Technical Field
The invention relates to an interactive display system, in particular to an interactive system based on screen dynamic display.
Background
Large outdoor advertising devices are some of the more common advertising devices at present, but these devices have the disadvantage of lacking interaction and can only be used as a single one-way information transmission channel. This means that there is virtually no control over whether the surrounding people will observe these outdoor advertisements. In order to effectively solve this problem, it is necessary to draw attention of people around to participate in observing the advertisement more, thereby improving the effectiveness of the advertisement. In order to solve the above problems, one current solution is to set lighting or even sound effects on the advertisement to achieve the goal of attraction. However, the above device is only a passive suction device, and the effect is still not ideal.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a more active display system that can actively attract participants.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defect that the prior art lacks an advertising medium capable of interacting with surrounding people, the invention provides an interactive system based on wireless communication and dynamic video display and based on screen dynamic display, which can really realize the purpose of advertising and displaying in the interactive process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention can adopt the following technical scheme:
an interactive system based on screen dynamic display comprises a display device, at least one user control device and a background control device, wherein the user control device is connected with the display device and can partially control the content displayed by the display device; wherein,
the display device at least comprises a dynamic display device;
the dynamic display device is used for continuously changing the displayed content according to the interaction with the user control device, and the content comprises the video sent by the background control device;
the dynamic display device is at least used for displaying the interaction between the dynamic display device and a user control device, and the interaction comprises an interaction stage of displaying the connection and the input of the user control device received by the dynamic display device or a result display stage of displaying the interaction result of the interaction stage;
the user control device interacts with the dynamic display device in a remote connection mode and partially controls the content displayed by the dynamic display device;
the user control device at least transmits user identification information and interaction information to the dynamic display device in the process of interacting with the dynamic display device, wherein the user identification information refers to a data segment for distinguishing different user control devices, and the interaction information refers to information submitted by the user control device according to the requirements of the background control device and used for participating in interaction with the dynamic display device;
the background control device is used for realizing the connection between the dynamic display device and the user control device, controlling the output content of the dynamic display device and changing the output content according to the received content of the user control device.
As an optional scheme, in an embodiment of the present application, the background control device at least includes a remote general control device;
the remote master control device is used for summarizing the user identification information and the interaction information sent by the user control device, changing the video content sent to the dynamic display device based on the summarized user identification information after summarization, recording and storing the interaction result, updating the state of the user control device and informing the user control device.
As an optional scheme, in an embodiment of the present application, the background control device further includes a user information module;
the user information module is used for receiving user identification information which is sent by the user control device and used for identifying the identity of the user control device after the user control device is connected with the background control device, and transmitting the user identification information to the background control device so as to control the content played by the dynamic display device.
As an optional solution, in an embodiment of the present application, the video content played by the dynamic display device includes a non-interactive portion and an interactive portion;
the non-interactive part comprises a video file which is positioned in the dynamic display device or received by the dynamic display device;
the interactive part includes video contents, which are obtained by mixing a video file with the user identification information and/or the interactive information and can change contents according to the number of the user control devices.
As an optional solution, in the embodiment of the present application, the display device further includes a second display device;
the second display device is used for displaying dynamic or static images which are irrelevant to the number of the connected user control devices.
As an optional scheme, in the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a video generating module;
the video generation module is used for modifying the played video file according to the change of the number of the user control devices and sending the modified video file to the dynamic display device after the dynamic display device is connected with the user control device;
as an optional solution, in the embodiment of the present application, a motion control mechanism for controlling and changing the position of the dynamic display device is further included; the action control mechanism is used for synchronously changing the position of the dynamic display device when the content displayed in the dynamic display device is changed.
