The stdlib.fc has been updated to fix a doc comment and add a license in the ton-blockchain/ton repo (https://github.com/ton-blockchain/ton/commits/v2024.01/crypto/smartcont/stdlib.fc) but the one included in this template repo still includes the wrong comment and does not include any license.
