Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PBO 30‑50份、极细链格孢蛋白1‑5份、苯醚甲环唑1‑5份、磷酸二氢钾1‑30份、分散剂1‑20份、润湿剂1‑10份、填料补至100份。本发明根据PBO、极细链格孢蛋白、苯醚甲环唑及磷酸二氢钾四种药物的各自特性进行合理复配,扬长补短,达到控制苹果萼筒关闭、增强苹果果实抗性、清除花柱病原菌的目的。本发明能有效防治苹果霉心病的发生,且使用安全,便于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农用杀菌剂领域,具体涉及一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
苹果霉心病也称为心腐病、霉腐病、果腐病,是一种常发病害,在世界各苹果产区几乎均有发生。不同品种苹果霉心病的发生程度不同,发病严重的主要有元帅、红星、北斗、红富士、金冠等品种。近年来,我国各苹果产地的栽培品种主要都选择富士,最初富士苹果霉心病的发生率非常小,但现在由于自然和人为因素富士发病率逐年上升。使该病害已成为苹果生产中亟待解决的大问题。
苹果霉心病从1905年有记载到现在已有过百年的历史。苹果霉心病是由多种病原真菌侵染引起的病害,据前人研究,曾从病果果心分离出20多属真菌,其中以链格孢(Alternaria alternata(Fr.)Keissl.)出现率最高,大多认为链格抱和粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum(Bul l.)Link)是主要致病菌。目前生产上主要采用化学农药防治苹果霉心病,但是由于其致病菌比较复杂,单一的的化学农药无法进行有效的控制,而且大量化学农药的施用导致农田生态系统的破坏,同时带来了防治对象抗药性、化学农药残留等问题。
苹果霉心病致病菌经花柱侵入,自花朵开放时开始侵染。自初花至落花期,70%花柱被致病菌定殖。从落花后3周至果实采收,定殖于花柱的致病病菌通过萼筒心室间组织陆续进入心室,而进入心室后的病原菌无法通过化学药剂进行有效控制,因此亟需发明一种既能清除花柱上病原菌,控制萼筒的关闭来减少进入心室的的病原菌,同时还能提高苹果果实的抗性的杀菌剂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,能够有效的控制苹果霉心病的发生,保证苹果的安全生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PBO 30-50份、极细链格孢蛋白1-5份、苯醚甲环唑1-5份、磷酸二氢钾1-30份、分散剂1-20份、润湿剂1-10份、填料补至100份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PBO 40份、极细链格孢蛋白1.5份、苯醚甲环唑1.5份、磷酸二氢钾20份、分散剂15份、润湿剂5份、填料补至100份。
优选地,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钙或三聚磷酸钠。
优选地,所述润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠或湿润渗透剂T。
优选地,所述填料为聚乙烯醇、硅酮类或硅藻土。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
根据PBO、极细链格孢蛋白、苯醚甲环唑及磷酸二氢钾四种药物的各自特性进行合理复配,扬长补短,达到控制苹果萼筒关闭、增强苹果果实抗性、清除花柱病原菌的目的。本发明能有效防治苹果霉心病的发生,且使用安全,便于推广应用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种防治苹果霉心病的复配杀菌剂,按照重量份计算,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PBO 40份、极细链格孢蛋白1.5份、苯醚甲环唑1.5份、磷酸二氢钾20份、分散剂木质素磺酸钙15份、润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、填料聚乙烯醇补至100份。
上述的防治苹果霉心病的复配杀菌剂通过以下步骤制备:
按上述配方将四种药物以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,即可制成有效成分质量含量为63份的PBO·极细链格孢蛋白·苯醚甲环唑·磷酸二氢钾可湿性粉剂。
实验例
试验对象为苹果霉心病;试验作物为苹果,试验苹果品种选用红富士。
环境条件:
试验园区乔化栽培,树龄9年生,历年苹果霉心病发生普遍而均匀。试验期间(4月20日-6月15日)苹果幼果期至果实膨大期。所有试验小区栽培条件以及树体长势一致,并与当地的栽培措施相一致。
试验药剂:
63%的PBO·极细链格孢蛋白·苯醚甲环唑·磷酸二氢钾可湿性粉剂,山西省农科院果树研究所配制。
对照药剂:
PBO WP,江苏江阴华叶农业科技有限公司产品
3%极细链格孢蛋白WP,中国农科院植保所廊坊农药中试厂产品;
30%苯醚甲环唑WP,先正达有限公司产品;
98%磷酸二氢钾,山东华诺联邦农化有限公司产品
试验药剂、对照药剂和空白对照的小区处理采用随机排列;每小区苹果树为5株,重复3次。
表1田间药效试验设计
施药方式:兑水喷雾,用少量水先溶解后再加足所需水量;喷雾时使幼果面均匀着药,滴水为止;使用器械的类型为背负喷雾器,喷孔直径0.8mm。田间苹果落花后15天首次施药,共喷施3次,具体施药时间为2015年5月5日,5月10日,5月20日。
防治其他病虫害药剂的资料要求
试验期间,各小区除喷施试验药剂外,未喷施其他任何杀菌剂。
在每小区每株树的东南西北四个方位分别随机采摘20个苹果,带会室内调查苹果萼筒开张率以及霉心病发病率;秋季果实成熟期(2015年10月15日),调查一次药效。试验药剂、对照药剂对供试苹果品种安全、无药害。
试验结果
63%的PBO·极细链格孢蛋白·苯醚甲环唑·磷酸二氢钾可湿性粉剂100倍、150、200倍均表现出良好的防效,防效分别为95.78%、90.18%和81.44%,5%水平上显著高于其他对照药剂的防效,充分说明,63%的PBO·极细链格孢蛋白·苯醚甲环唑·磷酸二氢钾可湿性粉剂对苹果霉心病具有良好的防治效果,其防治效果由于目前的化学农药,可以作为防治苹果霉心病的主要药剂,具有广阔的应用前景和开发价值。此期间调查,各处理对供试寄主植物安全,无药害。

1.一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PBO 30-50份、极细链格孢蛋白1-5份、苯醚甲环唑1-5份、磷酸二氢钾1-30份、分散剂1-20份、润湿剂1-10份、填料补至100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PBO 40份、极细链格孢蛋白1.5份、苯醚甲环唑1.5份、磷酸二氢钾20份、分散剂15份、润湿剂5份、填料补至100份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钙或三聚磷酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠或湿润渗透剂T。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防治苹果霉心病的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述填料为聚乙烯醇、硅酮类或硅藻土。