Furthermore, the application also comprises another interactive system based on screen dynamic display, which comprises a display device, at least one user control device and a background control device, wherein the user control device is connected with the display device and can partially control the content displayed by the display device; wherein,
the display device at least comprises a dynamic display device and a second display device which is positioned below the dynamic display device and is connected with the dynamic display device;
the dynamic display device is used for continuously changing the displayed content according to the interaction with the user control device; the dynamic display device is provided with a display screen which displays towards at least three different directions;
the second display device has a same or substantially the same profile in the vertical direction as the dynamic display device; the second display device is used for displaying images irrelevant to the connection number of the user control devices;
the dynamic display device is at least used for displaying an interaction stage that the dynamic display device receives the connection and the input of the user control device while the interaction between the dynamic display device and the user control device is in progress, and a result display stage that displays the interaction result of the interaction stage;
the user control device can interact with the dynamic display device in a remote connection mode and partially control the content displayed by the dynamic display device;
the user control device at least transmits user identification information and interaction information to the dynamic display device in the process of interacting with the dynamic display device, wherein the user identification information refers to a data segment for distinguishing different user control devices, and the interaction information refers to information submitted by the user control device according to the requirements of the background control device and used for participating in interaction with the dynamic display device;
the background control device is used for realizing the connection between the dynamic display device and the user control device, controlling the output content of the dynamic display device and changing the output content according to the received content of the user control device.
As an alternative, in the embodiment of the present application, the dynamic display device is composed of at least three parts that are stacked on each other and can move independently for displaying.
As an optional solution, in an embodiment of the present application, the second display device includes a touch device for implementing connection between the second display device and the user control device; and the user control device also establishes connection between the user control device and the background control device through the touch device.
The invention has the following remarkable technical effects:
the scheme capable of interacting with surrounding people is provided, the process of advertising media delivery can be integrated into some mini games and some lottery activities, good effect is achieved through dynamic video display, and the visual effect is prominent. The system has the advantages of convenient manufacture, simple and easily obtained used equipment, simple and convenient installation and low cost, and can be assembled by using the existing equipment.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
This embodiment provides a can be used for carrying on many people interactive system, and one of them comparatively main usage is in railway station, and bus stop or other people flow comparatively intensive places, through set up a great image broadcast post that can observe simultaneously for many people in above-mentioned place, is connected client devices such as cell-phones that hold with everybody simultaneously with it to accomplish the dynamic display effect of various differences. The images played by the image playing columns are related to the number of the client devices, and particularly, the control system on the background completes adjustment of the displayed video images by calculating the number of the client devices and collecting identification information of the client devices, so that a dynamic display effect is realized. In addition, the client device may be any device capable of locating and identifying an individual, and a mobile phone is a common device in general, but other devices with similar functions may still be the client device in this embodiment.
An interactive system based on screen dynamic display is shown in fig. 2, and includes a display device 100, at least one user control device 200 connected to the display device 100 and capable of partially controlling the content displayed by the display device 100, and a background control device 300; wherein,
the display device 100 comprises at least one dynamic display device 100 a;
the dynamic display apparatus 100a is used for continuously changing the displayed content according to the interaction with the user control apparatus 200, the specific process of the interaction in this embodiment will be described in detail in the following description, but the interaction should be at least completed through the user control apparatus 200, but it should be noted that, in order to simplify the structure of the dynamic display apparatus 100a, the connection actually made with the user control apparatus 200 is completed through the background control apparatus 300, the content includes the video sent by the background control apparatus 300, and the video described in this embodiment may include the following three types of videos: firstly, recording a video in advance; secondly, the action posture of the dynamic display device can be synchronously acted with the display content of the dynamic display device by a video which is recorded in advance and is embedded with pulse information which can control a following action control mechanism 500; third, the background control device 300 or the video generation module 400 changes the video content according to the action of the user control device 200 and/or the action posture change of the preset action control mechanism 500, specifically refer to the following part of this embodiment, further, the partial control means that the content displayed and played by the dynamic display device 100a is determined by the number of the user control devices 200 connected to the background control device 300, and the like, and the content displayed on the dynamic display device can be changed in real time through the background control device 300, specifically refer to the following part of this embodiment. The dynamic display device 100a also supports advertisement placement.
