Synch dependencies with keycloak after upgrade to quarkus 3.13.x #39

Describe the bug
Keycloak have been upgrade to quarkus 4.13.x and, at least, the resteasy dependency is now 6.2.9 which also fixes keycloak/keycloak#27372. So this issue is just check the dependencies and update to the new ones (maybe it's just resteasy).
