Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物源农药增效剂,其所述增效剂的组分包括豆科植物扁茎黄芪提取物。扁茎黄芪提取物采用溶剂浸提法或超临界流体萃取法制备。这种植物源农药增效剂在化学农药增效方面的应用,其对对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、有机磷杀虫剂、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂、吡咯类杀虫剂、吡唑类杀虫剂、吡啶类杀虫剂等多种类型的化学杀虫剂均有很好的增效作用,在达到相同防治效果时可以成倍降低化学农药的使用量。此外,本发明所述植物源农药增效剂对人畜安全、环境友好,利于实现扁茎黄芪的综合利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种植物源农药增效剂。本发明还给出这种植 物源农药增效剂在化学农药增效方面的应用。
背景技术
农业的发展离不开农药,但农药在给农业发展做出重大贡献的同时,也给自然环境 带来了危害。近年来,由于化学农药的滥用,增加了害虫的抗药性,导致农药用量和次数不断增加,进一步加剧了环境污染和生态破坏,造成了恶性循环,严重危害了人类的 生活与健康。据相关报道,在农药的施用过程中,仅约5%发挥其应有的作用,而绝大 部分农药流失到水土等周围环境中,造成环境危害。如何提高农药有效利用率,降低农 药在非靶标环境中的投放量,已成为我国农药学科亟待解决的问题,农药合理使用技术 的研究是目前农药学研究的热点之一。
尽管人们已逐步认识到使用化学农药给环境和食品安全所带来的危害,但同时人们 也清楚化学农药的使用在现阶段的农业生产中是不可或缺的。但是,制约植物源农药产业化的最大障碍是其本身的有效成分含量低、活性不够强,田间防治效果难以达到要求。
近年来植物源农药研究的主要方向集中在从植物次生代谢物中发现杀虫、杀菌活性 成分,较少关注从植物中寻找农药增效成分。植物源增效剂的研究不乏成功的例子,比如,芝麻油对菊酯类杀虫剂具有很好的增效作用;苦豆子提取物能提高多种有机磷类农 药的杀虫效果。植物源增效剂本身尽管不具有杀虫、杀菌活性,但可以大大提高化学农 药的杀虫、杀菌活性,从而达到降低化学农药使用量的目的。
发明内容
随着人们环保、社会可持续发展意识的增强,将农药的副作用降至最小,实现化学农药的合理使用已成为全世界的共识。在农药的施用过程中使用各种增效剂,提高农药 喷洒过程中的利用率、提高药效、减少农药的使用量亦是一种现实可行的解决方法。基 于这一研究思路,本发明提供了一种植物源农药增效剂。这种植物源农药增效剂对拟除 虫菊酯类杀虫剂、有机磷杀虫剂、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂、吡咯类杀虫 剂、吡唑类杀虫剂、吡啶类杀虫剂等多种类型的化学杀虫剂均有很好的增效作用,而且 对非靶标生物及环境安全,无残留残毒之虑。
具体而言,本发明所述的植物源农药增效剂,其增效剂的组分包括豆科植物扁茎黄 芪提取物。扁茎黄芪提取物的获取原料可以是扁茎黄芪的根、茎、叶,也可以用扁茎黄芪整株。需要指出的是,所述的植物源农药增效剂可以是单一地含有所述扁茎黄芪提取物;或是所述扁茎黄芪提取物与助剂、载体等的混合物或组合物;或是所述扁茎黄芪提 取物与另外其它活性成分的组合物。
扁茎黄芪(Astragalus complanatus R.Ex Bge.)又名大沙菀、蔓黄芪、夏黄草、为豆科黄芪属植物。其种子入药,药材名为沙菀子,具有补肾、固精、缩尿、养肝明目的 功能,用于治疗头晕目昏、腰膝酸软、遗尿尿频、余沥不尽、遗精早泄等症。扁茎黄芪 是一种广泛分布于我国华北、东北的野生草本植物,在陕西渭南地区作为中药材大面积 种植,其种子即为中药“沙苑子”。同时,扁茎黄芪也是一种牛、羊喜食的饲料,其营 养价值高于苜蓿。收完种子的扁茎黄芪茎秆、根茎除少量作为牲畜的冬储饲料外,大多 成为农业废弃物。在本发明中,所述扁茎黄芪提取物优选为扁茎黄芪全植株的提取物。 在另外的实施方式中,优选地,所述扁茎黄芪提取物以中药沙苑子(扁茎黄芪的种子) 为原料的提取物。
