Describe your suggested feature

I love the new speed dialog, but I think it should also have 3x speed on it. On some apps I've seen hold click is actually 3x speed and not 2x speed, while I think that is overkill I think having 3x speed you can set can help to skim through some videos as well. Im only making this issue and not doing the PR myself in order to determine if I'd even be accepted and if not this can just be closed.
