And a new policy adding unit 106, configured to, if the current time reaches the next month and day, obtain a new policy for the previous month according to the current time, add the obtained new policy for the previous month to the first data table, and add a new flag to the new policy for the previous month.
And if the current time reaches the next month and day, automatically acquiring the newly added previous month policy according to the current time, adding the acquired newly added previous month policy into the first data table, and adding a newly added mark for the newly added previous month policy. Specifically, the creation date and the current time of the policy are obtained, and whether the policy is the newly added policy in the previous month is judged according to the current time and the creation date of the policy. The creation date of the policy is the date information on which the policy was created. Specifically, month information of the current time is obtained, the month information of the current time is subtracted by one to obtain month judgment information, whether the creation month of the policy is equal to the month judgment information or not is judged, and if the creation month of the policy is equal to the month judgment information, the policy is a new policy added in the previous month; if the creation month of the policy is not equal to the month judgment information, the policy is not the previous month new policy.
And adding the obtained newly increased policy in the previous month into the first data table according to the judgment result, and adding a newly increased mark to the newly increased policy in the previous month added into the first data table. The previous month receipt information processing unit 107 is configured to obtain the correction processing information and the date correction information in the previous month receipt processing information, and remove the policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information.
The previous month bill processing information is information for performing bill processing on the insurance policy completed in the previous month, and corresponding insurance policies in the first data table can be removed according to the correction processing information in the previous month bill processing information; and updating the due time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information in the previous-month policy processing information to obtain the policy with the updated due time in the first data table, and removing the policy in the first data table according to the updated due time of the policy.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the previous monthly statement information processing unit 107 includes sub-units: a first modification unit 1071 and a second modification unit 1072.
The first modification unit 1071 is configured to obtain modification information, remove a corresponding policy in the first data table according to the modification information, and transfer the policy to the second data table for storage.
And removing the corresponding policy in the first data table according to the modification processing information in the previous policy processing information, storing the removed policy in the first data table into the second data table, wherein the modified policy does not need to be stored in the first data table, and the policy is migrated from the first data table and transferred to the second data table for storage.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the first modification processing unit 1071 includes sub-units: a policy matching unit 10711 and a policy dump unit 10712.
A warranty matching unit 10711 for searching the first data table for a modified warranty matching the modification processing information according to the modification processing information.
And after the addition of the newly added policy in the previous month is finished, acquiring the correction processing information in the previous month policy processing information, and matching the correction processing information with the policy in the first data table to obtain the corrected policy matched with the correction processing information in the first data table. And removing the corresponding warranty in the first data table according to the correction processing information in the previous statement processing information, wherein the corrected warranty does not need to be stored in the first data table and needs to be transferred to the second data table for storage.
The policy unloading unit 10712 is used to transfer the modified policy from the first data table to the second data table for saving, and remove the modified policy from the first data table.
In this embodiment, the corresponding modified warranty is obtained by querying the first data table according to the modification information in the previous month's warranty processing information, and the modified warranty is removed from the first data table and transferred to the second data table for backup storage, so that the latest warranty information processed according to the previous month's warranty processing information is ensured to be stored in the first data table.
The second correcting processing unit 1072 is configured to update the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correcting information, and remove the policy that is not in the validity period according to the updated expiration time of the policy.
Because the policy needs to be renewed or the policy is terminated within the validity period, the expiration time of the policy in the first data table needs to be updated according to the date correction information, and the expiration time of the policy in the first data table can be updated according to the date correction information, so that the policy processed according to the date correction information can be obtained.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the second modifying unit 1072 includes sub-units: policy expiration time updating unit 10721, validity period judging unit 10722, and policy removing unit 10723.
A policy expiration time updating unit 10721 for updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information.
A validity period determining unit 10722, configured to determine whether the policy is in a validity period according to the current time and the expiration time after updating the policy.
And after updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information, acquiring the expiration time of the policy in the updated first data table, and judging whether the policy is expired in the current month according to the current time to obtain the policy which is not in the validity period.
And a policy removing unit 10723 for removing a policy not in the validity period from the first data table according to the judgment result.
