Shes one of the minor antagonists from the dandys world show,her along her bestie,Sean Urchin

Rachel enjoy causing mischief while Sean just enjoy doing stuff with her.

In the games,Rachel is a NPC travelling merchant appearing super rarely in dandy runs to sell limited supply items.

She sells items like medkits,bandaid,smokebombs and jumper cables.These items however is a bit more expensive than in Dandys shop

Theres also a rare chance of her trinket appearing in her shop.

Overall....shes just a prick...
