How to reproduce it:

1. create two lists.
2. In the first list, create cards, more then 100%height could hold, and now we can see a scrollbar. Scroll down to the end of the list.
3. In the second list, on the right or left of the first list is alright, create cards, as many as the 100%height could hold.(More then this number is ok but we should scroll up to the begin of the list.)
4. Now move the last card we can see of the second list to the first list horizontally.
5. Bug: We cannot move it now.
