Support chaining through SSH servers. For an incoming connection request, we can use a local SSH client to connect to an existing SSH server and then forward the connection over this tunnel. This is particularly appealing because it doesn't require any particular installation/preparation on the SSH server side and no PHP/LeProxy installation there.