And if the policy is judged to be not in the validity period according to the judgment result of the policy, the policy does not need to be stored in the first data table, namely the policy not in the validity period is removed from the first data table. Wherein the policy which is not in the valid period comprises the policy which expires in the current month.
In this embodiment, before removing the policy expired in the current month from the first data table, the expiration time of the policy corresponding to the date correction information in the first data table needs to be updated according to the date correction information of the previous month policy processing information. And judging whether the policy is in the valid period or not according to the updated expiration time of the policy in the first data table, and removing the policy which is not in the valid period from the first data table, so that the policy to be removed is judged more accurately, and all the policies which are not in the valid period can be removed from the first data table.
And an operation time point changing unit 108, configured to change the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month, and determine whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table.
And changing the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month, and judging whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table, namely, the time node for processing the policy in the first data table next time is the last day of the current month.
By creating the first data table and the second data table, the invalid policy in the first data table is removed at the time preset every month, and the policy in the first data table is removed according to the previous month policy processing information, so that the policies stored in the first data table can be ensured to be pending policies, the pending policies in the first data table can be read quickly in the subsequent processing process, and the policy processing efficiency is improved.
The policy information scroll processing means described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program that can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 11.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, memory, and a network interface 505 connected by a system bus 501, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032, when executed, causes the processor 502 to perform a policy information scroll processing method.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities that support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The internal memory 504 provides an environment for running the computer program 5032 in the nonvolatile storage medium 503, and when the computer program 5032 is executed by the processor 502, the processor 502 can be caused to execute the policy information rolling processing method.
The network interface 505 is used for network communication. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 11 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to limit the computing device 500 to which aspects of the present invention may be applied, and that a particular computing device 500 may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Wherein the processor 502 is configured to run the computer program 5032 stored in the memory to implement the following functions: creating a first data table for saving a current effective policy and a second data table for backing up a historical policy, and configuring the running time point of the first data table as the last day of the current month; acquiring a policy pre-stored in a historical data table, acquiring the policy in the validity period in the historical data table according to the current time, storing the policy in the created first data table, and adding a new mark to the policy stored in the first data table; if the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table, judging whether the policy in the first data table has a newly added mark, and storing the policy with the newly added mark into the second data table for backup; acquiring policy de-insurance information and policy de-insurance information, and removing the invalid policy corresponding to the policy de-insurance information and the policy de-insurance information from the first data table; deleting the newly added mark of the policy in the first data table; if the current time reaches the next month and the day, acquiring a newly-increased policy in the previous month according to the current time, adding the acquired newly-increased policy in the previous month into a first data table, and adding a newly-increased mark for the newly-increased policy in the previous month; acquiring correction processing information and date correction information in previous month correction processing information, and removing the insurance policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information; and changing the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month, and judging whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table.
In one embodiment, the processor 502 performs the following operations when executing the steps of acquiring a policy stored in advance in the history data table, acquiring a policy in the validity period in the history data table according to the current time, saving the policy in the created first data table, and adding a new mark to the policy saved in the first data table: acquiring the expiration time of the policy in the historical data table, and judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time of the policy; and acquiring the policy in the validity period according to the judgment result and storing the policy in the validity period into the created first data table.
In an embodiment, when the processor 502 executes the step of acquiring the correction processing information and the date correction information in the previous month bill processing information and removing the insurance policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information, the following operations are executed: acquiring correction processing information, removing corresponding insurance policies in the first data table according to the correction processing information, and transferring the insurance policies to the second data table for storage; and updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information, and removing the policy which is not in the valid period according to the updated expiration time of the policy.
In an embodiment, when the processor 502 executes the steps of obtaining the correction processing information, removing the corresponding policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information, and transferring the policy to the second data table for saving, the following operations are executed: inquiring a modified insurance policy matched with the modification processing information in a first data table according to the modification processing information; and transferring the approved insurance policy from the first data table to a second data table for storage, and removing the approved insurance policy from the first data table.
