Implement automated README server count updates with prominent display

- Add prominent server count section (1,488+) above Motivation in README.md
- Add 5 professional shields: dynamic server count, Python, license, build status, PyPI  
- Create scripts/update_readme_shields.py for automated count updates with comma formatting
- Add .github/workflows/update-readme.yml to trigger after data updates
- Add `just update-readme` command for manual testing
- Update CLAUDE.md with automation documentation and testing reminders
- Remove hardcoded server counts from PRD.md and JOURNAL.md for maintainability
- Use simplified regex patterns for reliable server count detection and updates
