Reproduction / 复现过程

一样的提示词，使用glm-4.5能够正常返回工具，但是使用glm-4.5-air老是返回空的工具调用，使用的是官网的API
（https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/paas/v4/chat/completions）

另外发现，glm-4.5-air请求官网时，会返回补全token不为0，但是message为空