In one embodiment, the processor 502 performs the following operations when executing the steps of updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date modification information and removing the policy which is not in the validity period according to the updated expiration time of the policy: updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information; judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time after updating the policy; and removing the insurance policy which is not in the validity period from the first data table according to the judgment result.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of a computer device illustrated in fig. 11 does not constitute a limitation on the specific construction of the computer device, and that in other embodiments a computer device may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may only include a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structures and functions of the memory and the processor are consistent with those of the embodiment shown in fig. 11, and are not described herein again.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the Processor 502 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 502 may also be other general purpose processors, digital Signal Processors (DSPs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, etc. Wherein a general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided. The storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: creating a first data table for saving a current effective policy and a second data table for backing up a historical policy, and configuring the running time point of the first data table as the last day of the current month; acquiring a policy stored in a historical data table in advance, acquiring the policy in the validity period in the historical data table according to the current time, storing the policy in the established first data table, and adding a new mark to the policy stored in the first data table; if the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table, judging whether the policy in the first data table has a newly added mark, and storing the policy with the newly added mark into the second data table for backup; acquiring policy de-insurance information and policy logout information, and removing invalid policies corresponding to the policy de-insurance information and the policy logout information from the first data table; deleting the newly added mark of the policy in the first data table; if the current time reaches the next month and day, acquiring a newly-increased policy in the previous month according to the current time, adding the acquired newly-increased policy in the previous month into a first data table, and adding a newly-increased mark for the newly-increased policy in the previous month; acquiring correction processing information and date correction information in previous month correction processing information, and removing the insurance policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information; and changing the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month, and judging whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table.
In an embodiment, the step of obtaining the policy stored in the history data table in advance, obtaining the policy in the validity period in the history data table according to the current time, saving the policy in the created first data table, and adding a new mark to the policy saved in the first data table includes: acquiring the expiration time of the policy in the historical data table, and judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time of the policy; and acquiring the policy in the validity period according to the judgment result and storing the policy in the validity period into the created first data table.
In an embodiment, the step of obtaining the correction processing information and the date correction information in the previous batch processing information and removing the policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information includes: acquiring correction processing information, removing corresponding insurance policies in the first data sheet according to the correction processing information, and transferring the corresponding insurance policies to the second data sheet for storage; and updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information, and removing the policy which is not in the valid period according to the updated expiration time of the policy.
In an embodiment, the step of acquiring the correction processing information, removing the corresponding policy from the first data table according to the correction processing information, and transferring the policy to the second data table for saving includes: inquiring a modified insurance policy matched with the modification processing information in a first data table according to the modification processing information; and transferring the modified insurance policy from the first data table to a second data table for storage, and removing the modified insurance policy from the first data table.
In an embodiment, the step of updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information and removing the policy not in the validity period according to the updated expiration time of the policy includes: updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information; judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time after updating the policy; and removing the insurance policy which is not in the validity period from the first data table according to the judgment result.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses, devices and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. if the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table, judging whether the policy in the first data table has a newly added mark, and storing the policy with the newly added mark into the second data table for backup;
acquiring policy de-insurance information and policy de-insurance information, and removing the invalid policy corresponding to the policy de-insurance information and the policy de-insurance information from the first data table;
deleting the newly added mark of the policy in the first data table;
if the current time reaches the next month and day, acquiring a newly-increased policy in the previous month according to the current time, adding the acquired newly-increased policy in the previous month into a first data table, and adding a newly-increased mark for the newly-increased policy in the previous month;
acquiring correction processing information and date correction information in the previous month correction processing information, and removing the insurance policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information;
changing the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month, and judging whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table;
the acquiring the correction processing information and the date correction information in the previous month correction processing information, and removing the insurance policy in the first data table according to the correction processing information and the date correction information comprises:
acquiring correction processing information, removing corresponding insurance policies in the first data table according to the correction processing information, and transferring the insurance policies to the second data table for storage;
updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information, and removing the policy which is not in the validity period according to the updated expiration time of the policy;
the removing the corresponding insurance policy in the first data sheet according to the correction processing information and transferring the insurance policy to the second data sheet for storage comprises the following steps:
inquiring a modified warranty matched with the modifying processing information in the first data table according to the modifying processing information;
transferring the modified warranty from the first data table to a second data table for storage, and removing the modified warranty from the first data table;
calculating the valid period proportion, the unexpired premium and the reserve fund of the policy according to the creation date, the expiration time, the premium amount and the re-insurance separation proportion of the policy in the first data table so as to facilitate a user to obtain a calculated calculation result and perform statistical analysis on the financial condition of the policy in the first data table; and storing the calculated calculation result so as to facilitate the statistical analysis of the financial condition of the policy in the first data table by the user.
