I’ve been trying to read in some data from the EMP, but on running read_biom(file), I immediately get an error where my R Session gets aborted. Is there any way to tell if this is a RAM issue or not?

I am presently running R v 3.4.3, RStudio v 1.1.423, and biomformat v 1.6.0.
