The various GitHub Actions workflows enabled by the upstream curl project are attempting to run in this fork, but erroring out. This causes error e-mails to be sent to all upstream committers on each commit. If you aren't interested in the workflows, and judging by the sea of red at https://github.com/turkdevops/curl/actions, you aren't, please either delete them from your fork or disable GitHub actions globally for the project.
