is not matched; the other is as follows: and displaying the recognition result in a different return code identification mode.
Step 205: the MCIS102 returns a response message to the MMSC101, where the response message includes a content identification result corresponding to the multimedia information.
Here, the MCIS102 returns a response message to the MMSC101, specifically: the MCP-content-process.res response message is replied. The response message should have a response status code field, and the content of the response status code field is different according to the matching result. For example: if MCIS102 successfully completes the identification of the multimedia message, then the response status code field is "OK"; if the recognition fails, the response status code field indicates the reason of the recognition failure, etc.
Step 206: and the MMSC101 performs corresponding operation processing according to the identification result of the multimedia message content returned by the MCIS 102.
For example: after receiving the response message of the MCIS102, the MMSC101 determines the identification result, and if the identification result is "prohibit forwarding", the MMSC101 stops the forwarding process of the multimedia information. For another example, if the MMSC receives the response message of the MCIS102, then the MMSC101 determines the identification result, and if "allow forwarding", then the MMSC may forward the multimedia message to other MMSCs or other mobile terminals.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
