Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "implante". a presente invenção refere-se a um implante para ser usado na oclusão de aneurismas na região de ramificações vasculares, especialmente aneurismas bifurcados (a), com uma estrutura de malhas (3, 4), a qual - de uma posição proximal para distal - apresenta um segmento de fixação (b), com o qual o implante poderá ser acostado em uma parede do recipiente, com um segmento (c) permeável para a região da ramificação vascular e um segmento (d) distal, no qual o implante é radialmente alargado em relação ao segmento (b), estando expandido em sentido radial e que está destinado ao posicionamento no aneurisma (a). na região dos segmentos (c) e (d) está prevista uma zona de separação (t1, t2) que fecha - pelo menos parcialmente - o colo do aneurisma, sendo que o segmento distal (d) apresenta uma variedade de filamentos e/ou laços (12), unidos com o segmento (c), e os filamentos/laços (12) apresentam - no sentido do eixo longitudinal do implante (1) - um ângulo entre - 45º e + 175º, sendo que um ângulo positivo representa filamentos/laços (12) que apontam em sentido radial para o exterior, e um ângulo negativo representa filamentos/laços (12) que apontam em sentido radial para o interior. alternativamente, o segmento (d) distal também poderá ser expandido de modo esférico, em forma de cogumelo, em forma de âncora ou de elipse.
