The folding telescopic piece is a jack type, and the height of the folding telescopic piece is adjusted through the extension and contraction of the folding part; the hydraulic telescopic part may comprise a hydraulic cylinder 13-11 for filling with a hydraulic medium, a hydraulic piston 13-12 and a bottom abutment 13-13, the hydraulic piston 13-12 being arranged in the hydraulic cylinder 13-11, the bottom abutment 13-13 being connected at one end to the hydraulic piston 13-12 and being extendable and supportable at the other end on the table top. The hydraulic cylinder 13-11 of the hydraulic telescopic part is filled with hydraulic medium, and the hydraulic medium pushes the hydraulic piston 13-12 to move through volume change. The volume change of the hydraulic medium can be realized by charging or discharging the hydraulic medium, and can also be realized by the volume expansion and cooling contraction of the hydraulic medium after being heated. The change of the volume of the hydraulic medium drives the hydraulic piston 13-12 in the hydraulic cylinder 13-11 to move, and power is provided for the automatic extension and retraction of the bottom support 13-13.
The pneumatic telescopic part is arranged in a similar way to the hydraulic telescopic part, and is different from the hydraulic telescopic part in that the hydraulic cylinders 13-11 are arranged as pneumatic cylinders, gas is filled in the pneumatic cylinders, and the hydraulic pistons 13-12 are pushed to move through the change of gas pressure, so that the bottom supports 13-13 are driven to extend or contract, and the height of the body 100 is adjusted.
Scheme 2: as shown in fig. 3, the present solution is a further improvement of the solution 1, the supporting structure 1 further includes a supporting pillar 13-2 disposed at the bottom of the body 100, a hollow chamber is disposed inside the supporting pillar 13-2, and the telescopic member 13-1 is located in the hollow chamber; when the telescopic piece 13-1 is contracted in the hollow cavity, the supporting column 13-2 is supported on the table top; when the retractor is extended, it extends out of the hollow cavity of the support post 13-2 and rests on the table top.
In the scheme, the supporting column 13-2 is a fixed supporting structure 1 in a daily state, when the height needs to be adjusted, the control unit of the ultrasonic washing device controls the folding telescopic piece, the hydraulic telescopic piece or the air pressure telescopic piece to automatically move, and after a user operates the control panel, the control unit controls the folding telescopic piece, the hydraulic telescopic piece or the air pressure telescopic piece to automatically extend or retract. This scheme only needs the control button can accomplish, and is more convenient and fast, and a plurality of bearing structure 1 also can keep same level, keeps the balance of body 100. Meanwhile, in the daily state that the height does not need to be adjusted, the telescopic piece 13-1 is contracted inside the supporting column 13-2, the supporting column 13-2 supports, the telescopic piece 13-1 can not be stressed, the burden is reduced, and the telescopic piece can be extended only when the height is adjusted, so that the energy consumption can be reduced.
Scheme 3: as shown in fig. 4, the support structure 1 is connected with the bottom of the body 100 by a screw thread, the support structure 1 comprises a screw thread column 14-1 and a base 14-2 arranged at the bottom of the screw thread column 14-1, the diameter of the base 14-2 is larger than that of the screw thread column 14-1; the threaded column 14-1 is provided with a locking nut 14-3, the height of the body 100 and the ground is adjusted by rotating the threaded column 14-1 and the base 14-2, and the locking nut 14-3 is used for locking.
The threaded column 14-1 and the base 14-2 are integrally arranged, the diameter of the base 14-2 is larger than that of the threaded column 14-1, and the supporting and fixing effects are better. The distance between the base 14-2 and the body 100 can be adjusted by rotating the threaded column 14-1 and the base 14-2, and the height of the body 100 can also be adjusted, and the height can be kept adjusted after the locking nut 14-3 is used for locking, so that the fixed support is convenient, and the washing by a user is convenient.
Example two
The embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment, and the bottom of the support structure 1 of the embodiment is further provided with a fixing structure, and the fixing structure is fixed on the table top in an adsorption and/or clamping manner and/or a bolt connection manner.
The fixed knot constructs can be fixed with the mesa through absorption, or the joint, or the mode that adsorbs and the joint combines together, can reach the purpose that prevents the landing of ultrasonic washing device under the prerequisite that does not harm the mesa. The fixing structure can be fixed on the table board through bolt connection, and the table board is damaged to a certain extent, but the fixing effect is excellent, so that the fixing structure is suitable for public places and is also beneficial to safety of public properties.