The dynamic display device 100a is at least used for displaying the interaction between the dynamic display device 100a and the user control device 200. The dynamic display device 100a in this embodiment can display at least the following dynamic effects, namely, a movable display screen and a video image that can be moved or changed on the display screen, the display screen and the video image are mutually affected, that is, the movement of one side can cause the movement of the other side, the movement of the display screen and the movement of the video image should be performed under the control of the background control device 300, but the connection of the user control device 200 can partially change the movement processes of the two. Secondly, the movement of the display screen at least comprises a rotation in a horizontal direction, or a translation of the display screen from one position to another position, or a combination of the above-mentioned movement manners, and the movement of the video image is specifically described below. Specifically, the interaction includes two stages, an interaction stage for displaying the connection and input of the user control device 200 received by the dynamic display device 100a, and a result display stage for displaying the interaction result of the interaction stage, and the dynamic display device 100a displays the interaction stage and the result display stage alternately. Specifically, the content of the interaction phase includes that after the user/user logs in by using the user control device 200, the user control device 200 is connected with the background control device 300 through a wireless connection device, the user control device 200 sends information capable of identifying the user/user to the background control device 300, and simultaneously receives the identification code sent by the background control device 300, and in addition, through a button arranged on the user control device 200, the button is quickly clicked, which is equivalent to quickly and repeatedly refreshing the connection between the user control device 200 and the background control device 300, and through calculating the number of connections in a short time, the final result display phase is started after the number of connections reaches a set number. In the result display phase, the background control device 300 controls the dynamic display device 100a to display the number of the user control devices 200 that have been successfully connected with the background control device 300 at this time on the screen thereof, respectively. At this time, it is necessary to be able to activate the dynamic display function of the dynamic display apparatus 100a, and in particular, to be able to identify the position of the user on the display screen of the dynamic display apparatus 100a in real time with some specific graphic images for attracting the participation of more users. A better example is that the same number of balls can be displayed according to the number of the connected user control devices 200, and certainly, other figures can be also used, and the balls are correspondingly moved on the screen according to the movement/rotation of the display screen of the dynamic display device 100a, so as to realize a dynamic visual effect, at this time, the movement or rotation of the display screen is controlled, usually the rotation of the display screen, the background control device 300 simultaneously controls the balls to move or roll in the display screen, when the display screen stops rotating, one user control device 200 is selected, and the balls displayed on the display screen are made to fall downwards and the whole dynamic display process is ended.
The user control device 200 can interact with the dynamic display device 100a in a remote connection manner and partially control the content displayed by the dynamic display device 100 a. The connection between the user control device 200 and the background control device 300 is directly realized by a wireless connection device, and a handheld communication device such as a mobile phone is usually adopted as the user control device 200. After the user control device 200 exchanges login data with the background control device 300, login can be achieved. When entering the interaction phase, the joining is completed by clicking the user control device 200, and then, before the specified time is exhausted, the button or other similar control displayed on the screen is quickly clicked as soon as possible, and the background control device 300 takes the number of the participating user control devices 200 and the speed of clicking the button as interaction information, selects one user as a winning user, and displays the user on the screen.
During the process of the user control device 200 interacting with the dynamic display device 100a, at least user identification information and interaction information should be transmitted to the dynamic display device 100a, where the user identification information refers to a data segment for distinguishing different user control devices 200, and the interaction information refers to information submitted by the user control device 200 according to the requirements of the background control device 300 for participating in the interaction with the dynamic display device 100 a. It should be noted that the user identification information transmitted by the user control device 200 should be completed by the user control device 200 through the background control device 300, after the login is completed, the user control device 200 needs to continuously transmit its own identification information to the background control device 300, and after the background control device 300 records the identification information transmitted subsequently, the background control device transmits the identification information to the dynamic display device 100a in a dynamic image manner, and forms a corresponding dynamic visual effect on the display screen.
The background control device 300 is used to realize the connection between the dynamic display device 100a and the user control device 200, control the output content to the dynamic display device 100a, and change the output content according to the received content of the user control device 200. The background control device 300 is used as a remote control device, and in the actual operation process, it is further required to control the movement or rotation of the display screen of the dynamic display device 100a, for example, in the interaction phase, when the number of connected user control devices 200 is gradually increased, the rotation speed of the display screen needs to be increased accordingly, and the background control device 300 learns the above change by analyzing the data and controls the dynamic display device 100a to make a corresponding change. Further, the content of the user control device 200 received by the background control device 300 mainly includes the user identification information and the time and number of the user repeatedly clicking the button, and the content displayed on the display screen is changed according to the information.
Further, the background control device 300 at least comprises a remote master control device 301;
the remote general control device 301 is configured to summarize the user identification information and the interaction information sent by the user control device 200, change the video content sent to the dynamic display device 100a based on the summarized user identification information after the summarization, record and store the interaction result, update the state of the user control device 200, and notify the user control device 200. The status of the user control device 200 here includes information such as feedback information displayed on the user control device 200, remaining time, number of clicks, and current winning status.