关于所述扁茎黄芪提取物的制备方法,本发明对扁茎黄芪提取物的制备方法并不做 特别的限定。本发明提供的植物源农药增效剂以扁茎黄芪植株(包含茎、叶和根)为原料,经晾干粉碎后,可以通过水浸提、有机溶剂浸提、超临界流体萃取或是其它常规的 方式获得。
有机溶剂浸提可以作为获取所述扁茎黄芪提取物的优选方式之一,其操作过程大致 如下:粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪,用有机溶剂浸提所得粉碎物,回收浸提液中的有机溶剂,得到所述扁茎黄芪提取物的浓缩液,即得所述扁茎黄芪提取物。本发明所述有机溶剂优 选为甲醇、乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯中的一种或是其混合物,或其它可以获得所述 扁茎黄芪提取物的有机溶剂。
超临界流体萃取同样可以作为获取所述扁茎黄芪提取物的优选方式之一,其操作过 程大致如下:将粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪置于萃取釜中,萃取剂选用二氧化碳,萃取压力15~30MPa,萃取温度40~60℃,萃取时间2~6h,萃取完成后减压回收二氧化碳,即 得所述扁茎黄芪提取物。
另一方面,本发明还给出了所述的植物源农药增效剂在化学农药增效方面的应用。 化学农药广泛运用在农业生产之中,具有调控农业生产的虫害,调节动植物生长等作用。 因此,本发明所述化学农药具有最广阔的内涵和外延,包括杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂和植物生长调节剂等;同时,化学农药是指具有杀虫、杀菌、除草、调节植物生长等功用 的活性成分,也可以是包含所述活性成分的制剂。
优选地,作为植物源农药增效剂的应用方式之一,所述植物源农药增效剂与化学农 药现配现用。这种方式比较便于实施,在化学农药喷雾前只要以任可能的方式将植物源农药增效剂与化学农药均匀混合在一起即可。进一步优选地,所述植物源农药增效剂在 喷施前以桶混形式添加到化学农药的稀释液中。
优选地,作为植物源农药增效剂的应用方式之一,所述植物源农药增效剂与化学农 药加工成农业上可接受的制剂后施用。这种方式涉及农药制剂的加工,对本领域的普通技术人员而言,除植物源农药增效剂与化学农药外,很可能还需要选用适宜的助剂或是 载体。进一步优选地,本发明提供的植物源农药增效剂可以与化学农药加工成乳油、水 乳剂、悬浮剂等常规农药制剂。
经发明人严谨的研发发现,所述植物源农药增效剂对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、有机磷 杀虫剂、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂、吡咯类杀虫剂、吡唑类杀虫剂、吡啶 类杀虫剂等多种类型的化学杀虫剂均有很好的增效作用,在达到相同防治效果时可以成 倍降低化学农药的使用量。
本发明所述植物源农药增效剂及其应用,至少具有下述的有益效果或优点。
(1)所述植物源农药增效剂,其增效剂的组分包括豆科植物扁茎黄芪提取物,对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,有机磷杀虫剂,氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,新烟碱类杀虫剂,吡咯、 吡唑、吡啶类杀虫剂等多种类型的化学杀虫剂均有很好的增效作用。所述植物源农药增 效剂与多种化学农药混配后,显著提高农药药效,降低农药用量。
(2)扁茎黄芪作为提取植物源农药增效剂的植物材料,作为牛羊饲料已有多年历史,对人畜安全、环境友好,扁茎黄芪全株为自然界中的植物,因此其提取物在自然条 件下易于分解,对环境和周围的生态系统安全,没有环境污染问题。所述植物源农药增 效剂的原料属于中药材废弃物,将扁茎黄芪开发成植物源农药增效剂,利于实现扁茎黄 芪的综合利用。
(3)扁茎黄芪在我国吉林、辽宁、河北、山西、陕西及内蒙古等地均有分布或栽 培种植,原料来源丰富,价格低廉,扁茎黄芪提取物获取条件温和,具有很好的市场化 开发前景。
在以下实施例中进一步描述本发明,而不以任何形式旨在限制如权利要求所表明的 本发明的保护范围。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的植物源农药增效剂以扁茎黄芪植株(包含茎、叶和根)为原料,制备所述扁茎黄芪提取物。
