Abstract
Un sistema de medición y diagnóstico del dolor (PMD) para el análisis bioanalítico de la actividad de la matriz del dolor y el sistema nervioso autónomo para diagnosticar y validar los tratamientos de los pacientes, el estado de salud y los resultados. El PMD se implementa mediante el uso de dispositivos médicos para medir e informar mediciones objetivas del dolor a través de la monitorización del paciente y el análisis de factores biológicos, psicológicos, sociales, ambientales y demográficos relacionados que pueden contribuir y afectar los resultados fisiológicos de los pacientes, y a través del análisis integrado e iterativo mejorar el diagnóstico de dolor, la evaluación de estados patológicos relacionados, el estado de salud y las opciones de tratamiento.
