fixed issue that prevented giph from stopping and starting a recording

* support for gif, webm, mp4 and mkv formats
* improved gif encoding
* desktop audio and microphone recording for formats that support audio
* autodetect format from [FILENAME]
* overwrite format through parameter
* overwrite audio and microphone sources through parameters