(1)扁茎黄芪提取物制备方式一
称取100g晾干粉碎的扁茎黄芪植株置于5L提取釜,加入2.5公斤甲醇,回流提取 2~3小时,减压浓缩脱除溶剂即得扁茎黄芪提取物。
(2)扁茎黄芪提取物制备方式二
称取100g晾干粉碎的扁茎黄芪植株置于萃取釜中,调节压力至15~30MPa,温度40~60℃,时间2~6h。萃取完成后减压回收二氧化碳,即得所述扁茎黄芪提取物。
(3)扁茎黄芪提取物制备方式三
取晾干粉碎后的扁茎黄芪植株于搅拌容器中,加入4~8重量倍的有机溶剂,在40~ 80℃恒温水浴锅中搅拌浸提2~4次,每次12~36h;分离过滤得浸提液,浸提液在真空度0.05Mpa~0.09Mpa下蒸发浓缩,回收浸提液中的有机溶剂,得到所述扁茎黄芪提取 物。
实施例2
本实施例测定了扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物对高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威、噻虫胺、虫螨腈、氟虫腈等杀虫剂的增效作用。
参照行业标准《NY/T 1154.1-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第1部分:触杀活性试验点滴法》的方法。选择室内饲养的3龄粘虫(Mythimna separata)幼虫 为试虫。根据预备试验,将试验药剂用甲醇溶解,并设置为5个等比的系列浓度备用。 将微量点滴器用溶剂清洗,调节点滴器至备用状态。用毛笔选取试虫置于培养皿中备用。 将培养皿内试虫逐头进行点滴处理,药液点滴于粘虫前胸背板上,每头点滴药剂0.5μL。 将点滴后的试虫分别转移至正常条件下饲养。每处理4次重复,每重复20头试虫,并 设不含药剂的甲醇溶剂的处理作为对照。处理后24h调查试虫死亡情况,记录总虫数和 死虫数。扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物对供试化学农药增效作用结果见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出,高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威、噻虫胺、虫螨腈、 氟虫腈等杀虫剂与扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物混合后杀虫活性均有了显著提高,增效作用明 显,在达到相同防治效果时可以成倍降低化学农药的使用量。
实施例3
本实施例给出扁茎黄芪提取物与高效氯氰菊酯混合制剂的制备。具体制备过程描述 为:称取扁茎黄芪超临界二氧化碳提取物5克,高效氯氰菊酯2.5克(折百),十二烷基 苯磺酸钙3克,OP-15 10克,吐温-80 3克,乙醇10克,乙二醇5克,50℃搅拌至均相, 缓慢加入去离子水补足至100%,即得扁茎黄芪与高效氯氰菊酯的水乳剂。
发明人于2017年8月在山东省寿光市孙家集镇进行了本制剂实施例防治温室白粉虱田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对温室白粉虱的防治效果及对黄瓜的安全性。
试验作物为黄瓜,防治对象为温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum),试验药剂及 剂量详见表2。各小区的栽培条件、水肥管理均匀一致。用药液量为45kg/667㎡,采用手动喷雾器均匀喷施,要求各小区黄瓜叶片正反面均匀着药。另设空白对照,每处理4 次重复,每小区面积20㎡,共5个小区,随机区组排列。药前调查基数,药后1天、7 天调查防效,同时观察黄瓜生长情况,目测试验药剂对黄瓜有无药害产生。
调查统计方法:每小区标定10株黄瓜,在不惊动虫子的情况下,叶子背面必须仔细检查,记录活成虫数,在早晨成虫不大活动时检查叶子。
PT为药剂处理区虫口减退率;CK为空白对照区虫口减退率。
表2防治温室白粉虱田间试验结果
