the capacity integration platform is further used for carrying out examination according to the received newly added service capacity registration request, and storing the newly added service capacity into a capacity directory table when the examination is passed; and authorizing the intercommunication relation between the newly added service capability and other service capabilities, and informing the first service platform of the newly added service capability of authorization information.

the first service platform is further configured to send a newly added service capability registration request to the capability control gateway, and receive authorization information returned by the capability control gateway;

the capacity control gateway is further configured to send the received newly added service capacity registration request to a capacity integration platform, and return the received authorization information of the capacity integration platform to the first service platform;

the capacity integration platform is further configured to perform examination according to the received capacity registration request of the new service sent by the capacity control gateway, and when the examination is passed, store the new service capacity in a capacity directory table; and authorizing the intercommunication relation between the newly added service capability and other service capabilities, and informing the capability control gateway of authorization information.

47. A system for implementing value added service capability intercommunication is characterized by comprising:

the second service platform is used for carrying out service capability calling processing on the second value-added service when a subscription event set by the user terminal is triggered, and returning a service capability calling processing result to the capability management and control gateway;

the capability management and control gateway is used for initiating an authentication control request to the capability integration platform according to the received service capability calling processing result, and sending the service capability calling processing result to the first service platform where the first value-added service is located according to a control response returned by the capability integration platform;

the capability integration platform is used for carrying out capability intercommunication calling control according to the received authentication control request initiated by the capability control gateway; and/or, according to the saved intercommunication strategy set by the user terminal, executing intercommunication strategy control and returning a control response to the capacity control gateway;

and the first service platform is used for receiving the service capability calling processing result sent by the capability control gateway and returning the use information to the user terminal according to the service capability calling processing result.

48. The system of claim 47,

the capability integration platform is also used for carrying out authentication check according to a setting request for setting capability intercommunication between the first value-added service and the second value-added service by the user terminal, which is sent by the first service platform; generating and storing the setting data of the user terminal capability intercommunication according to the result of the authentication check; according to the setting data, sending the intercommunication setting information of the user terminal to a first service platform where the first value-added service is located and a second service platform where the second value-added service is located;

the first service platform is also used for sending a setting request for setting the capability intercommunication between the first value-added service and the second value-added service for the user terminal to the capability integration platform, receiving the intercommunication setting information sent by the capability integration platform and returning response information to the user terminal;

and the second service platform is also used for receiving the intercommunication setting information sent by the capability integration platform.

49. The system of claim 47,

the capability integration platform is also used for setting a capability intercommunication setting request between the first value-added service and the second value-added service according to the receiving capability control gateway and carrying out authentication check; according to the result of authentication check, survival and storage of the setting data of the user terminal capability intercommunication; sending the setting data to the capability management and control gateway;

the capability management and control gateway is further configured to send a setting request, sent by the received first service platform, for setting capability intercommunication between the first value-added service and the second value-added service, to the capability integration platform, and send the received setting data returned by the capability integration platform to the first service platform where the first value-added service is located and the second service platform where the second value-added service is located;

the first service platform is further configured to send a setting request for setting capability intercommunication between a first value-added service and a second value-added service for a user terminal to the capability control gateway, receive the setting data sent by the capability control gateway, and return response information to the user terminal;

the second service platform is further configured to receive the setting data sent by the capability management and control gateway.

the capability integration platform is further used for receiving the cancellation request, sending the cancellation request to the charging system, sending a check cancellation request to a first service platform according to the received cancellation response sent by the charging system, deleting the ordering relation of the user terminal for ordering the first value-added service and the capability intercommunication setting relation of the first value-added service of the user terminal and other value-added services according to the check cancellation response returned by the first service platform, and sending a notification message to the service platform where the other value-added services are located;

and the second service platform is also used for receiving the notification message sent by the capability integration platform.

the capacity integration platform is further configured to perform examination according to the received capacity registration request of the new service sent by the capacity control gateway, and when the examination is passed, store the new service capacity in a capacity directory table; and authorizing the intercommunication relation between the newly added service capability and other service capabilities, and informing the capability control gateway of authorization information.
