Sync admin client from Keycloak main and re-enable testing with 24 #32036
Description
After #32035 is addressed in Keycloak main, we can sync from keycloak repository to keycloak-client with the sync-keycloak-sources.sh script and then re-enable 24.0 here: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-client/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml#L23
