Setup

Configure Google Cloud Storage with edgee:slingshot package. See here. Paste credentials in settings.json
Configure GCM for Android push notifications with raix:push packages. See here. Paste credentials in config.push.json
Configure APN for iOS push notifications with raix:push packages. See here. Paste credentials in config.push.json

Note

raix:push and mdg:geolocation packages are slightly modified and placed in packages directory.
