Description

For passkeys the conditional UI (passkeys auto-fill) feature is going to be included directly in all the default username authenticators (see issues #29596, #40021 and #40023, this is the idea right now). So probably we can get rid of the specific authenticator that was introduced for passkeys initially (PasskeysConditionalUIAuthenticatorFactory and PasskeysConditionalUIAuthenticator). The idea is deprecating or removing it before going to supported. Maybe it can be removed as it is more a test than something useful (passkeys are preview now), but we can be more conservative and just deprecate it initially.