Further, the background control apparatus 300 further includes a user information module 302; the user information module 302 may be a database for storing the user control device 200 and other information for connection during several games, and further storing the winning information of the user. Based on the consideration of data security, the connection of the user information module 302 needs to be realized through the background control device 300. In addition, the user control device 200 cannot directly operate the user information module 302, thereby avoiding the problem of data leakage.
The user information module 302 is used after the user control device 200 is connected to the background control device 300, where the connection is usually a state after the user control device 200 realizes login, but as another alternative, before login, the time when the user control device 200 first sends connection information may be used as an actual connection time and corresponding information is recorded. At this time, the user information module 302 receives the user identification information for identifying the identity thereof sent by the user control device 200 through the background control device 300, and transmits the user identification information to the background control device 300 after storing the user identification information, so as to control the content played by the dynamic display device 100 a.
Further, the video content played by the dynamic display device 100a includes a non-interactive portion 101 and an interactive portion 102; it should be noted that there is usually no fixed boundary between the non-interactive part 101 and the interactive part 102 of the video, and both can be switched quickly under the control of the background control device 300.
The non-interactive portion 101 comprises a video file located within the dynamic display device 100a or received by the dynamic display device 100 a; the video file is usually recorded or prepared, and the video file may be a continuous video in a general sense, or may be a collection of multiple pictures, or may be a presentation of only one picture. But the content of the video file will not change following the connection of the station control device 300 to the user control device 200.
The interactive part 102 includes video contents, which are obtained by mixing video files with the user identification information and/or the interactive information and can change contents depending on the number of the user control devices 200. The implementation of the interactive part 102 requires the support of the background control device 300, for example, the number of the orbs displayed on the display screen and the height of the bounce are changed according to the number of the connected user control devices 200. Further, the interactive portion 102 may be generated on the background control device 300 and then transmitted to the dynamic display device 100a in a continuous frame and displayed on the display screen.
Further, in order to improve the interaction effect, the display device 100 further includes a second display device 103; the device is used to display additional information such as numbers according to real-time click rate, various parameters, and an interactive portion 102 of a partial image with other portions of the dynamic display device 100 a. Unlike the dynamic display device 100a, the device will not move or rotate with the change of the user connection device, but the background control device 300 can still control the content of the information displayed on the second display device 103, for example, after the winner is generated, the ball representing the winner will fall from the display screen of the dynamic limiting device located above into the second display device 103, forming a continuous image with special visual effect. Of course, as another alternative application, an image completely unrelated to the content of the dynamic display device 100a may be played, and the background control device 300 may control it to display the name of the winner of the prize, the name of the prize, or some advertisement. Further, the second display device 103 is used for presenting data related to the connected user control devices 200, which data at least comprises data obtained by the user control devices 200, parameters related to the user control devices 200, the number of user control devices connected to the background control device 300 and/or two-dimensional code patterns available for scanning by the user control devices 200. The data obtained by the user control device 200 refers to the data transmitted by the user control device 200, and the data related to the user control device 200 refers to the state of the user control device 200 participating in the interaction, such as the state of whether a particular user has won a prize when a prize is set, and the two-dimensional code pattern can be used to identify the user control device 200, to confirm the won user control device 200 and to distribute the corresponding prize thereto.
Further, the second display device 103 is used for displaying dynamic or static images independent of the number of connected user control devices 200, i.e. the relative position of the second display device 103 is not changed due to the change of the number of user control devices 200, and the second display device is relatively static.
Further, the interactive system based on-screen dynamic display further includes a video generating module 400, which is used to support the video images transmitted in the form of continuous frames, and also can reduce the hardware requirement of the dynamic display device 100 a. Since the successive frames generated by the video generation module 400 can be displayed directly on the dynamic decoration device, only a similar device is required within a certain area. In addition, the module may be located on a separate device, such as a separate server, or may be combined with other devices, such as a computer controlled operation of the background control device 300 or even a certain dynamic display device 100 a.
