Feature List
This package add the "quick close" feature in the ticket action menu and to the 'M' and 'L' view of the queue, service and status views. You can close a ticket without having to leave a note.
Prerequisites
- Znuny 7.2
Installation
Download the package and install it via admin interface -> package manager.
Configuration
See the available setting in the System Configuration:
Core::Znuny::QuickClose
An optional article can be configured which will be added to the closed ticket.
The action AgentTicketZnunyQuickClose is available for ACLs.