Specifically, the fixing structure may adopt the following schemes, but is not limited to these schemes:
scheme 1: the fixing structure is a sucker 15 arranged at the bottom of the supporting structure 1, and the sucker 15 can be fixed on the table top in an absorbing manner after being extruded or vacuumized;
the sucking discs 15 are arranged in a plurality of ways, when the supporting structure 1 is a flat plate at the bottom of the body 100 or a shell at the bottom of the body 100, the sucking discs 15 are uniformly distributed at the bottom, and after the sucking discs 15 are fixedly adsorbed on the table top, the distance between each part of the bottom of the body 100 and the table top is the same, so that the balance is kept. The mode is easy to operate by a user, and the air can be adsorbed and fixed only by extruding or vacuumizing to discharge air, so that the mode is quick and convenient. Meanwhile, when the table needs to be moved, the table is easy to contact and fix, and the table top is not damaged. The plurality of suction cups 15 may be embedded in, or fixed by bolts, or clamped at the bottom of the body 100 to be fixed with the body 100. A plurality of sucking discs 15 are in bottom evenly distributed, and the atress is even when can making fixed, and adsorption effect is better, can reach the purpose that the holding device level, do not take place the skew simultaneously.
When the supporting structure 1 is adjustably installed on the main body 100, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the suction cup 15 is installed on the bottom of the base 14-2 of the supporting structure 1 in a threaded connection manner or the telescopic member 13-1 in a telescopic connection manner, and after the adjustment, the suction cup 15 can be sucked on the table top for fixing.
Scheme 2: the fixing structure is a clamping piece arranged at the bottom of the supporting structure 1, and the clamping piece is clamped with the side edge of the table board to fix the body 100 and the table board.
For the table top with concave and convex and poor adsorption effect or the table top with small space, clamping modes such as clamping and the like can be adopted for fixing. The support structure 1 may be a support at the bottom of the body 100, which may be a fixed support or a directionally adjustable gimbal support. The support has the rigidity, can prop up ultrasonic washing device's body 100, and holder fixed mounting can be pressed from both sides at the side of mesa in the bottom of support, clamping structure, also can press from both sides on the railing around the mesa, can the fixed ultrasonic washing device of centre gripping can, go into this, can fix ultrasonic washing device, more abundant utilization space simultaneously.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamping member comprises two clamping arms which can be rotatably locked, and the openings of the two clamping arms are clamped to the side edge of the table top for fixing. One end of each clamping arm can be rotationally locked and fixed with the universal shaping support, the other end of each clamping arm forms an opening, and the opening of each clamping arm is opened to clamp a proper position on the table top for fixing.
The scheme can flexibly and changeably fix the ultrasonic washing device on the table board, is less influenced by the material and the flatness of the table board, has good fixing effect and can not damage the table board.
Scheme 3: the fixing structure is a bolt arranged at the contact part of the supporting structure 1 and the table top, and the body 100 is fixed with the table top after the bolt is stretched into the table top and screwed down.
The fixing structure of this scheme is the bolt, and the bottom and/or the top of body 100 set up the mounting panel, and the mounting panel is bearing structure 1. The edge of mounting panel extends to all around, outstanding in the side of body 100, and the periphery of mounting panel is equipped with the installation screw, is equipped with the bolt in the installation screw, imbeds in the mesa through rotatory bolt, screws up fixedly.
Further, for the situation that the fixing structure is not suitable for being installed at the bottom, an anti-skid structure can be arranged at the bottom of the supporting structure 1 and the part contacting with the table top. The mesa of ultrasonic washing device installation is mostly the wash platform, and easy dabbling, antiskid structure can further prevent ultrasonic washing device's removal, improves the security of using.
Preferably, the anti-slip structure is a texture provided on the bottom of the support structure 1, or a non-slip mat 16 mounted on the bottom of the base 14-2.
The anti-skid structure can be arranged in various manners, and the texture arranged at the bottom of the supporting structure 1 can be a plurality of simple convex ribs, such as transverse and longitudinal crossed convex ribs or wavy line convex ribs, or other regular or irregular patterns, so that the anti-skid structure is simple and convenient, and the cost is not increased. Also can be at supporting structure 1 bottom installation slipmat 16 or sucking disc 15, slipmat 16 prevents through the mode of increase frictional force to slide, and sucking disc 15 adsorbs on the mesa, can play better fixed action. Meanwhile, the non-slip mat 16 and the suction cup 15 are generally made of flexible materials, and can also play a role in reducing vibration. The particular manner of the anti-slip structure is set according to the particular structure of the support structure 1.
