Mapping things in Centcom.dmm and then having them be moved to their intended location on-demand is a bad thing (source required). Let's troubleshoot this system so we don't have to go back to whatever the hell was going on there. Think stuff like CTF Maps. Lazy loaded templates have their own milestone.