2. The policy information rolling processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the policy in the validity period in the history data table according to the current time and saving of the policy in the created first data table comprises:
acquiring the expiration time of the policy in the historical data table, and judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time of the policy;
and acquiring the policy in the validity period according to the judgment result and storing the policy in the validity period into the created first data table.
3. The policy information rolling processing method according to claim 1, wherein said removing policy that is not in validity period according to expiration time after policy update comprises:
updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information;
judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time after updating the policy;
and removing the insurance policy which is not in the validity period from the first data table according to the judgment result.
4. A policy information scroll processing apparatus, comprising:
the data table creating unit is used for creating a first data table used for storing a current effective policy and a second data table used for backing up a historical policy, and the operation time point of the first data table is configured to be the last day of the current month;
the valid period policy adding unit is used for acquiring policies pre-stored in the historical data table, acquiring policies in the valid period in the historical data table according to the current time, storing the policies into the created first data table, and adding new marks to the policies stored in the first data table;
the policy backup unit is used for judging whether the policy in the first data table has the newly added mark or not and storing the policy with the newly added mark into the second data table for backup if the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table;
the system comprises a failure policy processing unit, a first data table and a second data table, wherein the failure policy processing unit is used for acquiring policy de-insurance information and policy de-approval information and removing failure policies corresponding to the policy de-insurance information and the policy de-approval information from the first data table;
a newly added mark deleting unit, configured to delete the newly added mark of the policy in the first data table;
a newly-added policy adding unit, configured to obtain a newly-added policy for the previous month according to the current time if the current time reaches the next month and day, add the obtained newly-added policy for the previous month to the first data table, and add a newly-added flag to the newly-added policy for the previous month;
the previous month approval information processing unit is used for acquiring the approval processing information and the date approval information in the previous month approval processing information and removing the insurance policy in the first data sheet according to the approval processing information and the date approval information;
the operation time point changing unit is used for changing the operation time point of the first data table to be the last day of the current month and judging whether the current time reaches the operation time point of the first data table;
the previous monthly batch information processing unit comprises:
the first correction processing unit is used for acquiring correction processing information, removing corresponding insurance policies in the first data table according to the correction processing information, and transferring the insurance policies to the second data table for storage;
the second correction processing unit is used for updating the expiration time of the policy in the first data table according to the date correction information and removing the policy which is not in the validity period according to the updated expiration time of the policy;
the first batch modification processing unit comprises subunits: the warranty matching unit is used for inquiring the approved warranty matched with the correction processing information in the first data table according to the correction processing information; the insurance policy unloading unit is used for transferring the approved insurance policy from the first data table to the second data table for storage and removing the approved insurance policy from the first data table;
calculating the valid period proportion, the unexpired premium and the reserve fund of the policy according to the creation date, the expiration time, the premium amount and the re-insurance separation proportion of the policy in the first data table so as to facilitate a user to obtain a calculated calculation result and perform statistical analysis on the financial condition of the policy in the first data table; and storing the calculated calculation result so as to facilitate the statistical analysis of the financial condition of the policy in the first data table by the user.
5. The policy information roll processing device according to claim 4, wherein the validity period policy adding unit comprises:
the date judging unit is used for acquiring the expiration time of the policy in the historical data table and judging whether the policy is in the valid period according to the current time and the expiration time of the policy;
and the policy adding unit is used for acquiring the policy in the valid period according to the judgment result and storing the policy in the valid period into the created first data table.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the policy information rolling processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 when executing the computer program.