For the supporting structure 1 with the supporting column 13-2 at the outside and the hydraulic telescopic piece or the pneumatic telescopic piece at the inside, a user extends out of the supporting column 13-2 for supporting when needed and retracts when not needed. At this time, the bottom of the supporting column 13-2 can be provided with a non-slip mat 16, and the bottom of the telescopic member 13-1 can be provided with a non-slip mat 16 or a suction cup 15, which can be fixed and non-slip when respectively playing a supporting role.
Further, a damping structure is provided inside the body 100 above the supporting structure 1 or in the supporting structure 1 for reducing the ultrasonic vibration; preferably, the damping structure is a damping spring or a damping layer, which is arranged between the ultrasound generating device 200 and the support structure 1.
The shock-absorbing structure is arranged at the bottom of the body 100 to reduce ultrasonic vibration. The shock absorption structure is arranged below the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 or below the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400, so that the influence of vibration on other objects on the table top in the ultrasonic cleaning process is reduced, and the noise can also be reduced. The damping spring can set up a plurality ofly, and the shock attenuation layer is made by flexible material, can reduce vibrations.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the body 100 of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a horizontal operation platform 12 and a vertical box 11 located at the rear of the horizontal operation platform 12, the height of the box 11 is higher than that of the horizontal operation platform 12, the cleaning tank 400 is disposed on the horizontal operation platform 12, and the ultrasonic generating apparatus 200 is fixed on the box 11 and located above the cleaning tank 400; the supporting structure 1 is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal operating platform 12 and is supported on the platform surface;
the box 11 and the horizontal operating table 12 may be integrally or separately provided. In this way, the ultrasonic generator 200 fixed to the cabinet 11 may be positioned above the cleaning tank 400, and the user puts the laundry on the horizontal operating table 12 and soaks the laundry in the cleaning tank 400, and then the ultrasonic generator 200 performs cleaning. The box body 11 is positioned on a horizontal operating platform 12, and the bottom surface of the horizontal operating platform 12 is the bottom surface of the body 100; or the horizontal operating table 12 and the box 11 are arranged in front and at the back, and the bottom surfaces are coplanar to form the bottom surface of the body 100.
Preferably, four supporting columns 13-2 are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal operating platform 12, hydraulic telescopic parts are arranged in the supporting columns 13-2, and when the hydraulic telescopic parts are contracted inside the supporting columns 13-2, the supporting columns 13-2 are supported on the platform surface; when extended, the retractor extends out of the interior of the support post 13-2 and rests on the table top.
Preferably, a bottom plate is provided on the bottom of the horizontal operating table 12, and a shock absorbing layer is provided between the bottom of the horizontal operating table 12 and the bottom plate. The horizontal operating table 12 and the bottom plate are square, the four corners of the bottom plate are respectively provided with an adjustable supporting structure 1, and the supporting structure 1 comprises supporting columns 13-2 fixed with the bottom plate. A hollow cavity is arranged inside the supporting column 13-2, a hydraulic telescopic piece or an air pressure telescopic piece fixed with the bottom plate is arranged in the hollow cavity, and the hydraulic telescopic piece or the air pressure telescopic piece is respectively and electrically connected with a control unit of the ultrasonic washing device. The bottom of the supporting column 13-2 is provided with an anti-skid pad 16; the bottom end of the hydraulic or pneumatic bellows is preferably provided with a suction cup 15.
In a daily state, the ultrasonic washing device is supported on the table top by the support column 13-2, and the anti-skid pad 16 prevents skidding; when the user needs to adjust the height, the user operates the operation panel of the ultrasonic washing device, and the control unit controls the bottom end of the hydraulic telescopic piece or the air pressure telescopic piece to extend out of the hollow cavity of the support column 13-2 and support the hydraulic telescopic piece or the air pressure telescopic piece on the table top, so that the height of the ultrasonic washing device is increased. At this time, the suction cup 15 is also sucked on the table top, so that the height can be adjusted, and the suction cup can be fixed and prevented from moving.

As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and the present embodiment provides an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, which includes a body 100, wherein the body 100 is fixed on a table top by a mounting and fixing mechanism. The body 100 is provided with a cleaning tank 400 for containing a cleaning liquid, and an ultrasonic wave generating device 200 having an ultrasonic wave vibrating end for generating ultrasonic wave vibration, the ultrasonic wave vibrating end facing the cleaning tank 400; a water supply box 8, wherein the water supply box 8 is detachably arranged on the body 100 and supplies washing liquid to the washing tank 400.
