本发明涉及一种水基万能胶,适于胶粘剂制造商,它公开了:其中水占原材料的38.7%,醋酸乙烯15%,聚乙烯醇15%,丙烯酸15%,过硫酸铵0.8%,偶联剂0.5%,聚乙酸乙烯2.5%,松香6.5%,防腐剂,烧碱,消泡剂各占2%,通过2.5‑5.0吨反应斧加工合成而成。本发明适用于各种板材,不含任何有机溶剂,无毒无味无腐蚀,不燃烧,高温不流淌,低温不脆裂,不变黄,透明度好。制造方法为通过2.5‑5.0吨反应斧加工合成而成。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘型化合物制造领域,特别是不含有机溶剂,无腐蚀,不燃烧的粘性化合物。
背景技术
现在社会上所经营、使用的胶粘型剂种类很多,使用于载体的类型涵盖了世界上所见到的各类型物质,以及太空上、月亮上能想象到的类型物质。目前胶粘型剂物质一般都有溶剂、以及酸、碱等的存在。虽然在使用上一般都很方便,工程上进展迅速,使用后质量较长期存在,但这些胶粘剂怕火,会烧毁;有溶剂而污染空气;存放时间短,胶体会涂拉丝;低温脆裂;高温淌水;有的还因放置时间长而变黄。现在社会上广泛呼求改善胶粘剂,国家标准也严格要求,如中华人民共和国颁布的《室内装修材料胶粘剂中有害物质限量》,社会上各制造厂家也都在从事改善粘胶剂工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水基万能胶,它能适用于各种板材,不含任何有机溶剂,无毒无味无腐蚀,不燃烧,高温不流淌,低温不脆裂,不变黄,不失粘,透明度好,制造方法为加工合成而成。

水性多功能胶水的制造方法:
首先将水输入2.5-5.0吨反应斧按38.7%的比例,然后反应斧的温度调置40度高温后,倒入醋酸乙烯15%,30分钟后加入丙烯酸15%,过硫酸铵0.8%及聚乙烯醇15%通过6-8小时分散合成后本产品逐渐变为半透明状态。
后续再将偶联剂0.5%聚乙酸乙烯2.5%及松香等材料添加进去,将反应斧调置旋转式置12小时后,加工合成。此后的胶水已呈现为米黄色胶体。
最后抽真空,降温,打包装,需要在6-8小时后完成,整个流程需要24小时以上才能全部完成。
我公司经过5-6年的时间研发了水性多功能胶水,本产品提出的主要成份有,去离子水,水是我们人类的再生之源,没有水人类就会失去平恒,没有水万物不能生长,水是可饮用的,饮用水是不会危及到人体健康的,为了更好的响应国家政策为了人类的健康,也为了我们的下一代,我公司经过5-6年的时间克复了种种困难终于研发了这一款水性多功能胶水,为什么称之为多功能,多功能就是我们这一款胶水,可以和不同的产品材质交叉粘贴,也就是不同的产品材质可以相互交叉粘贴在一起并且强度高,例如玻璃粘大理石、铝合金贴玻璃板,中纤贴铝合金等,我们简称为水性万胶,用我们专业的化学术语和之为水基万能胶,它的问世给各行各业带来了百利而无一害。
本产品的生产工艺流程,由2.5-5.0吨仅应按比例配方组成的化学品通过高温多元共同聚合反应,施转式粘度计4#×6转/min/25℃/恒温,聚合粘度为30000-60000pas固本含量高达50-60%PH值5-6,开放时间15-30min聚合好的产品,抗老化时间10-15年,防腐蚀,耐候性能好,零上80度不流淌,零下25度不失粘,该产品对空气污染性无任何有害无物质释放,执行标准HG/72727-95聚乙烯酯乳液木材胶粘剂腐蚀,不燃烧,彻底解决了溶剂万能胶在应用中所释放的甲苯,二甲苯,氯丁,汽油等易燃易爆涂胶拉丝,空气污染严重,底温失粘脱落的烦恼,对环境也造成了很大的污染。

最后抽真空,降温,打包装,需要在6-8小时后完成,整个流程需要24小时以上才能全部完成。

最后抽真空,降温,打包装,需要在6-8小时后完成,整个流程需要24小时以上才能全部完成。