The video generation module 400 is configured to modify the played video file according to a change in the content of data transmitted by the user control device 200 and send the modified video file to the dynamic display device 100a after the dynamic display device 100a is connected to the user control device 200, where the change in the content includes a change in the connection number and connection frequency of the user control device 200 and a change in the speed at which a user clicks on the user control device 200. As an example, the played video file may be modified according to the change of the number of the user control devices 200 and the modified video file may be transmitted to the dynamic presentation device 100 a. In order to reduce the computational requirements for the interactive portion of the video image, the video generation module 400 modifies the existing video file to achieve the dynamic effect, for example, in the case of generating a spherical ball, the dynamic effect is achieved by changing the display position of the spherical ball and copying a plurality of similar spherical balls, although other effects may also be supported.
Further comprises a motion control mechanism 500 for controlling and changing the position of the dynamic display device 100 a; the motion control mechanism 500 is used to synchronously change the position of the dynamic display device 100a when the content displayed in the dynamic display device 100a changes. Generally, the present application is used for displaying dynamic images at dense people flow places such as railway stations, and the purpose of the present application is to interact with participating users to complete various actions, such as a spot check game, so that the rotation action of the display screen is less, but the necessary rotation or movement of the display screen can improve the effect of dynamic display. The change of the position of the dynamic display device 100a is usually a change of the position of the display screen, but other parts may also move along with the change of the position. In the present application, the following scheme may be adopted to implement the movement or rotation of the display screen, when the background control device 300 sends the video image to the dynamic display device 100a in a continuous frame manner, a special motion control command is added to the frame, and the special motion control command is usually placed on the head, and when reading the frame, the special motion control command is read by the reading device on the dynamic display device 100a and sent to the motion control mechanism 500 to complete the operation on the display screen.
Example 2
Unlike the apparatus shown in embodiment 1, the present embodiment shows a more common and general interactive system based on dynamic display on screen, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the system includes a display apparatus 100, at least one user control apparatus 200 connected to the display apparatus 100 and capable of partially controlling the content displayed by the display apparatus 100, and a background control apparatus 300; wherein,
the display device 100 at least comprises a dynamic display device 100a and a second display device 103 located below the dynamic display device 100a and connected with the dynamic display device 100 a.
Further, the dynamic display device 100a is used for continuously changing the displayed content according to the interaction with the user control device 200; the system is characterized in that the dynamic display device 100a has a display screen which displays towards at least three different directions; preferably, three display screens are selected, the display screens are horizontally arranged in a regular triangle mode, all-round display can be achieved through rotation, and in the practical application process, the hardware implementation cost and the display effect of the scheme are good.
The second display device 103 has the same or substantially the same appearance in the vertical direction as the dynamic display device 100 a; the second display device 103 is used for displaying images independent of the number of connections of the user control device 200. The second display device 103 is located below the dynamic display device 100a, has substantially the same shape as the dynamic display device 100a, and is also provided with three display screens.
The dynamic display device 100a is at least used for displaying an interaction phase in which the dynamic display device 100a receives the connection and input of the user control device 200 while the interaction between the dynamic display device 100a and the user control device 200 is in progress, and a result display phase in which an interaction result of the interaction phase is displayed;
the user control device 200 can interact with the dynamic display device 100a in a remote connection manner and partially control the content displayed by the dynamic display device 100 a;
during the process of the user control device 200 interacting with the dynamic display device 100a, at least user identification information and interaction information should be transmitted to the dynamic display device 100a, where the user identification information refers to a data segment for distinguishing different user control devices 200, and the interaction information refers to information submitted by the user control device 200 according to the requirements of the background control device 300 for participating in the interaction with the dynamic display device 100 a;
the background control device 300 is used to realize the connection between the dynamic display device 100a and the user control device 200, control the output content to the dynamic display device 100a, and change the output content according to the received content of the user control device 200.
Further, the dynamic display device 100a is composed of at least three parts which are stacked on each other and can move independently and display, as shown by the graphic symbol 104. The dynamic display device 100a is composed of nine display screens, three display screens form a regular triangle in a group, and the three display screens are stacked up and down to form the complete dynamic display device 100 a.
Further, the second display device 103 comprises a touch device 103a, such as an NFC device, for enabling connection between the second display device 103 and the user control device 200; as an alternative, the user control device 200 also establishes a connection between the user control device 200 and the background control device 300 through the touch device 103a, and the number of people participating in the interaction of the magic cube column can be effectively controlled by the connection, especially reducing the bandwidth pressure caused by the wireless connection.