The water supply box 8 can be used for containing washing water, storing detergent or a mixture of detergent and clean water. One water supply box 8 can be arranged to contain cleaning water; a plurality of the washing machines can also be arranged, and respectively contain clean water and detergent or different detergents. Thus, the installation is convenient, the replacement is also convenient, the liquid for cleaning can be conveniently added, and meanwhile, the body 100 can also be kept tidy.
The water supply box can be directly or indirectly communicated with the cleaning tank, for example, a water outlet of the water supply box is communicated with the cleaning tank, or the water supply box is communicated with the cleaning tank through a pipeline, and also can provide the cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank in a spraying or dripping mode.
The body 100 is provided with an installation cavity 3 for installing a water supply box 8, and the water supply box 8 is installed in the installation cavity 3 in a drawing mode; or the water supply box 8 is installed in the installation cavity 3 in a plug-in manner; the water supply box 8 is communicated with the cleaning tank 400 through a feeding pipeline.
The shape and the size of the water supply box 8 are matched with those of the mounting cavity 3, and the water supply box can be in a drawing type, is convenient to take out, and is convenient to add liquid or replace the water supply box 8; the water supply box can also be inserted into the mounting cavity 3 from top to bottom/from bottom to top, the fixing effect of the mode is good, and liquid is convenient to add or the water supply box 8 is convenient to replace.
The water supply box 8 is a closed box structure with a cavity inside, a liquid outlet 802 is arranged on the water supply box 8, an on-off valve 803 is arranged on the liquid outlet 802, when the water supply box 8 is arranged in the installation cavity 3, the on-off valve 803 is opened, and the liquid outlet 802 is communicated with the feeding pipeline; when the water supply box 8 is pulled out or pulled out, the on-off valve 803 is closed.
The cavity in the water supply box 8 is used for containing water, detergent or mixed liquid. When the cover body is taken down, liquid can be supplemented and added into the water supply box 8; after the cover body is covered, the water supply box 8 is sealed, so that dust is prevented from falling into the water supply box, and liquid is prevented from leaking; secondly, the ventilation structure can keep the air pressure inside and outside to be consistent, and the liquid inside is convenient to flow out.
The ventilation structure comprises a ventilation element and a switch element, the ventilation element is an integrally formed cylindrical structure with two coaxial diameters, and the diameter of the upper end face is slightly larger than that of the lower end face. The ventilation element is provided with ventilation holes. The air holes penetrate through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the air permeable element, and air outlets of the air permeable element are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface. And the ventilation element is also coaxially provided with a connecting hole for connecting the switch element. The lower end face of the ventilation element is provided with an annular groove.
The switch element is an integrally formed elastic material element and comprises a switch part and a connecting part. The switch part is of an inverted umbrella-shaped structure, covers the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove. The connecting part is clamped with the connecting hole on the ventilating element. The switch part is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove, and the air hole is sealed; the switch part is opened, the switch part deforms, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air holes are ventilated in one direction.
In a further scheme, one end of the feeding pipeline is arranged at the bottom or the side of the installation cavity 3, the end of the feeding pipeline is provided with a jacking structure, when the water supply box 8 is installed in the installation cavity 3, the jacking structure pushes a piston in the on-off valve to open the on-off valve 803, and the water supply box 8 is communicated with the feeding pipeline.
The on-off valve 803 comprises a drainage channel and a piston 804 arranged in the drainage channel, a gap for liquid flowing is reserved between the outer wall of the piston 804 and the inner wall of the drainage channel, a narrowing section is arranged at one end of the drainage channel, and the piston 804 is extruded on the narrowing section under the action of a return spring 805 to close the drainage channel.
The structure 9 may be a protruding structure or a protruding structure, and the protruding structure may extend into the liquid outlet 802 to cooperate with the piston 804. The protruding structure pushes the piston 804 open, i.e. opens the on-off valve 803.

When the installation that supplies water box 8 can be extracted/pushed install installation cavity 3 in, the liquid outlet 802 of supplying water box 8 can set up on the lateral wall of supplying water box 8, and the open structure 9 that backs up is established in the relevant position of the 3 lateral walls of installation cavity, and when supplying water box 8 to push in, the open structure 9 that backs up stretches into liquid outlet 802, communicates with supplying water box 8.
Scheme 2: the liquid outlet 802 is arranged on the bottom wall of the washing additive box, and the top-opening structure 9 is arranged vertically corresponding to the liquid outlet 802.
