The big user-facing change here is those "---,+++" lines at the start
of a VCD diff output file.  I doubt anyone has written VCD patch yet,
so it's probably not actually an issue... :).

This consists solely of a port to i386.

This suppors Apple's OSX and Ubuntu Precise.  There are no other
changes.

Release vcddiff-0.0.2

The major new feature is the "vcdsigs" program, which lists the
signals present in a VCD file.  There are additional bug fixes related
to comments and constant values.

Release vcddiff-0.0.1

This is a pre-alpha release: it really just exists to test the package
manager.  That said, it does at least kind of do something... :).

Release vcddump-0.0.0

This is an empty release, it solely exists to ensure that everyone
always has a version number.
