Abstract
The invention provides a refund management method, which is applied to a refund management device, wherein the refund management device is in communication connection with an external server and an internal server, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving a refund request of the medical insurance product sent by a sales platform, wherein the sales platform runs in an external server or an internal server; acquiring policy information from a core system of an internal server according to the refund request; when the policy information does not contain bank card information, acquiring a reconciliation area code of the medical insurance product from the sales platform or the core system; and acquiring corresponding account information of the third-party payment platform from the financial system of the internal server according to the reconciliation area code, and controlling the financial system to return the refund amount to the account of the third-party payment platform. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a medical insurance product, and more particularly, to a refund management method, apparatus, and storage medium for a medical insurance product.
Background
With the development of science and technology, third party payment platforms (WeChat, Paibao and the like) are increasingly used for daily payment, and the user experience is greatly improved. Third party payment platforms are also often used for payment of medical insurance products. The payment method is different from the conventional payment method in that it has no bank card information. The regulatory requirements of the financial industry dictate: the refund can meet the requirement of the same bank card for going in and out. According to an embodiment of the invention, a refund management method, a refund management device and a storage medium are provided.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an operating environment of a refund management device 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown. The refund management apparatus 100 is connected to an external server 300 via a network 200. The refund management device 100 may be a computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, or other computing device. The third party e-commerce platform runs in the external server 300, and can be a network sales platform such as a Tianmao platform and a Jingdong platform. The medical insurance product is sold on the third party e-commerce platform.
The refund management apparatus 100 is also connected to one or more internal servers 500 (2 internal servers are shown in fig. 1) via the local area network 400. The internal server 500 is communicatively connected to a database 600. The internal servers 500 are communicatively connected to each other via a local area network 400.
The internal server 500 includes one or more business systems, and one or more association systems, that are routinely used by the internal business workers of the enterprise. In the preferred embodiment, the core system and the accounting system are respectively run in different internal servers 500. In other preferred embodiments, the core system and the accounting system may also run in the same internal server 500.
After the medical insurance product is successfully sold on the sales platform, the successful sales information is returned to the core system of the internal server 500, and the core system generates and stores the policy information of the medical insurance product. The sales platform includes a third party e-commerce platform of the external server 300 or a camping sales platform of the internal server 500.
When an applicant uses a third-party payment platform to pay the guarantee time of the medical insurance product, the sales platform sends the account information of the third-party payment platform to the core system; when the insurant confirms that the insurant is all the persons of the account of the third-party payment platform, the core system sends the account information of the third-party payment platform to the financial system; and the financial system allocates a reconciliation area code to return to the core system and the sales platform. The reconciliation area code is used for the posting operation of the premium of the medical insurance product in the financial system and the refunding operation of the premium of the medical insurance product. Each reconciliation area code corresponds to policy information for a medical insurance product. The third party payment platform can be a payment platform lacking bank card information, such as a payment treasure and a WeChat.

when the policy information contains bank card information, sending the bank card information and a refund request to a financial system of an internal server; and
and when the financial system confirms that the information of the bank card is correct, controlling the financial system to return the refund amount to the corresponding bank card.
3. A refund management method according to claim 1, wherein the refund amount is obtained by deducting default money from an original amount of a premium paid for the medical insurance product.
4. A refund management method according to claim 1, wherein the policy information is acquired by:
sending the refund request to an internal server;
controlling an internal server to query a database corresponding to a core system according to the refund request so as to find out policy information corresponding to the refund request; and
and receiving policy information sent by the internal server.
5. A refund management method according to claim 1, wherein the reconciliation area code is obtained by:
sending the acquisition request to an external server or an internal server;
controlling the external server or the internal server to inquire the corresponding account checking area code according to the acquisition request; and
and receiving the reconciliation area code sent by the external server or the internal server.
6. A refund management method according to claim 1, wherein the reconciliation area code is generated by:
when an applicant uses a third-party payment platform to pay the insurance of the medical insurance product, receiving account information of the third-party payment platform sent by a sales platform;
sending the account information of the third party payment platform to a core system of an internal server;
when confirming that the insured person is all the persons of the third party payment platform account, storing the account information into corresponding policy information of the core system;
sending the account information to a financial system of an internal server;
receiving a reconciliation area code sent by the financial system, wherein the reconciliation area code is distributed by the financial system according to account information; and
and sending the account checking region code to a sales platform and a core system, and controlling the core system and the sales platform to store the account checking region code into corresponding policy information.
7. A refund management device communicatively coupled to an external server and an internal server, comprising a memory, a processor, and program code for a refund management system stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program code to perform the steps of:
receiving a refund request of the medical insurance product sent by a sales platform, wherein the sales platform runs in an external server or an internal server;
acquiring policy information from a core system of an internal server according to the refund request;
when the policy information does not contain bank card information, acquiring a reconciliation area code corresponding to the policy information from the sales platform or the core system; and
and acquiring corresponding account information of the third-party payment platform from the financial system of the internal server according to the reconciliation area code, and controlling the financial system to return the refund amount to the account of the third-party payment platform.
8. The refund management device of claim 7, wherein the sales platform is a third party e-commerce platform running in an external server or a direct marketing platform running in an internal server.
9. A refund management device according to claim 7, wherein the core system and the financial system are run in the same internal server or in separate internal servers.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises program code of a refund management system, which when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the refund management method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
