Describe the bug

The server admin guide contains information on how to clear caches via the Admin CLI, but no information on how to do this via the Admin UI.

Documentation is also short on when to clear caches, when not to clear caches, and what to expect when clearing the caches. Reviewing the help popups in the UI might help.

Actual behavior

At the moment, the Google search only shows up information on the Keycloak Benchmark Project and the dataset provider, which is not helpful.