When the water supply box 8 is embedded in the mounting cavity 3, the liquid outlet 802 of the water supply box 8 can be arranged on the bottom wall of the water supply box 8, the top-opening structure 9 is arranged at the corresponding position of the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 3, and when the water supply box 8 is placed from top to bottom, the top-opening structure 9 extends into the liquid outlet 802 and is communicated with the water supply box 8;
scheme 3: when water supply box 8 is embedded to be installed in installation cavity 3, liquid outlet 802 is established on water supply box 8 lateral wall, and one lateral wall of installation cavity 3 sets up and pushes up open structure 9, and the looks remote site sets up the elastic component. the suction device 10 extends towards the bottom wall of the water supply box 8, an inlet of the suction device is arranged towards the bottom wall of the water supply box 8, and a gap for liquid to pass through is reserved between the suction device and the bottom wall. Therefore, the liquid in the water supply box 8 can flow out along the suction device 10, and the water flow is smooth.
Preferably, an arc-shaped reversing flow guide channel is formed between the inlet and the outlet of the flow channel, and the reversing position of the flow channel, which corresponds to the inlet of the on-off valve 803, is an outward-expanding arc surface. The flow channel forms an arc-shaped reversing flow guide channel from the inlet to the outlet, which is more beneficial to the flow of liquid and ensures that the water flow is smoother, rather than generating intermittent flow.
Further scheme, installation cavity 3 in be provided with limit structure, limit structure is including setting up the elastic component in installation cavity 3 one side, when water supply box 8 packs into installation cavity 3, the elastic component takes place to deform and supports and lean on between installation cavity lateral wall and water supply box 8, fixed water supply box 8.
The elastic part can be a spring, so that the water supply box 8 can be conveniently installed, and the washing additive box can also be fixed, so that the vibration during working can be buffered.
In a further scheme, a control valve is arranged on the feeding pipeline, and after the water supply box 8 is communicated with the feeding pipeline, the control valve is opened or closed to control the feeding pipeline to be connected or disconnected so as to convey the liquid in the water supply box 8 to the cleaning tank 400. When the ultrasonic washing device is required to be used, the control valve is opened, the feeding pipeline is conducted, and the liquid in the water supply box 8 is conveyed into the washing tank 400 by utilizing the self gravity or the stress. Or a pump is arranged on the feeding pipeline to convey liquid into the cleaning tank.
In a further scheme, one end of the feeding pipeline is communicated with the water supply box in a sealing mode, the other end of the feeding pipeline is communicated with the cleaning tank 400, and when the liquid level in the cleaning tank 400 drops below a water outlet of the feeding pipeline, liquid in the water supply box 8 flows into the cleaning tank 400.
So that the liquid level in the cleaning tank 400 can be maintained at a certain height. When the water outlet of the feeding pipeline is at least partially above the liquid level, under the action of air pressure, water in the water supply box 8 enters the cleaning tank 400 until the water enters the water outlet of the feeding pipeline, and due to the liquid sealing effect, the water in the water supply box 8 does not flow into the cleaning tank 400 any more, so that the liquid level in the cleaning tank 400 is kept at a certain height, the liquid is prevented from overflowing the cleaning tank 400, the liquid level can meet the requirement of cleaning, and when the upper surface of the clothes to be cleaned is in contact with the ultrasonic vibration end, at least the lower surface of the clothes to be cleaned is in contact with the liquid level of the cleaning liquid.
The position of the water outlet of the feeding pipeline can be set according to the specific structure and the size of the ultrasonic washing device. There are two main approaches:
scheme 1: the water outlet of the feeding pipeline is positioned in the cleaning tank 400 and faces the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 400, and a certain gap is formed between the water outlet of the feeding pipeline and the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 400.
The putting in pipeline of this scheme is located washing tank 400 top to insert perpendicularly in washing tank 400, the delivery port is towards the diapire of washing tank 400, and this kind of mode sets up simply, and the passageway that gets into washing tank 400 through putting in the pipeline from water supply box 8 does not buckle, consequently more smooth and easy, can keep the liquid level on the delivery port.
Scheme 2: the water outlet of the feeding pipeline is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank 400, faces the interior of the cleaning tank 400, and has a certain clearance with the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 400.

Further scheme, the front side of body 100 is equipped with the spill space 4 that the clothing of confession waiting to wash was put into, ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and washing tank 400 set up in spill space 4 to correspond the setting from top to bottom, installation cavity 3 and water supply box 8 set up the top of body, the top in spill space 4, the water in the water supply box 8 of being convenient for utilizes self gravity to flow in to washing tank 400.