试验结果表明,制剂实施例3以及扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物与10%高效氯氰菊酯乳油现 用现配,对温室白粉虱有较显著的防治效果,药后7天的防效分别为93.54%、87.24%,明显优于10%高效氯氰菊酯乳油对温室白粉虱的防效,表现出明显的增效作用。通过对 药后7天差异显著性分析,实施例与对照处理防效差异性显著。安全性调查,试验期间 观察,所有供试药剂对黄瓜生长安全,无药害现象发生。
实施例4
本实施例给出扁茎黄芪提取物与噻虫嗪混合制剂的制备。具体制备过程描述为:称 取扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物5克,噻虫嗪5克(折百),十二烷基苯磺酸钠5克,拉开粉BX10 克,白炭黑20克,高岭土补足至100%,即得扁茎黄芪与噻虫嗪的可湿性粉剂。
发明人于2017年在陕西省咸阳市进行了实施例4防治茄子蓟马田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对茄子蓟马的防治效果及对茄子的安全性。试验作物为茄子,防治对象为棕 榈蓟马(Thrips palmi),在茄子蓟马2龄若虫发生盛期喷雾。试验田地势平坦,土壤为 沙壤土,肥力中等,排灌便利。试验药剂及剂量详见表3。另设空白对照,每处理4次 重复,每小区30㎡,共4个小区,小区随机区组排列。每小区于茄子中上部固定选取 20片叶,施药前进行虫口基数调查,施药后5天和10天调查残留活虫数。计算幼虫死 亡率和防治效果,计算方式参见实施例3。
表3防治茄子蓟马田间药效试验结果
试验结果表明,制剂实施例4以及扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物与25%噻虫嗪可湿性粉剂现 用现配,对茄子蓟马有较显著的防治效果,药后10天的防效分别为93.16%、89.70%,明显优于25%噻虫嗪可湿性粉剂对蓟马的防效,表现出明显的增效作用。通过对药后 10天差异显著性分析,实施例与对照处理防效差异性显著。安全性调查,试验期间观察, 所有供试药剂对茄子生长安全,无药害现象发生。
上面结合实施例对本发明做了进一步的叙述,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在 本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出 各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种植物源农药增效剂在化学农药增效方面的应用,所述增效剂的组分包括豆科植物扁茎黄芪提取物;
所述扁茎黄芪提取物采用溶剂浸提法或超临界流体萃取法制备;
所述溶剂浸提法制备所述扁茎黄芪提取物的方法为:粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪,用有机溶剂浸提所得粉碎物,回收浸提液中的有机溶剂,得到所述扁茎黄芪提取物;所述有机溶剂选用甲醇、乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯中的一种或是其混合物;
所述超临界流体萃取法制备所述扁茎黄芪提取物的方法为:将粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪置于萃取釜中,萃取剂选用二氧化碳,萃取压力15~30MPa,萃取温度40~60℃,萃取时间2~6h,萃取完成后减压回收二氧化碳,即得所述扁茎黄芪提取物;
所述扁茎黄芪提取物对所述化学农药高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威、噻虫胺、虫螨腈、氟虫腈具有增效作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植物源农药增效剂与化学农药现配现用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植物源农药增效剂在喷施前以桶混形式添加到化学农药的稀释液中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植物源农药增效剂与化学农药加工成农业上可接受的制剂后施用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述农业上可接受的制剂包括乳油、水乳剂、悬浮剂。
